it is not a question of who employed the Judge. Let us not condone such mentality. There are fearless Judges who who abound in the judiciary and would interprete the law strictly as it is, no matter whose ox is gored. Why not lets watch and see what happens before we rush to conclusions?

Just to update u, Siasia, Amokachi, Eguavoen and Oliseh all have UEFA B coaching licences (there might be other ex-internationals who possess it including Keshi perhaps). If true, I'm surprised the EFCC which is staffed by competent legal personnel would approve of such move.
