Emekaphilip360: Is Nigeria the hell they are talking about ? Nigeria is like hell on earth. Because you can’t suffer in Nigeria and still go to the real hell. If you have money in this country, you don’t know what God has done for you.
People are just suffering and smiling. I won’t lie it’s affecting my business as well but i thank God. This fuel subsidy removal is really affecting lot of people around my area. People can’t afford 3 square meal anymore. Please check on the less privileged and render any help you can to them.
It's true. Many are suffering in this country because if wrong decision made by our leaders
Jennyclay: Honestly, Nigerian men are so childish. They make me sick
I swear to God if any useless man try this rubbish with me, I will get him arrested and sue him for stealing my property .
Thank God I’m wiser now! I have already stated it in my previous thread, if my name doesn’t appear in the recipe of whatever gift you’re giving me then just keep your useless gift to yourself in order to avoid this sick scenario.
Those that are still fornicating, do they confess to the priests that they had premarital sex with someone?
This reminds me of the first time i was about to take the holy communion. We were asked to go for confession. Omo. I confessed even the sins that i didn't commit like stealing and fornication.🤣🤣
If you have money then learn business but if you don't have, look for work or skill that is highly paid. I work presently but the reason why i prefered business is you can control your time more in business.
Mindlog: E be like say you no read that story that made it to the front page, I think sometime last year whey Uncle married a young virgin and after just one child, the wife started doing "giveaway" to guys in the hood, wifey even gave out the phone her husband bought for her to a young guy on their street.😂😂😂😂
tonywonder: Marriage has being polluted and defiled by both men and women. When you read what couples do outside of their marriage as a bachelor or spinster, you might end up never getting married, becoming a baby daddy/baby mama or just adopting babies and enjoy your short life on earth.
My eyes have finally seen my ears... After reading all this, i'm afraid to marry. What kind of generation is this? You have no right to have extra marital affairs as long as you are married, whether man or woman.
Please note that this is just a sample list and individual circumstances may vary. The expenses mentioned above should be adjusted based on personal needs, priorities, and the cost of living in your specific location within Nigeria. It's important to create a budget and allocate funds accordingly to ensure financial stability and meet your specific requirements.
qtguru: JavaScript is massive, most people talk about JavaScript ECMAScript and not JavaScript the API and DOM interfaces, JS has so much API ranging from DOM to GPU then now add Chrome API to it. it keeps growing.
Exactly. There are lot to learn in javascript before even moving to react
Devdevdev: It's becoming a joke right now. Almost everybody is a Javascript developer. Everyone's tech stack is HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue Nodesjs and MongoDB + a bunch of CSS frameworks. Sometimes you'll see a splattering of Python and Django.
I had this mentality before but this has changed in recent months.
Hardly will you see a beginner/ junior learning C#/.Net or Java/Springboot or even SQL. Many of these JavaScript people don't even learn Typescript or know about it's existence. The only thing they know is the same redundant bullshit that greedy YouTube marketers and Twitter hype clowns are feeding them.
No one wants to learn programming fundamentals. No one wants to learn proper OOP. No one wants to learn Data structures and Algorithms. They just want to copy and paste code from YouTube project tutorials, tweak it and push it to GitHub. Give them a simple coding test or DSA Easy question and they will fail.
They learn all the bullshit CSS frameworks but can't even solve a simple two sum problem, even with a brute force solution, and they will boldly call themselves software developers.
Everyone has the same resume. It's actually a joke now. A job posting for "Frontend developer" gets 400 applications in under one hour because that's what everyone is doing. Now I understand why the current job market is the way it is. People think they can just watch some bullshit MERN stack tutorial and that's all they need to become a developer.
Even the JavaScript clowns that know nodejs are better off than the frontend crew. Frontend is actually a dead field at the moment. I've been doing my research. Frontend developers on Reddit with 6+ years of experience are finding it hard to get jobs whereas a dev with 6months of #C/.net experience is bombarded with messages from recruiters on linkedIn desperately in need of C# developers.
Yet 90% of Nigerian Tech Twitter is made up of frontend developers. LMFAO. I wonder where they will find jobs..
I like the trend. Like is even an understatement. I'm enjoying the trend. Let everyone keep shoe horning themselves into the same already saturated box, while I focus on tech-stacks with high demand but low supply, while still having good knowledge of their saturated tech stack.
Las Las, knowledge is power and one should always be weary when majority of people are heading in the same direction. Whenever everyone is doing the same thing, then that thing is usually wrong.
"Narrow is the way that leads to heaven. And wide is the way that leads to hell." I don't blame these people Sha. Learning Javascript and CSS bullshit is easier than learning C# or Java. But it's the harder, less competitive paths that pay well in the end.
Javascript is broad not even what you can master within a short time.

