For those saying ivolt doesn't know what he was saying, I believe have never been victims of fraudsters b4. These guys are always a step ahead, there are many online sites that don't require pin for purchase, it has happened to someone close to me b4. Sometimes u don't have to disprove every story that doesn't sound credible to you, all u need is an open mind so u won't be caught off-guard. |
WILLYBABS:You Can say That again, nothing like a mother. But wait o, I know all the other health workers clad in Hazmaat suits as if they are going to mars only did so as not to expose the commissioner as the true hypocrite that he is, am sure the cleaner in that hospital is not given this kind of protection. God dey. |
peacettw:thank u my sister, in as Much as i know some drs tend to their private practice at d expense of their govt appointment, This doesn't illegalize p.p. as govt has no say in what u do after ur work hrs or at ur leisure/weekends what the govt need to do is to checkmate the activities of every public worker; medical(esp. D consultants), other health workers, and non health workers, and penalize them adequately. I can see a lot of hate comments from people who I know belong to johesu association, this issue is not limited to d drs alone, so don't be too happy, cos if this was abt salary increase for d drs u won't be this happy, instead u'll be clamouring for inclusion/same pay or indefinate strike. Stop making ur association name sound like 'jo-hates-you' instead of johesu. For the govt, I think a ban on every top public official e.g His excellency presido from going on med tourism for simpl/tropical illnesses, will go a long way in developing our health sector. and to the neutral citizens so quick in passing verdict, should try and get a copy of med. ethics & read thoroughly in order not to make a biased judgment. and to all, myself included, STOP HATING, don't hate what u can't be, cos one day u might be at the mercy of those u so much hate. |

I think this thread should be allowed to stay long on front page to further enlighten nigerians about this fraudulent transport company called 'ezenwa motors', so as not to be caught unaware. I had a similar experience traveling from Lagos to kaduna, in which we have smooth journey to Abuja albeit stopping twice in the night to fix only-God-knows-what, just for the driver to refuse continuing the journey without prior notification, claiming there's problem with the brake pad. This useless fat-potbellied driver has no iota of remorse in him, considering the discomfort and delay he put us through. The options he offered us were to either sort ourselves out on our own, join a slow-moving bus that's filled to the brim with people on stand,or wait for the almighty mechanic to come fix it in about two or more days time. I was forced to pay for extra fare from abj to kd on my own as I was already behind schedule for an important event of my life. My aim with this long story of mine is to create awareness so that more people won't fall victim, and to put a check on 'god bless ezenwa' company's poor costumer care and insensitivity. thanks op for bringing this to public, thanks mods for putting this on front page, thanks everyone that spared time to read. NB:I appreciate good service when I see one, as it will be wrong to only complain and not acknowledge good service, GUO motors keep up the good work, my experience with you guys was fantastic. |
ipobarecriminals:. hmmm, I see where u are coming from, sir it's not the size or "bigness" of the pharmacist that am talking about. pharmacists are health professionals with well defined job description, they are not the ones u directly run to when u have health issues. It is a common practice for people to run and get drugs over the counter for all sicknesses, it might suffice sometimes but not all the time, and when this happens it might be grave. am not ignorant of the fact that it's not everything that is surgical, but from his complaint and pict diagnosis (which may be wrong), it appears like a hemorrhoid, let's not even go to d pathophysiology of hemorrhoids, it's not a bacterial infection. pls sir desist from over the counter antibiotics or giving such advice to others, and try looking up 'Antibiotics abuse' and 'Antibiotic resistance', it's a major public health issue. Thanks for ur attention, we all learn everyday. |
Naija hmm, we'll not cease to amaze me, someone will go to chemists for treatment and will still tag it dr's prescription. Pls channel ur complaint to a good hospital, if gp's proscription doesn't work, better see a dermatologist. Stop tainting the drs!!! |
[quote author=JeffreyJamez post=59227366]I don't see any muscular arms in the picture on your DP tho except that's not you. Well, all I can say is,learn to appreciate your body if not you will keep seeing one fault or the other. Today it's muscular arms,if by some chance you are able to get over that, you'll notice small yansh, or small boobs or big nose. Lol....o baby learn to appreciate the body you have o. Leave your arms alone...since you say you don't do any exercise or work that should warrant it, just leave it alone biko. Focus on building your self confidence. hilarious, but absolutely the best response so far, op u need to heed this. |
ipobarecriminals:. A good pharmacist kwa? The said dr might be confused but most likely not dangerous, but the advice u gave there is dangerous, his case is most likely a surgical not a medical case. Op I will advice u to go to a teaching hospital where u are likely to see a consultant gastroenterologist, as u might likely not come across them in a smaller hospital |
What kind of competition are u in that u will be so unwilling to take a sick leave? Are they paying u neymar's salary? Well from ur history there, I really doubt if it's a cancer. U need to see an orthopedic, don't just go to lab to scan and believe that there is nothing in the scan because "they" said there's non, there is more a trained eye can see from a scan than fractures only. Becareful of the advice u take online, nairaland is not ur hospital, don't take prescriptions online, as some people don't know what it takes to make diagnosis talkmore of prescribing, they might end up giving u complications, their aim is profit, don't be gullible. I think u need to tell ur mother, better now than late, be wise. |
Smh for people Calling the good Samaritan a fool, this just shows how bad the mindset of an average Nigerian is. What is wrong about being your brother's keeper? Must every good act be termed "mumuism" we keep shouting our leaders are bad, now give a trust to an average poor Nigerian and he will be worse than the corrupt politicians. These kind of behaviours are the reasons why good people/deeds are hard to come bye in our society |
