badmanjo: My people for someone transiting through UK with British airways to Canada, does their after Oct 4th quarantine rule apply? I'm asking cause of their new regulations and I want to book the flight as soon as possible thanks.... Student Visa I don't think you should be worried as long as you are only transiting, but you can check their website for further details. Meanwhile filling the passenger locator form is a must. |

MayorOfEdmonton: Like has been said he will be deported(probably in addition to a failed marriage) unless he has proofs to refute your claims upon examination. Are u willing to live with that consequence?? He likely filled single in his application, did u both agree to this Perhaps he convinced u it's the better option. I'm sure ur parents know of the situation....what have they done so far?(In d spirit of Nigeria culture)
Ultimately the choice is urs- (i)move on with ur life and leave him to God to judge as most Nigerians do or (ii) reach out to immigration with the evidence u have- being a victim, sit back and see d beauty of western world especially in supporting women. But as before advised....try to reach out to him telling him of ur plans...if he doesnt respond, tell his parents ur plans, if he calls ur bluff den u have given him all opportunity to come back to his senses according to Jesus at Matthew 18. Cheers #MyOneCent Spot on! I just believe it would also help matter if OP responded to the bolded. Sorry for your ordeal though |

Congratulations once again. Please, did you submit English test score to support your application? Amanee: Hey guys
So I'm here again to share my experience this time with getting admitted to a tuition free course at the University of Warsaw. Note, this is going to be a lengthy read.
Peace |

Phabbs: You don't need to reject Ontario nomination. When filling your OINP application, make sure you indicate that you are married and submit all requested doc for you and your partner including your POF covering for you and your spouse. In my case, I got married after getting nomination from Ontario and before submitting my application. I included my spouse, spouse did not have IELTS nor ECA and it was approved. Are you guys talking about nomination or notification of interest (NOI) ? Please, clarify |

Ellaadi: Hi everyone.
Please I need some advise. I currently hold an ICAN certificate and would want to know if I write the one paper to obtain CIMA, would that qualify for a second degree during my Canada PR application? ICAN certificate is useless for Canadian immigration purposes based on past experiences. CIMA should be favorable though I've not seen any one share report including cima |

Phebe01: It was ATS I paid for and also my Ats certificate I attached on their portal. I completed ACA in 2019 and AAT in 2016. I think they made a mistake from their end. Please, write to them immediately especially if it affects your score. I believe they can still rectify and issue a fresh report |

Phebe01: Hi,
I checked with my friends and I noticed they used the credential body as ICAN instead of ATS. What can I do please. What I'm seeing in the screenshot is ICAN not AAT. Apparently, you evaluated full ICAN certificate, not AAT. |

Dunsin17: Thank you. I'll do that right away.
The notes say CPC-Ottawa as the primary and Accra as the secondary. That would mean that an aspect of your application is being assessed by Accra VO. And Accra seems to be on pause mode now even for post ppr applicants. Nevertheless, let's keep hope alive. |

Dunsin17: Hello Everyone,
I am new here
I ordered GCMS notes and what i can infer from there is that my application was approved since march.
All my correspondence with the canada office has been replied with "Your application is in process and the responsible office will be in touch soon"
Is there a way i can fast track the Copr/ppr? a number to call, an email address to send love letter to?
I'd appreciate any form of response to help me
Thank you Send another webform and state specifically that you are ready to travel. Hope it helps. What's your VO btw? |

Snappyfingaz: What city is this please? and how possible is that? Even if they were to do 70hours/week which is impossible, and lets say they make $40/hour, how would they gross $14k a month? Sorry but I very much doubt this. I don't know much about Canada employment parole yet but I saw the OP mentioned with overtime. From experience, OT rate varies with companies and the multiplier can range from 1.5 to as high as 2.5 so you may want to revalidate OP's claim based on this. |
