It is very annoying to request for such a no of copies to be sent as if it had no cost incurred, as if you are dealing with the whole department in that School. Even making a dean of a faculty or a lecturer as reference is another issue not to talk of sending a confidential letter to support your application. Our educational system is still lacking behind.
