From the whole idea, those that did transfers will go to their old centres right? Because I did transfer and the mail I received stated that it was grantee and successful. Can I go to my new polling unit that I chose during the transfer?

You don’t even have to go anywhere,just log on to the INEC portal and provide the details of your new polling unit and you will be taken directly to your polling unit’s register!
