This is correct. Traveled to Nigeria in November on Delta. Not much hassle. Just showed the Negative Covid-19 test taken within 5 days of travel date, It was needed for check-in at both departing airport, and at the connecting airport(Atlanta). Before travel date, I uploaded my test results to the Naija Immigration portal, paid for the Naija test, and I received an email with the QR code. I was also asked to choose my test center and date for the Naija covid test. And that was all. I received a reminder email and call(on my Naija number) the day before the test. Got to the test center in GRA Ikeja early in the morning. We were the 5th car in line, and we were out of there within 45 mins of when they started testing. Got my test results within 48 hours, as they promised. It was seamless to me.

Please, kindly send me the links of Naija immigration portal where you uploaded your pcr test and where you made the payment for the 7days pcr test in naija.

Good morning my People, I am in a state of confusion & hopelessness here. My family (wife & 3 children) is about to face ejection from a house I supposed to be a tenant.
I have occupied the 2bed room flat since October 2011. I pay house rent yearly without owing my landlord. The house is 4story with 15flats. The hole occupants received their flat apartment keys same day (it was a new house when we parked in) part of our money was used in lifting the upstairs.
Fast forward to 2020, thing has never been the same for me, because of Covid-19 lockdown. I work in a private establishment and we are being owned 7 months of our salaries. My house rent expires every 31st August. I call my landlord ahead to give me more time to see if my employers will pay us, which he accepted. October is over and I am yet to received any payment from them. Things are very hard for me even to feed is now a big problem.
I got a call from my landlord (he was boiling hot) yesterday evening that he's given me till Tue 3rd November (2days) to pay him or get my belongings thrown out. The thing that is bursting my head is that he promptly told me that am not a tenant, that am a guest in his house meaning his house is a guest house. A house I had paid for 9yrs.
He used to be a good landlord but recently hes changing, he increase our rent last 2yrs and now that covid is affecting everyone he still increase house rent.


* Please I need people that knows and understands law for advice on what to do since he has told me he throwing me out without Quit Notice.

* I don't mind financial support or job opportunity, as I am sick of being jobless and I am scared of seeing my family embarssed, couple that I have 6month old baby. My wife is just depressed too.

@OP, we know things are hard, especially this COVID-19 period.
The way you are broke now, that's the same way your landlord is broke too.
The only relationship you have with your landlord is to pay your rent when due.
If you are yearly tenant, I will advise you to look for atleast 3months rent, go to him and plead for more time.
But wait ooh, how do you feel comfortable staying in another man's house for 9 good years, without planing for yours.
Note: Any compound you feel comfortable staying for more than 4yrs is undoing you.
You will never have the fighting spirit to build your own house. Henceforth, take it as a challenge from your landlord, that this is the time to plan for my own house, even if it's a room.

While we are trying to salvage the country, government MUST learn to respect her citizens and should not feel like demigod because they have guns. You cannot impoverish peoples and expect them to clap for u. Citizens should also learn to obey law and order.

Most people here are saying, she is an adult, she has the right to make her own decision fine & good.
But since she is an adult, to make her personal decisions. I also think, she has the right as an aldult to rent her own accommodation, pay her school fees, feed herself etc. If she can afford the aforementioned in question, the father has to be blamed for disciplining her, against her personal decisions.

I made the worst mistake in my life, in 2011. In 2011, I was making an average of #200k per month then in Naija, I thought I ve arrived. Anything abroad was cancelled in my dictionary. Within a space of 5years, I couldn't make up to #40k per month due to bad Government. Things became soo bad for me for many yrs, until I took the bold step to leave naija to one of the Arab country(GC).
OP within one year in this foreign country, what I couldn't achieve for the past 7yrs in naija, I have achievied them now by God grace.(though you have to work 12hrs/day).

We Nigerians don't know what we have( quality of food in Naija) until we let go (travel out).
I have been using flour here, as my Fufu to eat chicken stew here, no stock fish, ogiri, yellow pepper etc.
I can't wait to enter Naija after COVID-19,
to "hammer" that Oha soup I'm seeing here.
