2. Try to break too much closeness between the parents and teachers, you have to win the parents to yourself, as a matter of fact make the most relevant parent/teacher head of ur school's PTA, then win them over, its politics and it can be done.
Bonus: Tell the parents that for any parent or pupil they refer to the school they get percentage off. Happy parents happy school.
