Send mail to Abuja and all the offices. Raise webform too, I experience same thing but mine was uploaded within 24 hours

My wife's application got a BVL on 10th of march. Till now no update at all.

Applied October 27th. I noticed the BVL came from Ottawa.

I just received a refusal for my SOWP...IRCC stated that I did not meet the requirements for the "International Mobility Program"

I am a bit confused because I applied for SOWP or is it the same thing as International Mobility program.

Please someone should help with an answer coz I'm really confused

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my many questions.

The duration of my study is two years. Regarding home ties, I only stated in my SOP that my wife would financially take care of the family until I returned and that my company would also provide a monthly stipend to support my family’s upkeep.
I mentioned my dad, mum, and my company in SOP. Also listed my two houses with documents.

Is it not okay for someone to change their mind regarding their family joining them after 3 months? Or do you think I should further wait?

Make your letter of explanation very convincing as to why you need your family with you, even if you had used them as home ties...its al about convincing the Visa officer

I would suggest you both should arrive Canada first then use an immigration lawyer to argue out why you want to drop and rather apply for SOWP inland, you can as well do the application yourself if you are sure you can logically argue your case.

No one can determine this..

Most MPs do not respond, cos actually they attend to residents in their provinces/constituency (in Canada)..

Its only the nice ones that go all the way to attend to queries outside of Canada, prolly because the said applicant will soon be a resident in their province..

So there is no timeline on when they respond, they may and may not respond..

I am to resume by this fall at centennial college, September 6 to be precise.
But I've applied for my visa since may 14th and up till now still nothing from ircc end, I'm thinking of deferring my admission to January but I found out centennial college doesn't allow deferment.
Please what can I do?.
