For the bill, the Constitution gave the national assembly the right to overide his decision as long as they can get 2/3 majority. Secondly, I want you to look at the reasons he gave for not signing the bill with an open mind. We have 18 political parties and we have almost 9000 words and if these 18 political parties conduct election in all the 9000 words what do you think will happen.
