Negro_Ntns:Well do you suggest we turn down the offer of a better prison system? Personally, I see your angle of the debate. I would suggest we let them finish building or paying for the prison [I prefer the first option] and we can cut ties with them [on the level you are talking about off-course] if that is what we really want. In order to catch a monkey, apparently one have to act and be like a monkey. |
Off topic. Can I hold on to your big bumper like Patra did in the video? ![]() |
The link below suggest this was from last year. What ever the case, it is a fake. http://www.skewlbuoy.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5372 |
FL Gators:Sweet heart, we do not do murders. ![]() Seriously, what would drive a woman to do something like that? I would to think it is ignorance and stupidity, but I just can't seem to agree with that notion. |
Negro_Ntns:I am not so sure of your view. The article is talking about criminal who have no right to be in the UK in the first place. It is a common knowledge that nations have agreement that allows them to send prisoners to finish off their jail term in their home country etc. . . It appears there may be one between Nigeria and UK. Let us look at the bigger picture here: The UK would be saving money [The biggest point] The idea of having a "cushy" UK jail may deter would-be future criminals [who may be illegal immigrants in the first place] It would free up the prison here and allow more criminal to be sent to jail. Nigeria would have at least a proper prison that meets certain international standard - something that would save both nations headache from lawyers etc. This prison if built could potentially create jobs etc. I think which ever way we look at this, Nigeria and UK would truly gain from it. How this would corrupt our society is something I dont understand. We already have killers, rapist etc back home. . . . all this scheme is doing is making sure they have a better prison to house them. And another the article says that am not so sure about. I know that money is offered to fail asylum seekers [they are not criminals] to go back home, and start a business etc. I dont think money is offered to criminals like they are claiming. Just looking at the source of the story. . . and seeing that it is from the daily mail. . . Please do not take them that serious, they appear to like scaremongering and dislike immigrants imo. |
Perhaps looking back on it from her view she may see it as ignorance? Or she may think she did what she had to kinda thing? Yeah I do see what you are saying. I wonder if more females would come along and just give us some sort of a "woman's take" or analysis of the whole thing. lol |
Beaf, internet fraud as a result of email [which Nigeria is infamous for] is probably not the same as some global meltdown. Personally, I feel the issue of calling emails having something to do with Nigeria, and then calling it Nigeria email scam is pretty much bang on target. How come it wasn't called Ghana email scam, or Online Togo scam. Before we point fingers, perhaps we should look at ourselves. That is the way I see it. |
I think from the story, the girl clearly have strong emotional feeling for the Ex, and as such willing to do anything to win him back. Surely, it is not about how well the Ex had sex with her etc. It must be something deeply rooted and one side of me think it may be pure love. . . but in like a perverted sense if you see what I mean. I am not sure if it is a fair comparison to make between this, and a motherly love. . . that the mum is willing to do anything to protect her own. Or in a more simple view, is she afraid of rejection? [The girl that is] |
TheSeeker:The price of oil barrel and all that jazz. I think we may be going off-topic. My focus is as to why this act was done in the name of love. Or perhaps someone can shed more light on it. . .etc. ![]() |
IG:Apologise for that. I could swear I made a post correcting that, but never mind strange things happen and I was one my phone making that post [Plus doing other things]. Besides, I raised other issues which some how have gone on the sideline. But let us not digress shall we? ![]() Again am stating this. All the email I have seen seem to have something to do with Nigeria and perhaps a fair play that these emails are labelled as such? As per the stats at hand, how many percentage of those committed in the US and UK are made by Nigerians etc? It would be interesting to know. By the way, the actual link to where your stats came from is not readily visible - I.e may require a search. If you can at least point me to the actual link, it would make an interesting read. |
IG:From what I can see Nigerian email scam referred to in the news always have some sort of link with Nigeria - email content - hence one of the reasons. A good example was the one sent to some MPs claiming to be from Jack Straw when he was in africa or something. Seeing that you have data for the US and UK, how come none exist for Nigeria? |
Awesome. What do I get to do? |
Reggieluv:Aint you supposed to be rich and educated [or at least well informed?] lol. Anyway, below is the definition. 1. 1. A deceitful trick; an underhanded act. 2. Remarks intended to deceive; deceit. Often used in the plural. 2. 1. A playful or mischievous act; a prank. 2. Mischief; prankishness. |
I'm calling shenanigans on this one. ![]() |
Fhemmmy:Okay, I cannot change you mind am afraid. Please read up KKK and their activities, and then do the same for the BNP. Draw your conclusion from there. They both have racism elements to them, but mess me give me the bnp over the kkk any day. |
nues aweso:Sorry my location if off limits to discussion. Nothing to kid you about. May be I am just lucky? Or must every black man experience racism? |
theolar:I'm guessing you are a female? Perhaps you could explain the complexity here - Why make such a perverted and twisted move in the name of love? |
Fhemmmy:kkk and bnp are different in several ways I think. Besides, america and UK have different views and constitution. Let us not forget they occur in different times. |
omega25red:Ever heard of "live to fight another day"? ![]() |
MrCrackles:Off course racism exist. I'm merely saying am yet to be at the receiving end, and probably not as common like folks would want us to believe. |
I dont fight for ladies like that. Surely, the man is not crazy just to slap your woman like that? How come he never slapped other ladies there? ![]() |
tpia.:Personally, I have no concern. He cannot push across votes at the European parliament. He is really in the minority. Even the Queen appear not to like them. FBS:I disagree. I was born here, grew up for sometime in Nigeria and then back living here now. I am yet to experience any racism biased towards me. A lot of people may frown at this, but I have experienced more tribalism in Nigeria, than I have experienced racism here. ![]() |
