Okay what am about to write is something i read on the internet a very long time when i was growing and pimples were driving me nuts.
''Dont sleep facedown'' I do it till date whenever I see any pimple on my face, its hard tho but if i must sleep face down i make sure the pillow case was very neat or i just washed it with dettol.
Avoid popping your pimples as much as u can, avoid touching your face all the time, it works
Now here are my own remedies that works too
Apply an antiseptic wet soap and let it dry on your face then wash it away or use honey on your face and at night before sleeping u should use powder.

P:S: I once applied semen too and my face was glowing
