Personally, I have checked my polling unit results Ward10 unit II Ibadan SW on IRev and it is correct as declared on Election day.


Also, from what Peterside said, he also checked his polling unit result on IRev and it is correct.

Now, he went on to start presenting what people posted and claimed on social media, stating that their unit result was different. I have a problem with this, because, it is very dangerous to bank on what you didn't witness by your own self .. especially at this social media age.

The claim of third parties cannot really be substantiated.

I don't believe the election was totally perfect..I don't even expect it to be...but by and large, I think Tinubu actually won.

Irregularities will be seen across all the states if proper forensic audit is done..and all political parties are involved. It's the truth.

This is why inec came up with a guideline and regulations for the 2023 elections last year where they specified their mode of transmission which is through electronic means directly from the polling unit!
Any last minute alteration from their guideline and regulations will be seen as an act of disobedience against their own laws and there are grave consequences!

Yes,INEC has its own guidelines and regulations but they have the power to act against them when the situation calls for it. But not carrying the parties along on the need to take such step is where the mistake came in.

I think two purposes of BVAS are to accredit voters and upload votes to IREV.
Accreditation was done but uploading/transmission of votes depends on INEC's discretion for security purpose.

Peter Obi has put himself in a big position which is very difficult to maintain.
Peter obi knew he lost his presidential election and he would have loved to accept defeat but he couldnt ,because he no longer make his own decision. So he headed to court not to please himself but to please his followers . How long will he live to please his followers? Time shall tell.

One thing happened during the presidential election which many of you couldnt farthomed. How come LP won the presidential election but couldnt win even one out of the three senates and only 4 four out of 24seats.
Now Im beginning to believe what someone said that Tinubu sacrificed Lagos to quench protests that might rise in Lagos after declaring him Winner. And as a matter of fact,people that could have led protest sat back felt better with LP's victory in Lagos. Politics is about a game plan not about emotion.

In the court I dont see how the judgement will favour LP because they will have to explain how a polling unit could pull over 800 votes for one party and non for other parties within a short time in southeast.
