tintingz:Na wa oo. In my quest to reply you, i found this one just now, Geneva Bible Never heard of it. Between, I dont know why you focused only on Queens/gay bible when others abound. Not to even talk of King James and Revised Standard Versions. These are rivals because RSV exposes KJV. Thats just messed. Go and read preface of RSV. Still coming back if i can find copyrights for Gay Bible. Truly it is my assumption but it is widespread which means that just can happen by accident. They must have got copyright or approval. |
The Leaking Bucket: Beware of the leaking bucket. 1.You wear abaya and hijab but with perfume and makeup. ( a leaking bucket ) 2. You're following the Sunnah and have a beard but you don't lower your gaze. (A leaking bucket) 3. You pray all of your prayers on time but you have no Khushu at all. (A leaking bucket) 4. Amoyinoluwa24:Does he have another business besides church? |
tintingz:I think what i am trying to tell you is that, it will NEVER spread. That's number one. It will NEVER be approved by any religious authority (ISlam). This is simple major difference from christianity. All those versions they printed have COPY RIGHTS/AUTHORITY/PERMISSION. Spot the difference?. Even though many christians in Nigeria for instance may detest "gay Bible" but their opinions about it dont count SO LONG the author of the book is backed up by authority. That's NEVER gonna happen with Quran. Qurans are printed by authority or certified printing places. As for whether some people might read the one like this one, Well, I imagine you talking about laymen. That's normal bcus at some point, we all stumble on pronunciations of those words anyways. So this is how we detect them and they are gone for good. Look at "furqan". It is been around since 1999 but who really cares about it?. With our eyes wide open we know it is Bible in disguise and they dont even hide their trash. Quran is too spread and memorized to be versioned. Besides that, there are assigned agents (malaikat, ruhaniyat etc) under every araf/kalima of Quran that are protecting them. Please see the thread titled "Seeing Malaika" the one you just commented on and check out !kupakuti comments on that. So it is really impossible for them. They can only try and try harder but go no where. |
tintingz:No, it is not a version. Part of guaranteed protection that Quran talks about is that they don't survive anytime they come up with nonsense. We detect them and they are rejected collectively unlike other Books. Many came before this but are not gone today. Even this one self seems to be old. Looks like i saw this before but it was sent to me yesterdsy. Verily We: It is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur'an) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption). Al-Hijr 9 |
AhluSunnah:As-salam alaikum Could you please STOP: embarrassing Islam embarrassing Nabi Muhammad (SAW) embarrassing Aslaf embarrassing Salafis embarrassing Muslims altogether JUST STOP THIS MADNESS If You Don't Know What You Doing Kindly Swap Or Return To Ile Keu For Proper Knowledge And Stop This Foolishness?. Thank You |
tintingz: This is even criminal act. I hope you know that. So challenge stands to bring forward another Quran |
tintingz:#There is a reason nabi (SAW) taught us to change position and recite sura iklas and then split 3x when we have bad dreams. That's one simple evidence of existence of dreams and reality unless you dont believe in the hadith. #Second, it is indeed true that certain events or incidents may influence our dreams (illusion) especially bad ones. Like you rightly said of nollywood or hollywood. But when dreams are concurrent is pretty much different as he is narrating his. For instance, Sheikh Adam (ra) narrated a story of a boy and his teacher. The boy narrated his bad dream to his teacher who in turn tells him to pay less attention to it, that his bad dream was result of his bad action during the day. The boy was reluctant. He wanted something done. His Sheikh sensed that he is not satisfied. So he told the boy to eat beans that night for his dinner before going to bed without drinking. The boy was astonished like ' how the heck i would eat beans mixed with gari without drinking?". His teacher said 'do as I said and come to me tomorrow and tell me what you see in your dream". So he complied. The following day he approached his teacher and narrate his experience overnight. He said he had dream that he was in the middle of the ocean swimming dangerously and asked his Sheikh what that means?. His Sheikh said there is nothing happening to you. It is bcus you ate beans and gari (konkere) without drinking water. So you were obviously thirsty and went to bed like that. Of Course you would see yourself with water. You however have taken your ideology to a whole new level. I am religious and i believe in true dreams and and true visions. But i barely have dreams. I sleep like nothing happened overnight. Yet, i used to watch horror movies (dracula, anything ghost - I loved them) when i was young. Never for once they had impact on me till this moment. Bottomline is, if you don't experience something doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Not everything is illusion as you usually paint them. That's we are advised to keep out dreams to ourselves bcus of criticisms and disbeliefs unless when it is necessary. But I am afraid that you may eventually reject certain aspect islamic tenets in only matter of time. #Just saying |
