i think u are wrong on the allocation issue , if ur oga settle u with one million naira and settle ur mate that serve him together with u with 20 million naira , if u use ur own well knowing that u came from a poor back ground , the guy with 20 million will beg u for money , can u tell me that the money they use in sending their children abroad , building hotels , building houses in different countries in the world are not from the small allocation? If they use those money on igbo land , igbo land will be almost like london.
