PoliticsRe: Fani-Kayode: Yorubas Won The Civil War For Nigeria by emmke(m): 12:31pm On Aug 16, 2012
kettykin: 30 pages of rubbish , thsi thread was a by product of another thread where A northern Elder statesmen told Asari to go back and re read his history , Yorubas have failed to address the issues the Northerner raised in the thread but are busy accusing igbos of being cowards , the same people that called GEJ a drunk fisherman, misplaced aggression .

Thread apart i am beginning to appreciate the Hausa /Fulani folks , inspite of their prowess of colonising the whole north and part of the SW they have made very little noise about it choosing rather to play calm.
The yorubas and the Middle belters whose lands are under occupation and whose territories the north has vowed to re colonise anytime war starts rather than challenge the north are busy venting their frustation on igbos.
Igbos who lost a war no matter the pain of defeat are still living under the complex of loosing the war.
The Niger Deltans are ever so confused and ar not helping issues by crying 50 years afte the had squandereda life opportuinity of freedom
mehn, seriously what are you on about? When and how did they middlebelters vent their frustrations on the igbos? Some of you are just in the habit of cooking up things and will almost always resort to insults and name-calling when asked to back up your assertions with facts.

tboy1: He is 28 years old and probably signed a 4 year deal. I doubt he is going anywhere

BTW: How many Malaga games have you watched except when they play barca or R.Madrid? Also did you watch Euro 2012?
Cazorla is actually 27 so is Poldoski. All at their prime.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Santi Cazorla Signs For Arsenal by emmke(m): 1:07pm On Aug 07, 2012
ooseven: Abeg remain quiet and hide in shame...which glory...people are buying championship winning players una dey prance around transfer market. Van Persie is going and all you can talk about is Carzola...while already good teams are buying more and more top class players. Can this present Arsenal setup compete with Barcelona, Real Madrid, Man-City, Man Utd or Bayern Munich?? Carzola will no doubt be famous at Arsenal, then what happens next...his net worth goes up and off he goes to a more serious football club. 2006 - Date: TROPHYLESS.
oh shut up you glory hunter. All these teams U mentioned can't boast of balancing the book. They are all hugely indebted, except Bayern, with NO sustainable model.
@topic, Wenger has shown great intent this summer. Arsenal is probably the busiest English team this summer. Poldi, Giroud and now Cazorla. Sahin will most likely join. Expect this show of ambition to convince VP into staying.
PoliticsRe: Gov. Jang - God Is Punishing Plateau For Her Sins by emmke(m): 6:20am On Aug 06, 2012
joskid: I think certain things that one should highlight about Jang is this--He became a Pastor and ordained by a Christian Theological School shortly before he became the Governor of Plateau State. Even at the time of contesting there were so many powers and odds against him...nobody wanted to have the Beroms (the owners of Jos from a native standpoint) become the Governor. He faced fierce opposition from other native ethnic groups from other senatorial zones even the Langatang Mafia in the mix. I personally know the Pastor who had the vision from God that despite all the opposition, Jang was going to become Governor of the State. And like a daring miracle, that miraculous vision came to past and the prophecy this Pastor made came to past. This was why Jang was much willing to support a far wider effort at Christian evangelism and allow a deeper level of transparency unheard of in the state. So I am not surprised that he is making these statements at all. But my only gripe is that because of the complexity of the make-up of his audience, which includes you NLers, such a statement should have been done more in private. Publicly I would have loved him to SET ASIDE HIS CHRISTIANITY AS A STATESMAN and simply put more pressure on the formation of ARMED VIGILANTE GROUPS that would patrol their farms 24/7. If Fulanis can wander around unchallenged with theirs...what stops the natives from doing the same. Who has more right to the land anyway?

Those communities attacked are usually remote and dispersed. Unlike the Hausas and Yorubas, the Beroms do not traditionally concentrate their settlements in one place. You could have a house in one place and have to walk two or three kilometers to get to the next house. In a way, these made some of these settlements easy prey for wandering bushmen call Fulanis. Even Christians in America have to joint their army to defend their land and ideologies. If the Nigerian army has failed a section of its people but rather has become an instrument for proxy Jihad, I see nothing wrong seeing people defend themselves.

Our land is soo beautiful. We thank God for that. But if you want it...you will have to kill us all. good luck with that!
the last portion of your text couldn't be any truer. Yes bro, our land is soooooo beautiful, just about the most naturally beautiful land I've ever seen and believe me, I'm well travelled. And no, no one will ever take it from us.

The following might help
1. Drink plenty of water
2.Eat lots of fruits rich in fiber e.g pineapple.
3. Exercise regularly
These should help, but if they don't you'd have to see your doctor to check for any underlying cause or ailment.
Cheers
PoliticsRe: Must Read: We Will Defend Middle Belt:- M.belt Tells Core North by emmke(m): 7:23am On Jul 18, 2012
I strongly believe that the middle belt states like Plateau, Benue, Taraba etc should quit that arewa consultative forum. We don't belong there and clearly they (the core northern states) do not have our interest at heart. Imagine the mofos keeping mute while the fulanis went on their killing spree only to spew craps when the StF decided to evacuate the fulanis for the sake of peace. Kudos to Gana and fcukx Oseni, he's a persona non grata in Plateau anyway.

PoliticsRe: Tension In Plateau As STF Orders Fulani Out Of Ancestral Villages by emmke(m): 9:00am On Jul 15, 2012
nagoma: A whimsical jumbled up situation with no intelligence , investigation and prosecution will never solve any problems . A government that has abandoned th basic tenants of justice can never unite and rule a country. Fulani must stay put and go nowhere . This is another Rwanda and the two Jonas ( GEJ and Jang ) will pay for the ethnic cleansing. It is time for individual Soldiers to decide what is right.
what exactly is wrong with the vast lands in kano, katsina etc? Can't you see the fulani and berom can't live in peace? Why are you insisting that the fulani should stay put? You all are just a bunch of trouble makers.

PoliticsRe: Blame Plateau Govt For Crises – Fulani Herdsmen by emmke(m): 6:38pm On Jul 10, 2012
alhussangle@gma:
Yes it is true the Plateau Governor is responsible 4 d killing of his kinsmen. And the Christians are shopping on the crisis to gain symphaty from uninformed outsiders. By the time the Fulanis are through with them, they will then know WHO OWNS the Land.
If the Fulanis own the land and are as brave as you are trying to portray them to be, why do they always sneak in at nights to perpetrate their evil? Why can't they come out during the day and fight for what they feel is theirs? Fact is your only chance against the beroms in berom land is your "sneak and kill" tactics. Once that has been found out, you'll have no other choice than to come out and fight. Then we'll know who owns the land.

back in the 60s your igbo officers actually killed a berom officer during the 1st coup did u actually expect the plateau people to still join forces with igbos and fight the FG?

Lol, Nairaland and the media have really done a good job in soiling the name of my beautiful J-town. Just the other day there was bomb blast in mararaban jamaa (not in jos) but nl said it was in jos. That's the kind of false reports that's giving the likes of the op a wrong impression about jos. Ironically am trying to work my way back to jos from lagos (stress no go kill me here). Op I can categorically tell u that jos isn't as bad/unsafe as people are painting it to be. For me it is my most favorite city in the country. Peace