Demmzy15:lol. .u and abdelkabir worried much about this. Well, that was copied as see written. Maybe I should have indicated that. I do get their message they tried to pass but its transmission might not be appropriate. I dont have problems with it overall. |
Excellent article: When I first began studying Islam and getting involved in Islamic work, one of the major motivators for me was that this field would keep me away from the fitnah of the opposite gender. For every young man and woman, one of the greatest trials we face is dealing with members of the opposite gender without falling into sin. Originally, and it was naive of me, I thought Islamic work would put me in a position in which I would not have to deal with these situations. Unfortunately, I was wrong. There is a trend among contemporary, practicing Muslims which I find ratherg disturbing, this trend is what I call a “Shaykhy Crush”. I have noticed at many Islamic events, from classes to conferences, practicing Muslim women who follow the Deen in dress and Ibadah, developing crushes and falling in love with the speakers and teachers. This has led to many dangerous scenarios. The following are a few real life examples I have encountered: 1) At an Islamic course, some sisters were discussing how handsome the Shaykh is. When an elderly sister told them not to talk about him like that as he is married, they responded, “So what? We can still marry him,” and continued their discussion. 2) At an Islamic conference, many sisters were not discussing the content of the lectures but how beautiful the Imam sounded with his gorgeous French accent, or how “handsome and sweet” another Shaykh’s smile was. “It melts my heart” were words I heard. 3) Recently, a Shaykh took a second wife, this triggered a discussion online between sisters who admitted they were “going gaga” over him and wished they were his second wife. 4) A sister recently told a Shaykh that she is no longer satisfied with her husband as she is only attracted to students of knowledge now. A married sister told her teacher that she is unsatisfied with her husband and had a dream that she was married to him. 5) A Shaykh deleted his Facebook account because married women on Facebook were claiming to have fallen in love with him. These are just few of many such incidents that I have encountered in this field. As to what is the cause of this, Allah knows best. Perhaps some of our sisters can shed some light on this for us in the comments section. It could be that studying Islam has been glamorized and students of knowledge are treated like celebrities or it could be that some Shuyookh unintentionally do things that attract women. Many times these feelings may be natural as Muslim women may see an ideal man in a married teacher of knowledge but acting upon this feelings is unwise. Furthermore, social engineering promoted by sites like Facebook makes behavior, like comments, that would never be acceptable face to face, seem normal. We have to remember that there is still a human behind that wall with a family. I do not know the exact causes but this is definitely a growing problem in Western countries. The problems that arise from this situation are multiple; here are some of the major issues: 1) Corruption of a student of knowledge’s intentions. We, students, are human and love women just as much as the next man (I’m going to get in trouble for saying that), so when we are trying to teach Islam and keep ourselves and our thoughts chaste, the female fans don’t make it easy for us. I noticed many students of knowledge starting to dress smarter and act differently when they realize they have the attention of the single sisters and there is a major chance that this can affect their intention of teaching for the sake of Allah. 2) Too many single sisters want to marry a Shaykh, and some begin to consider polygamy. The problem here is that the Shaykh might not be interested in such a relationship, and in an extreme case or two, a Shaykh rejecting such a notion has led to jealousy and harassment of the Shaykh and his wife. 3) Married sisters begin to develop crushes on their teachers and start to compare their husbands to the teacher, which leads to dissatisfaction in their marriage and eventually marital conflicts. 4) Sometimes the Shaykh and his wife have a happy marital life until a sister (or two) ask him if he wants a second wife, without considering his current wife’s feelings. This can cause problems between the Shaykh and his wife, as well as jealousy and could lead to the breakdown of a once-happy marriage. 