Marjoribanks: Oga Kog! lol! I am shocked that you believe this POAK suing NFF nonsense. I am also surprised that in trying to make home your point you are being economical with the truth.
1) The same Paserio released Sadiq and Boniface cos of injuries. 2) The same Paserio decided to change is formation rather than play Alhassan through injuries. 3) The same Paserio rested the same Ekong and Sanusi in matches they were declared unfit to play-- Guinea Bissau and South Africa respectively. Against Cameroon and the final, Sanusi did not play the full 90 minutes. Finally, at football level there have been numerous examples of clubs/NT playing players through injuries. Many!
However, Nigeria is one of the countries that tried as much as possible to maintain communication with our players clubs to create a thriving environment for them at their various clubs.
The Algerians insisted on having Bennacer though not fully fit and played him! The Senegalese same with Sarr! Bro from recent interviews with Jp,he seems not to fancy extending his contract as he is looking at oda options…abeg make una use una link convince jp o…he must coach us in d next tournament 2025 |

Left to me jpagero should just go. Though in all honesty I wasn't expecting them to reach the summit at d AFCON but the players three D, helped them: d call to DUTY an honour among array of players, DETERMINATION to erased d taunting memory of last AFCON and DEDICATION to one's duty spiked their system.
Be sincere with yourself if we decide not to extend his contract, who is going to replace him dt will do better? Have it mind we don’t have d capacity to go for a grade A coach. |

Goke7: we are just playing with our World Cup qualifying chances with this coaching issue, any new coach now will need 4 or 5 games to stabilize especially when he wants to please the fans with a different pattern from what the current coach does, and by then our world cup ticket for don enter voice mail. If nff like make dem no get sense. We all knew how many matches it took jpes to get to where we are today. A good point here…..no time for experimenting 😎 |

By the way, how are you sure that the so called post "I hope you die" was made by an eagles fan or even a Nigerian? No mind dem jare…no b d same Aina almost everybody hear dey lash say him no dey concentrate for him game b4 he changed his concentration level of recent…abeg anybody wey wan quit make him quit…dey need us more Dan we need dem….like say dem don win us better trophy all dis while 😏 |

mrwilliams9: But we haven’t done so yet?!?!
Why will you want one of your most experienced midfielders to leave the set-up without an adequate replacement.
It’s one thing if we had a glut of MFs, but we don’t. It’s the same thing with Nwakwali. People will say don’t invite him but are not providing an alternative.
I’m not so enamored by Nwakwali but I know he sabi spray pass which none of our current midfielders really can do.
Like for crying out loud we went to AFCON with 5 midfielders. You could see the fatigue by the time we got to the final.
Iwobi is one of our most capped players and is still playing consistently in a competitive league for his club. Why would we want him to quit the team when we have NOT identified an adequate replacement.
This line of reasoning isn’t sound in my humble opinion. Well u made a good point …however it’s because he’s still available for selection ,hence d laziness to scout a better alternative…I can tell u for free dt if he resigns ,and d coaching crew takes d step to find a replacement same way Dey did to uzoho…my guy, he won’t be missed .period |

solonnachi: I really hope Ola Aina and Alex Iwobi do not quit Super Eagles Even though deres no rumor suggesting dt ,however if Dey decides to, Dey won’t be missed most especially iwobi ,all we need to do is to scout a decent replacement dt can be consistent to a certain level in his position |

Blueelf: You guys that always mention Ebenezer, have you actually watched him play? Or are you basing it on the fact that he plays for I twr Milan Youth side? How many senior team appearances does he have? Even in his youth side, what are his stats like? What are their ratings compared to their age Mates in Italian/world football? This isn't about optics but actual ability. For me, those guys won't be ready till 3-4 years at this rate. They can feature for our age grade teams but let them not be put under undue pressure for the senior team No b adingra almost kill our defense …d guy is just a 22year old…I am sure if u were d coach, u wouldn’t av started him cos he’s too young |

Even though I don’t support any form of cyber bullying cos I believe say na cowards Dey do dt.however if iwobi decides to retire truly ,he won’t be missed a bit if we can get someone who can actually play well in a consistent manner(at least averagely) not iwobi nepa kind of performance…having said dat, those using playing out of position as excuse for a “73 cap” national team player doesn’t really hold water to me …no be person be camanviga ,dt excels perfectly despite been played outside his position outrightly….abeg in a nutshell ,CM ,AM ,he hasn’t really been top notched for 🦅. |

We still lost a leader in Ndidi. Yet, with all that, the team came this far.
Please, you people are ingrates. This team overachieved and this is what they get. Maybe we really deserve to crash out in the earlier stages, y'all don't deserve nice things. Over achieved ?
