Afodot0022: Good day naira landers and happy holiday. I am writing this base on the challenge am having in my marriage. Some of you might have known little about the issue i had previously cos i brought it to the forum.
It happened that my wife was having emotional affairs with another man which i knew through her chat.
Though family and pastor were involved and have tried everything to resolve the issue between us. I have decided to forgive and forget and also give her a second chance even though it was a difficult situation for me, I decided to let go cos of my two daughters and don't want them to share from a broken home.
Now the issue am still having is that my wife has promise to change and be a better person and also promise to cut any emotional tile with the man. But I wasn't confident with that, so i told her to block this guy on all social media and also delete his number so there wont be any communication between them cos i sense if they both keep in touch, they might go back to what they were doing before. She got angry when i told her this and she said she can't block the guy cos they have been friends for many years even before she got married to me.
She started dating the guy last year under my roof and her reason was that i pushed her to do such act cos i wasn't giving her enough attention and love which is totally a lie.
So house, pls just let me know if i did wrong by telling her to block the guy or i over did it. I just felt blocking him will be best for us cos i noticed my wife is not fully detached from this guy emotionally.
Pls if you are in my shoes, what will you do house. If you want to get more insight about what transpired, you can go to my details nairaland.
Pls mod, help me by doing the needful.
How can your wife be dating another man under your roof... I find it very difficult to comprehend this kind of news
SReporters: Many Ladies are presently engaged in smoking marijuana! While many were taught by their boyfriends, others became smokers through their friends!
Many guys who smoke weed, when you ask them, they admit that they enjoy the company of ladies who smoke weed because they see them as fun to be with, jovial, full of life and great in bed too.
But when it comes to making a lifetime commitment, can a guy settle down with a lady who smokes weed?
While some guys won't mind ending up with a wife that smokes, others don't see it as a nice idea.
It's not yet proven yet if smoking weed can hurt the womb of a married woman, thereby putting her in danger of not giving birth to children.
Another reason is that irrespective of male smokers enjoy what they do, they wouldn't want a mother who would be a bad influence to their children.
Whatever be the case, as a smoker, would you love to get married to a woman that smokes weed
TAP23: The man wey the mama dey wan marry no get house abi? If she should get married to another man, then she's automatically no longer entitled to that house. But na feminist wannabes most of Una be here! Ndi mgbu
Very simpel She's no longsor entitled to that house. I don't just know the kind of parents we have these days
Greattestman: My mother has been threatening to commit suicide if I won't leave the house for her and her husband to be (my step-father to be). She gave me ultimatum of some days so I decided to call my uncle in the US and told him what was happening, he advised me to leave and get another house and he promised to pay my rent.
Two days ago he sent me 300, 000 Naira and I paid my rent 50, 000. I packed in today but my mother doesn't know my house and I'm planning to cut my mother off my life.
I seriously miss my father.
But honestly your mum should pack to her new husband's place. Why would she ask you to leave. I don't even know the kind of parents we have these days
PhenomenalAustin: Pelé to be buried on Jan 3 Pope Benedict on the 5th
If na my people now, body go dy morgue for like 3 months before preparations go start... Wasting money and time on the dead! We need to stop these practices!
Rest well Padre!

Thought i'm the only one seeing. We should learn how to stop wasting money on the dead. Even a mighty jesus christ was not even buried with casket. How much more we. Some Will even go to the extent of selling properties to avoid being mocked by people for not having expensive burial. The only thing a dead person deserve is to be buried and prayer simpel
HEBEI: It good you want to settle down, but don't be in a hurry to marry, even though you are already 40. Calm down and take your time. There are many good and wonderful girls around. But you see "virgins and semi educated girls", I no support that one.
Marry quality and character, virgin or not; educated or semi educated.
Na virgin with character i go marry las las bros.
I want to leave Lagos in the new year. I'm tired of the stress, high cost of everything and chaos. The problem is I can't really make up my mind on where to go, what city is best for me and my business, my life and needs, therefore i opened this thread to seek advice from people who live or have been to these areas i have in mind to relocate to.
I'm an Igbo guy from Imo state. I work online so can move anywhere as long as i see good light and fast internet. And something else... I'm kind of a late bloomer in life. Things no enter for me early so I'm still single at 40. But I earn well now, thanks to God, and so I'm seriously searching for a nice lady to settle down with. A city with lots of marriageable single girls around (even semi-educated one who are generally more humble) is high on my priority list.
The city I have in mind as the best fit is Enugu but due to insecurity in the SE I'm open to other opinions.
DenreleDave: Mehnnn if I get chance leave this Lagos ehnnn, I will never regret it. I really need an escape route from this Lagos...
So nairalander that have relocated, Did you regret leaving Lagos for another state within Nigeria?
To those planning to leave, why do you want to leave Lagos?
I regretted nothing bro.... Lagos Will frustrate you. Traffic jam, high cost of transportation if you see bus at all. If you are not doing business in Lagos. You Will regret living there