Ronaldo723: My girlfriend of 8 months has broken up with me because she says I have no plans for her
I was surprised by the outburst cus she is still very young just 19 I don't know what she means by this statement because non of us are ready to marry now
I love this girl so much... I suspect that because her birthday is coming up next month and I haven't said anything about it so she feels I don't take her seriously
I have pleaded and talked to her but she is adamant about her decision that she is tired as I'm wasting her time
I haven't talked about her birthday yet cuz I'm having a hard time, things are pretty tight with me but she just can't understand
Please guys what should I do I'm truly in love with this girl that I'm having a hard time moving on
lovediehatelive: I met this pretty homely girl sometimes ago.
She was reluctant the first time I toasted her and won't want to date me. However, I persisted till she succumbed.
She's everything I want in a lady. She didn't want to visit me when we started dating until one day I promised that I won't touch her.
She visited and was so graceful that I thanked the heavens for sending my soul mate to me.
We discussed a bit and I made her feel comfortable because she was really uneasy.
As promised, I didn't touch her. She felt so free that she rested her head on my chest.
The urge to kiss her became so strong, but I resisted.
What's the use of spoiling things now when she can be mine forever?
She later left and we became really close from then.
I was happy because she's madly beautiful yet so down to earth.
I was thinking she is a virgin but I needed to clarify.
So one day, I used talk to bring talk and stylishly told her a bit about some rough life of my past for her to feel uncomfortable.
She later opened up to me about her first kiss and how the guy went on to have sex with her even though he promised her nothing will happen.
She was 19 years then.
Since then she stopped visiting guys and is no longer in contact with the guy.
She swore that she hasn't kissed or had sex since then.
Now she's 23.
The thing is I really deeply love this girl because she's just exactly what I needed. But I promise myself that I will marry a virgin and nothing else.
My love for this girl is beginning to affect my thinking.

Axis313: Good morning peeps. Every adults has that childish behavior they always exhibit as a grown up,especially when you are unconsciously doing it,what is that childish behavior you indulge in as a child that you still find it difficult to break away from as an adult, and it has almost become an addiction. Me for instance,I love sucking sweets up till now,I also like to lick powdered milk and chocolates like Milo or Bournvita ,I can't leave those ones behind in my childhood. I also like to fly kite,as an adult, even though it is reducing now,as people are looking at me in one funny way,a grown up,a father for that matter flying kite , I also can't do away with using earpiece to listen to radio, some people don abuse me tire on that. Some are addicted to finger sucking from childhood, even as adults, some can't stop stealing meat from inside pot, some will unconsciously scratch or massage their own two balls and banana in public without knowing it. So don't be shy,let us know your own. Nlfpmod,mynd44. Please front page o.

nwekeugochukwu: The Lagos state Emergency Management Agency LASEMA has said that no life was lost in the building that collapsed on 1st Avenue in Highbrow Banana Island on Wednesday evening, April 12, IGBERETV reports.
In a statement released, the agency said the building collapsed as a result of a truck that ran into it. The statement read;
Femmyfamous4u: Hello all, I need to know if I'm doing some things right or over reacting.
My wife and I just married some months ago and we just spend here and there on stuffs. I bought food stuffs in the house and told her I will place her on 40k monthly to cover for soups and all and I expect her to add to it if it's not enough.
I foot all bills- house rent, Power, and all . She earns a decent 6 figures salary also which is slightly higher than mine without the allowances I get.
She expects me to still give her another allowance apart from the 49k I give her for food.
Each time she buys stuff in the house she always want me to pay back in full; most times, I just pay a part of it which she always frowns and complains about.
It appears she has a notion that her money is her money and mine is ours.
My income is more than hers though.
Do you think I should still give her personal pocket money?
