The so-called house owners brought this upon themselves believing it is a smart choice to play the game of non-refund when there is no damage to the house.

Nowadays, they held tenants to be responsible for the maintenance of their house, well not that bad but there is a limit. Removing what you fixed in the house will be considered damages by the greedy ones.

The maintenance of the house lies more on the owner just like a car owner. Once they build, they don't want to spend a dime to maintain it.

The damage fee will continue to fuel this kind of attitude. They can't be smarter at every point, not willing to refund. Paying rent with associated cost is not easy, for someone to be playing smart on you on instance of rent.

Since there is no effective regulation on house rent, things like this won't cease to happen.

House owner should be able to advertise their house for rent. They add up to the pain of payment by handling house to Agent. That is likely to trigger her pain, alongside landlord refusal.

Can she drop the address of the house, so that people can avoid such house or prepare to report such landlord that might refuse to refund.

The fact herein both Israel & Palestine shared same similar history. Palestine should be granted an independent status as a State and Israel should be granted Gaza strip for security reason. Jerusalem can't continue to be under special status. Historically, Jerusalem belong to Israel hence be granted to Israel. That the Middle East were conquered territories by Islamic empire then doesn't confine Jerusalem to be a no man's land.

With regards to religion & tribe or sacred areas, Christian, Jews or others in Palestine should return to Israel. Arabs & Muslims should return to Palestine. The sacred sites, mosque and church in both should be open for visit under bilateral agreement.

Both sides have spies in their State that infiltrate each other under the guise of religion and tribes.

The plan to wipe out Israel from their midst is more of religion than a political factor.

Palestine should be accorded strength from both Arabs & UN to maintain peace.

They are common terms because a business describes any beneficial relationship between two or more people.

The law does not add need for special contributions since the marriage agreement is what establishes marital property.

The law doesn't require special contribution to lay claim on marital property, but the court will stand on evidence, in that regard your contribution speaks not on mere entitlement.
