God has many and different kinds of children.
Being an itinerant music minister, and a youth pastor. I see some similar characters in churches I minister. They just spice up our
church experience, though they could be
handful some times. But They are the ones we
miss when they are not in church. LOL
Enjoy...
1. That brother or sister who is always
testifying on Sunday. And Always requesting
to sing, even when they've been told to make
the testimony very short. Most times the
songs are form-form songs (I.e,spontaneous
songs they manufacture on the spot). After
they are done singing (alone, because only
they know it), you expect one powerful
testimony, then they say, "praaaaaaaaase the
living Jesus, brethren it's my birthday today!"
Every Sunday o. Lol.
2. That brother that dances and pushes others
off the line during thanksgiving Sunday. Most
times they dance and dance, then go pass the
offering bowl without giving their offering o!
3. That sister that is first to fall and manifest
under the anointing. Even if what they are
doing at the moment is taking the
announcements.
4. That brother or sister that keeps praying in
tongues or wailing in the spirit, after they
have rounded off prayer, or praise-worship. So
much the pastor has to say brother/sister so
so so, AAAAAAAMEN.
5. That brother that always comes to tell you
that he has a word about different sisters in
church, regarding marriage. And they are
always the fine and high class sisters o. That
you know he is not compatible with. They are
brothers of great faith sha. At least they are
better than those timid ones not saying
anything. Lol.
6. This particular brother or sister is always
standing up for altar call. Every Sunday o.
Even when you make a call for the fruit of the
womb. The brother stands up. Lol.
7. That brother/sister that is always coming
for a special prayer, even when what they are
asking to be prayed for about, was address
during the service.
8. These ones are always first timers in the
same church, especially if the church in
question gives out good gifts and solid
refreshment to new guests.
9. That praise- worship leader who's always
singing high ranged songs he/she cannot
reach. And when they get stuck, they ask us to
sing a new song unto the Lord or pray in
tongues.LOL.
10. That brother or sister that goes off point
during bible study when you ask for
contributions. Sometimes asking weird
questions. Like what the church is doing
about the super eagles chances of
qualification for nations cup. How we must
take our place in the spirit realm, and stand in
the gap.
LOL. I Hope this made you laugh. Tell me