5) There is always the potential danger of Zina, even with students of knowledge especially if the attraction is mutual. These are just some of the negative consequences of this trend. I would like to conclude with some advice for both the sisters and the Shaykhs. Advice to sisters who are seeking knowledge: 1) Lower your gaze: Remember that he is your teacher, a man of Islamic knowledge and a married man too. So look at him with respect, not desire. 2) Purify your intentions: When attending a lecture, make a sincere intention to learn and benefit from the teacher for the sake of Allah, and do not attend just because Shaykh Yusuf is teaching and you love the sound of his voice. I do not want to discourage any sister from seeking knowledge, just gently reminding them of Shaytan’s plot. 3) Walk in her shoes: Think about his wife and her feelings and do not say or do anything that could cause a problem in their marriage. 4) Choose a husband realistically: Not every woman can marry a Shaykh, so focus on finding a good Muslim man who will care for you and do not compare him to the Shuyookh. Find a good guy and thank Allah for allowing you to marry him and appreciate his efforts to please you. 5) Modesty is key: Remember that talking about how handsome the Shaykh is against haya and not befitting students of knowledge to discuss their teacher in such a manner with each other. Advice to young Shuyookh in dealing with this Fitnah: 1) Lower Your Gaze: Do not look at the sisters in the audience too much. Focus your gaze on the men in your audience. If there is a sister who attracts you or you know is attracted to you, do not look at her at all (without being rude or disrespectful). 2) Purify Your Intention: Always remember that you are teaching for the sake of Allah and not to attract a female fan club so behave appropriately and modestly. 3) Avoid any unnecessary interaction with women. Do not keep single sisters on your instant messenger contact list, or talk to them for hours on the phone, and if they catch you in the hallway to ask a question, keep it brief, polite and to the point. 4) Think about your wife: Anytime you are attracted to a student of yours, think about your wife and everything she does for you. Think about her sacrifices and this will fill you with guilt for even feeling such attraction to another woman. 5) Dress up better for your wife than others: It should not be such that whenever you go out to teach a class, you are dressed in your best thowb with your best Itr, while at home you do not bother looking (or smelling good) for your wife. Remember the example of Ibn Abbas and deal with your wife accordingly. 6) Get married: If you are serious about polygamy, do it the right way so that people do not gossip or spread rumors about you and you avoid breaking any sister’s heart. I hope these tips help us all to remain firm on the straight path. Remember the devils spend more time trying to mislead those who are walking the righteous path and so we need to be careful of these pitfalls of Shaytaan in which he tries to use our good deeds (teaching, studying) to lead us to commit sins. Anything good I have said is from Allah, and any mistakes are my own and we seek refuge in Allah from giving wrong advice and from all forms of fitnah. http://muslimmatters.org/2011/06/06/shaykhy-crushes-trials-in-the-life-of-me[truncated by WhatsApp] |

Until you love Satan, i wont take you serious. Abdulgaffar22, you should have break down your op into simple readable paragraphs. |

Rashduct4luv:this quote of yours is for non-Muslims. |
^^^ You see, Ibn Tayimmiyah (ra) that you quoted obviously is not talking about average people. This is authority he's talking about. You can not use that for terrorism reference. Ibn Tayimmiyah was a public figure, authority. The same way if you open constitution of a country, school, organization, they have set of rules. For instance, it is part of US constitution (but not enforced) that you can not grow plants (vegetables) in your backyard. This of course is not known to many just like quotation you brought up there about Sheikh ul Islam (ra). So does that mean whoever is aware of the law should go about beating up those who plant vegetables in their yard?. If any individual does that, he is simply a criminal himself. Yet, the ruling is printed in black and white even though it is not enforced just like killing whoever deliberately ignore salat should be killed. Who enforces that today?. You can not deny those crazy groups have links with govt official. It is as clear as daylight. even if you dont believe that, how about 2014 when John McCain was seen taking selfie with now renounce terrorist baghdad!?. If that doesnt ring bell, i dont know what will. The problem i have however is our brothers here defending their evil operation in Syria as lfleak rightly said up there. Far as i am concerned, i am not worried about anything. I dont care what media says. I know there are problematic ahadith but we also have ahadith that prophesied current events. That's why i dont stress myself. |
See why you shouldn't worry yourself much about media silly noise.

