A most of the folks that comes online to rant “employers are evil” are either lazy or place so much value on themselves than their intrinsic value.

A lot of them come very late to work and carry out their duties shabbily and not ready to learn.

Some lack spirit of ownership and they allow clients to slip off without care (she bi salary is sacrosanct)

Every reasonable employer wants to keep his best hands and treat them right.

My former employer took care of us yet some folks stole his money 6.5M, 5M and 5M respectively.

Please let’s evaluate ourselves before we come online. If you think you deserved to be treated better then resign and move on to a place where you will be celebrated.

I'm surprised that you're surprised at the behavior of your uncle's wife ... Honestly i'm shocked at your shock towards her behavior ....

Because as far as I can tell, this is the ideology that wayyyy over 99.9% of women have. You'll hear women saying "my money is my money and his money is also my money", so it's nothing new ...

If I were in your uncle's shoes, I would separate from her the moment she changed, I wouldn't even condone this rubbish for a second longer ....

I would totally neglect her and focus on my kids, and this would continue until she comes to her senses and realize that the burdens of the family is not meant to be shouldered by the man alone ....

I think you both got married early, you at 19 if calculations is right. Possibly you long for things you missed as a young lady before entering marriage, eg, exploring different blokos , going clubbing etc.
Anyway, I think your issue is still salvageable.
When last did you go on a vacation, just you and hubby. When couples stay together for such long time tension and pressure builds up.
If you can afford it, leave your children and take a 2 weeks holiday, go to buy emirates ticket to UK. Stop in Dubai for a week and then the following week in UK. Or use Turkish airline and do 1 week in turkey, 1 week in UK.
Stay in a nice hotels, if possible don't stress yourself with cooking. Just have good time with hubby, I assure you the love will be rekindled!

Not being able to pay the bills is different from knowing it’s not your duty to pay the bills. Confidence and respect are not bought by paying bills, they come with who you are as a person. If I had a million dollars, would I feel less confident because my wife picks a $39 bill at a restaurant?

This is how you set a standard and when you can’t meet up due to unforeseen circumstances, your partner starts cheating on you. You lose so much self esteem because it was all tied up to your ability to pay bills.

It would be a privilege to retire early and be a stay home dad aka househusband. I would really love to be very active in the life of my kids. Drop and pick them from school, take them to their games, have a hot plate await them when they return from school etc.

I won’t want to be a househusband without money though because women do not treat kindly men without money. I think we will see more men willing to be househusbands when more women are willing to provide for their families without a grudge.

To get the average woman to contribute 50% for the upkeep of their families is still a tug of war talk less of being the sole provider. If a woman has to solely provide for her home she doesn’t need the man and she will show him clearly in words and in deeds.
