andrewbaba44: Iheanacho did not have a bad game oga
The few minutes he played he did well and made some dribbles
Almost scored self
If you no see negative thing talk maybe your head go comot From d own match I watched,he only had one successful dribble..every oda dribble attempt failed..he was spoiling most of d attacking threat with his forced dribbles..anyway,dem sha win |

elunico: They would never agree.
From just one game, you could tell who's SE quality and who isn't. This guy has gotten more time than Dessers, maja, Odey, Junior Ajayi, Simi, Nwaekeme, but he has failed to deliver.
He should just concentrate on his club football until we get another coach who can bring out the best in him. Oga tell ur coach rohr,to be humble and give a call to Genk coach on d best way to use onauchu Take it or leave it..he's ur hottest striker in Europe @ d moment |

Icon4s: Onuachu is not good enough to lead our front line. He is not even SE quality. We are only managing him because Nigeria currently is short of striking options. I disagree...we re talking abt super eagles here not Brazil or French national team..d calibres of player dt plays for us are still on d same level with onauchu..club wise and all.. |

Kog45: Rohr is not getting it right in his player invitation. It is not compulsory to invite Onuachu.
I remember Westerhoff and I can say he will never invite Onuachu....Mike Obiku was doing well for Feyenord but Westerhoff believed in Samson Siasia... Richard Owubokiri was the highest goal scorer in the whole Europe but Yekini was there doing the needful...Chris Ohenhen was damn good in La Liga but Amokachie was doing well.... Finidi George was home based doing it at the right side and Westerhoff wasn't interested in Tijani Babangida who was Europe based....Amuneke with Zamalek benching Ikpeba the prince of Monaco.
I know Rohr would have failed with US 94 Nigeria team based on his philosophy, playing in higher league determine your invitation but sometimes it doesn't work in national team football.
Honestly with Iheanacho do we need Onuachu as back up to Osimehn?NO... really surprised seeing Iheanacho dropped for Onuachu (Afcon 2019)
Better league or not Kayode and Simy are better strikers than Onuachu.
Modified....Kai nobody is stupid here,my man let always calm down. This is a thread for football discourses and our love for eagles brought us here.Respect. Dts for a coach who has a philosophy, playing style, plan A and B,when facing different teams But as for rohr,he has nothing of such,no philosophy, no playing style,so one can't really say dis particular player A or B fits into his tactics... Na to just pack players put for field, perform deir individual brilliance and hope for a win .....and as for onauchu..sorry na him case,I doubt if he will get it his mojo under rohr We no get coach |

damagnificentusb: The dude is just being sentimental. I'm not a fan of paul, but you rubbish the goals he has scored in the belgium league but you want a cyriel dessers (who is in the same belgium league and thesame club as paul) who is struggling for form in national team ahead of paul. How illogical can someone be? Very illogical and irrational |

temi1290: Believe me,you are speaking from sentiment, with the right system and formation,he will perform well. No mind humility33...d biggest culprit here is rohr who doesn't knw aw to use onauchu, like andrew rightly said, super eagles as a whole is out of form,it is d coach responsibility to knw aw to set up a system to bring d best in a player, not d player himself....I am sure if rohr were to b d coach of Genk, onauchu won't b scoring dis way... Besides,I doubt if humility33 and odas berating onauchu performance will b saying d same if d guy were to b a foreign-born player.I am sure dey will b making a case for him...in a nutshell, hold rohr responsible for not knowing aw to set up d system to favour onauchu, not d oda way round, cos dis guy is hottest striker we av in Europe @ d moment and if care is not taking,ur preferred dressers might even go out on loan cos of him8) |

12large1: Amodu to me was unfairly treated and we made the wrong decision by sacking him but that doesn't mean that we should continue making horrible coaching decisions. As for Big Boss (Rip King) he was duly Sacked for Failing to Qualify for "Ordinary Nations cup" remember keshi didn't get sacked After Anc or Wc but immediately after he failed to Qualify for "Ordinary ANC" (Our birthright) that was justifiable. As for me, I follow "pre contractual documents" not sentimental or emotional reasons It is not emotional or sentimental..rohr was paid for what he did,all what he has achieved up till today is not exceptional because such feat has been achieved over time or even better with indigenous coaches;in respect to keshi and amodu... @ dis moment he has done his best, nothing more,he needs Nigeria more Dan we need him.. Fact Abi what's d essence of wasting tax payers money when its glaring dt he can't win afcon or get to d quarterfinals stage of d world cup.. We deserve better bro |
