Minemrys:Exactly my point, thats why i said the more accurate term will be "anti-social", not all introverts are secluded. Exposure almost has little bearing on one being social or not. Some people choose not to be social. |
hulk616:I dont feel lucky sha. If you have self satisfaction, it doesnt matter if you are an introvert or not. just do some research on introvert, you are believing some myths about introverts. If you feel you should improve on your exposure and social stance, then do it, dont hide under the introvert umbrella. |
hulk616:LOL, how? |
hulk616:Introversion doesn't translate to staying away from civilization. The more accurate term will be "anti-social" not introvert. I dont know if you were a caged bird (routine childhood, triangle life, from home to school back home or maybe church) or you decided to keep to yourself. Either way lack of exposure often leads to regret as you may suffer in adult life and get the exposure the hard way. The more important question should be what your reaction to exposure will be. Will you be overwhelmed? if you have a character that will not easily be influenced, then i advice you get the necessary exposure. If not i will advice you try to build yourself, as inexposure often makes young adults involve in deliquencies. By the way, i am introvert too. And i am very exposed, thanks to my parents too. I got admission at a very young age, but i scaled through without engaging in vices due to my exposur |
hulk616:LOL, why do u think it is a bad thing? |
BlueRayDick:They were supposed to give feedback of the meeting to each branch for delibration and vote before taking any action. But they just announced the strike, the issue is not the strike but the due process not followed. |
hulk616:OK, maybe you just lack exposure, which isn't a bad thing. cheers. |
In my opinion, ASUU are the ones prolonging these issues. The proposed UTAS was not rejected by FG, the gov only gave an 18 months timeframe for the development, initialization and implementation of the UTAS system. The major disagreement was on whether ASUU will register on ippis for the time being, ASUU refused, stating that it's members should not be obligated to register, while the gov disagreed. Note that ASUU and fg had reached an understanding on uother issues. If the government promised to not only improve the ippis to fit the perculairities of ASUU, but also to develop the utas system, then what is the problem of ASUU? Lack of trust? Lol. Lastly, not all lecturers are happy with the way the indefinate strike was announced, as the members were not consulted for feedback, the execs just took the decision. I stand with fg on this one, ASUU are either trying to flex muscles or are hiding s6mething. |
hulk616:if truly you are not, you sure give the vibe of one. not like i believe you. |
Lol, hulk616. Even a dumb person will conclude that he is still a kid. Point 1: couldn't watch joker cause it was r-rated. Point 2: doesn't understand adult language. Point 3: always pleading for censorship. Point 4: all his friends are virgin, lol, nowadays even if you are a pastor all your friends cannot be virgins. Except perhaps all your friends (including yourself) are below the age of sexual enlightenment. Conclusion: Hulk616 is a minor and should be treated as such. i will be suprised if he is up to 18 yet. Guys, please don't spoil the kid. |
history, there are alot of 'historical books' lying out there, talking about the same thing in different ways or even having contradictory position. How do you know which is true? The most convincing? You can only know an author's name but not the motive for writing the book. "believe what you will, but never call it the absolute truth". You can never be 100 percent sure. That is why i never impose my beliefs on others. We could all be wrong anyway, as long as it was written by a man, it is fallible. Arguing about all these things doesn't work out, you already believed what you want. As long as you are fulfilled, you are alright. |
gensteejay:I agree that christianity today and most contemporary practices have pagan roots. I also agree that blind religion is a form of slavery. I also believe that a person can neither prove nor disprove that God exists. are your sources infallible? was the person who wrote it alive thousands of years ago? if you believe it to be true and even cajl people who dont believe it ignorant what differenciates you from a religionist. |
Expert17:Same here. Graduated last year. |
gensteejay:There are alot of better point to use in discrediting christianity, i could help you with that. If you are argue against religion with conspiracy theory, that makes you the same with a religionist, you are both swallowing something hook, line and sinker. Yeshua is a transliteration of a greek word meaning 'salvation', the greek 'iosous' form what was translated to Jesus, both 'Jesus' and 'joshua' mean the same thing. the difference is the original language, the hebrew and greek 'salvation' transliterated as 'joshua' and 'jesus' respectively. one greek word often end up having different transliteration, so no need for conspiracy theories. Do you really believe that a yoruba god was the influence? |
