If to you staying in a place for more than 2 years cumulative is not enough for me to give advice to him, you can at best ignore my post and give him yours as its the best. Thanks

What exactly is the cause of this back and forth?! Running different programmes ranging from one year to 6 months 3 times not enough to classify my self as an Ex student?! You can come with your counter narrative instead of calling mine false. Houses around the school are all Pre furnished hence the reason why they cost quite alot.

Not every student in Oron is regimented. Don't conclude on what you don't understand.

Let me give you my suggestion not advice as an ex student of the Academy. Note that the town is not cheap due to the manner sea farers who school there spend money.

If he will be given accommodation inside the school then he can take the offer. Houses outside the school is minimum of 20k monthly.

The prices of goods and services is even considered higher than uyo. The market he'll find things quite expensive compared to what he gets in ilorin.

The Oron town electricity is abysmal, so terrible he'll have to depend charging his phone in the school which runs regular generator during work hour.

He can take the job if they'll give him accommodation inside the school, else that money will vanish within two weeks on managing levels...

Note that the Academy is the most you can get in Oron since there are no sensible companies.

Since I updated my Samsung to the latest OS, I noticed that the fone became response slow, takes longer time to process data and incoming and outgoing calls takes frustrating time before appearing on the screen even when the call is already in its 4-5th ring. I'm currently looking for a replacement fone which the developers really aim at doing. Make u slowly get frustrated with the fone then you go and buy the latest. sadly for them, I am porting to iPhone. IPhone sef was recently sued for releasing updates that slows down old fones so users will get frustrated and buy the flagship. So sadly for me lol, which ever place I pitch my tent, all na scam! So I agree thatsoms OTA indeed spoils fones especially when the fone is not a flagship or immediate ex flagship.
