To pacify BH is a diplomatic approach with Niger, Cameroun, Chad, Mali and Libya to disrupt BH activities with full military force, drive them down to Nigeria rather than harbouring them at the borders. Then let the Nigeria Army face their fear squarely, wipe out every survey territory link to BH.
