When you are going to court for "prayers" or making claims. The old trick is to expand your prayers, claims or even charge sheets with lots of frivolities and major issues with that you have better chance of one of the charges sticking which might turn the case to your favour. There is a reason when someone commits armed robbery in the charge sheet you see attempted murder, larceny, intent to hurt etc as accompanied charges.