A40:I fear for nigeria o, with no end in sight, it is getting more scary. I pray that before the shit hit the fan, one miracle will happen that will end the threat of the virus, that's Nigeria only hope really. Very soon, people will start disobeying lockdown in the name of hunger. Things aren't in order for this covid war sha. |
BlueRayDick:LMAO, like the odd bayern used to get against their farmer's league opponents. |
We all know that most pastors and their prophecies are fakes. How do i know this? The bible in the book of deuterenomy says that if a prophet gives a false prophecy (just one), he is not from God. I can bet my left balls that alot of these so called prophets have multiple failed prophecies, why will someone give 40 prophecies and 2 will enter, abeg wetin be the odd? Tb joshua is one who i have written off totally, amongst others. If (and only if) they recieved true prophecy, discretion can be used to pass the message but it must not alter the message, prophet nathan did this with david, he made david condemn his own self before passing the message God gave him. |
Victornezzar:Conspiracy theories are swallowed hookline and sinker, by people claiming to be knowledgable. Fake news that supports our suspicion is believed without question. |
A40:True, some people are still believing that the virus is audio, others are peddling worthless conspiracy theories that has no bearing on the health threat coronavirus possess. I hope the death of Abba Kyari resets the mind of the populace, that's one of the positive i take from his death. some fools are like, "it is a big man disease" smh. Nigerians and ignorance sprinkled with fake news are like sandwich. |
hardeycute:Relaxation days defeats the m0tive of lockdown. Closing church and mosque and opening markets is misplaced. Markets present greater risk 0f spread, i was told that the markets were so jam pack that walking through is difficult. In churches and mosque social distancing can be practiced, but not so in markets. just imagine if a case went to church, the contact tracking may be easier. I am not supporting opening of mosque and church, my own is if you want to lockdown then 'LOCKDOWN'. our governments are not doing enough simple. |
Do not be decieved, most states claiming lockdown na audio lockdown o. Niger state for example claim to be on "total" lockdown, but market was opened on thursday, muslims said if they went to market, why not jumat? And christians said since muslims held jumat they will hold church too. Truly, what is the point of lockdown only to open market one day, knowing that the market will be more populated than usual. The feedback was if a single infected person walk into that market it is finished. If you ask me the lockdown isn't necessary then, if we can't do it in totality what's the point? Lockdown for 6 days and 1 day to actually come in contact with the virus, that's why cases will keep rising. A friend travelled from niger state to nasarawa, passing through abuja in the middle of an audio lockdown. Lol. There was a country. Most of us have chosen the virus over hunger, toh lockdown is just announced but not effected. |
Xisnin:The person refuse to pay the money, maybe because of familiarity, that's why i want to report the crime in the first place. o |
Lol, i was in primary school in 2000's, i played all these games, this brings back memories. Biro fight, last catcher, x and o are games for school walls, while counter football for after school. I played counter till js1, till my mother decided that i should have outgrown the game. I was a pro with years of experience. I still remember the thread we used to do with straws, you would go around picking straws and then plait them together in either 2s or 4s. I play when i small chai. |
chatinent:Lol, What should i do then?, |
hulk616:Amen o. I hope you have gotten over your fear and panic. stay safe and dont be a victim of corona-panic as a DC fan. |
Minemrys:I hope so too. Thanks o, personally coronavirus lockdown met me a wrong time, all my plans are in the trash, but health first and i may live long enough to fulfil them. The positive for me is that i have had time to set my priorities right and personal reflection. How have u been coping? |
hulk616:Amen o. I hope you have gotten over your fear and panic. stay safe and dont be a victim of corona-panic as a DC fan. |
Hey everyone, been a long time, i have just been stuck to reading comments and haven't commented in a long while. Hope we are all staying safe and well in a time like this. Boredom may be taking it's toll on us but let us use this time positively. One love. |
To be brief, someone took my phone and recharged my line with airtime and transferred it to a betpawa account (they allow funding through airtime). How do i report the case to the police with all this lockdown of a thing going on? I stay at suleja, niger state. Note, i know the person who did it, but i dont want to take the laws into my hands, and not reporting the fraud is like supporting it. |
