Paste the YouTube link there, you set up some things like, the where it should start and finish, the quality you want and all, when all is set, click start, once done, download your file and send to client.

Have you downloaded any large file, aside the app you open? You stoll need to download a file, about 1.8Gb... Then you create a Folder in your Android - OBB folder in your memory card, where you put these "Patch.8. And Main.8" files, go back to your GTA app, open and enjoy.

Are you using the three packages at the moment or just one?
You can reduce to 1, if you are using 3 at the moment, but sadly, you can't remove all totally, some categories just require you have package.
