My younger brother (half brother) and his wife believes so much in online investments. I called him and advised him seriously against such phantom businesses last year July but he didn't take my advise. His wife even insulted me at a time because of the advise. At that time he was into a particular one called Kala. He collected money from people to the tune of N9.6million in the name of trying to help them invest in Kala. The investment went under and he is now using family members to pressurize me to assist him especially to secure a loan from a particular coop society I belong to so that he can pay off four of the people he help to invest who are seriously troubling his life with police and thugs.
I am not willing to do this under any condition. I have told him to sell off our late dad's landed property if he can get a buyer but people are offering peanuts and two of our sisters (his own full sibs) are insisting on getting their own share immediately it is sold, one even said she didn't send him on online investment. Help him get good buyer for the land. If those two women say they want their cut, they deserve it, it is their inheritance.

Sometime around June last year, I opened a blog and hosted my site on a shared Bluehost server.
I met the guy on nairaland.
He developed and hosted the site for me but not for once have I enjoyed the services.

I have been engaged over the last couple of months on other things. Hence I haven't been updating the site.

So this year I have decided to focus on my blog.

My many challenges with my host

My site is mostly down

There has been a security breach on my website severally. Someone has actually logged in and post some articles which are mostly virus and this articles are Indexed

The customer care is zero. I don't get response to my request and complains sometimes even after a week
When I call, he don't pick, when he does he gives excuses

He actually once said ' other developers would have stopped reaching out to me '

But hey, he wasn't just the one who built the site, I also hosted with him.

I want to know if truly I do not have rights to call him when I have issues and concerns.
One he built the site, secondly, I am hosting with him.

For three days now I can't access my site as I can't post or edit


Worse now, my site has been writing a " coming soon ' page. I have reached out to this guy and he just treat my matter with such levity. He says he he busy and often sounds like I am disturbing him and he is doing me a favour.


Please advise what do I do?/
Are there companies I could host with that also have good customer relationship and quality service?/
I want to take my blogging serious this year but my web host is killing my action

With this many problems can I still regain full control over my site?/

I feel cheated of quality service from this guy....

I wish words could explain his neglect about my site.... I am beginning to think if this is what would have happened if the site was already having traffic? Although I am beginning to get little traffic

The fact that someone earns well doesn't mean they understand investment, it simply means they are fantastic with the value they bring to the company via skill or management. They necessarily don't understand how to grow money but sure knows how to earn it. Both are not the same.

She sells cloths at gbagi. I don't know why people do that but I advise you to stop. Eat when its time to eat not until you get really really hungry ...

I eat twice, not because I don't have what to eat, but I like to feel really hungry before I eat. So, breakfast and dinner does it. When I feel like just munching stuff, I eat fruit, especially cucumber and garden eggs.

Whether you have the money or not, I think complete well-balanced food twice a day is the deal. We live to eat not eat to live

Something started the fire. The parents are not opening up for fear of being blamed. Maybe they were boiling water...something that could have resulted to the fire was on...nothing mysterious