I was supposed to go and do marital introduction but because of my dad's health which was going bad everyday I couldn't. I thought maybe when we stabilise him a little then I can quickly arrange for introduction but sadly my beloved Dad passed away 4days later
I have been crying endlessly and been so weak and saddened just this morning this girl I was planning on spending the rest of my life with chatted me up saying that she has looking at me since that I don't want to say anything concerning her Christmas things that she needs 50k to buy Christmas things. I was shocked to the bone haaaa why are you this heartless towards me? Does it mean you are not concerned about what I have been passing through, infact I don't want to speak more because God already saved me from a heartless lazy woman.
To the women in this forum is it right to ask your fiancee Christmas Money in the midst of seeing him mourning of his late Dad just few days his dad died this attitude of this girl is it right?

mariahAngel: If you're allowed to choose only one food that you will eat for the rest of your life, what food would you choose? (You're allowed to have ingredients)
For me, I would've chosen plantain, but since it's nutritionally deficient, I'll go with eggs.
Wizzyonyxphoenix: I didn't realise some females could be this wicked until my cousin called me up yesterday, and told me that one of his female friends, whom he invited for a hook up, had recorded a video of him naked and was threatening to post it online if he didn't pay her 50k.
She gave him a deadline, which is next week Monday actually. According to him, they had just finished doing the do, and the girl had started flashing her phone light, while he moved around naked (the room is pretty dark) so he felt she was helping him see clearly, not knowing that she had recorded not one but TWO videos of him stark naked.
Now he's crying profusely and running around like a headless chicken. What is he supposed to do guys? He tried calling her bluff but the girl in question seems pretty intent on ruining his life if he doesn't pay that money. He also has the option of giving her his phone, peradventure he doesn't get the money.
Honestly, I feel sorry for the guy, but that's what he gets for not being able to keep it in his pants. What would you advice him to do in this situation guys? His reputation is at stake here oooo....
I will tell her to go ahead. Shishi she no go collect
[quote author=gloryhomemaker post=118863683]Egusi soup is a Nigerian delicacy well loved by many. In this video, there are step by step details on how to make Egusi soup the frying method. I used a blend of scent leaves and ugu leaves for this special Egusi soup.
Ingredients:
Egusi seeds (melon seeds) Beef Shaki (tripe) Shombo Red and yellow scent peppers Stock fish Dryfish Crayfish Okpei (locust bean) Palm oil Onions Scent leaves Ugu leaves (pumpkin leaves)
Season the meat and the stock fish with onion, seasoning cubes and a little salt. I used the soft stock fish so I added mine much later. When it boils, add water and cook till tender. Prep your other ingredients, it makes cooking easier. Blend or pound the shombo, peppers, crayfish, okpei with little or no water. Blend onions with water and pour in the blended Egusi to form a paste. Add palm oil in a dry pot, add in the blended pepper mix. Fry till dry. Add the Egusi paste in small portions, stir fry between 8 to 15 minutes. Stir continuously if not the Egusi will burn. Add in the meat stock, add gently so the soup doesn't get watery. Add in the meat, cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid burning. Add the dry fish and cook for extra 2 minutes. Add your preferred vegetables. I used scent leaves and ugu leaves, scent leaves is very nice for Egusi soup. Stir for a minute and your soup is ready. Serve and enjoy with any swallow of your choice.