LadunaI:subhanAllah!. What a wonderful observation. My Sheikh always recommended yasin 313 to me and whoever was around him. I have always wondered this could not have been by accident. Indeed, placing certain number of recitation of dhikr is Sunnah but they understand NOT. They would tell you did the nabi do that?. Ma Sha Allah, we understand message communicated to us indirectly. JazakaAllah khayran! As Sheikh Imran Hussein rightly said that knowledge is of two types: That is internally received That is externally observed The former is for those who "internal eyes" i:e eyes on the heart with which they see. Sheikh Adam (ra) said, there are those who only pursue external knowledge and abandoned or do not believe anything else exist besides. He said you have to hold on to the two. |
Rashduct4luv:people quote the first hadith you cited a lot loosely and apply it wrongly. Many of us don't pray congratulational salat if that's the evidence. Look around every masjid in the world, only jummah you see masajis filled up. Why not other days?. People pray at work or wherever the are. So bcus they would miss congregational salat working is also forbidden by your logic?. You can not say it is haram. Haram and halal are clear. Khalwa is up to individual within their capacity. |
Hkana:How coincidence! I was going to say that with his constant reminder of numerological order. It is clear now how the sufi came about numbers from the way the brother enlightened us. Remember when I was talking about reciting sura yasin 313 and they made fun of me? . I know you were around back then. We told them that knowledge of Islam progresses but they don't understand. Now read this brother where said this ikupakuti:Although this type of knowledge that is not directly from kitab and sunnah is not binding on anyone. It is for the benefit of individual. They are however gleaned indirectly from Islamic sources. JazakaAllah khayran |
Do u know that marriage is the cheapest way of having sex? According to my research. U pay N50000 bride price once off and you stay with the woman for 20 years which is N2500 per year. Meaning per month, you are paying N208.3 and N52. per week while daily, all you pay is N7.4. So why would men pay Prostitutes for N5000 or more only for one round of sex, When you can get N7.4 per day for as many rounds as you want. This is a big discount. So get married busar:I understand where your line of thinking coming from. A good wife should know to do these for her man without having to request. Common sense courtesy it is. However, far as I'm concerned, I hate anyone cooking for me except my mother. Mr sister visits me with her husband, I cook for them. Now I stopped cooking for them but I don't allow her to cook for me. Cook for your husband. That's it and don't worry about me. I'm just used to doing everything by myself, including house chores. I'm too independent. I just feel uncomfortable for anyone to cook for me. I know and understand time will come and it may change like age old for instance. |
ikupakuti:JazakaAllahu khayran. I truly appreciate your work here. I have forgotten those terms you used throughout your post. I lost road for 4 yrs caused by this mechanical approach to Islam. That's why i was unable to come up with these terms in the "Jinn Stories" thread you read through. I could remember stories and incidents relating to these but forgot the terms, phrases and technicalities ingrained in them. You just refreshed my memory |
I really don't give a fig leaf about UK or other incidents. I really have to disagree with OP somewhat. These are individual doing their thing. Most of them have no idea of Islamic figh. Second, these type of recent attack in UK is no different from other attacks by non-muslims. Few days ago in New York City, a white guy traveled from another state to new York to stab a black man to death. If a muslim did the same it would be tagged "act of terrorism". Although this white dude did say his motive behind the attack TO KILL BLACK PEOPLE. And don't forget 2013 massacre of 32 people in Newton elementary school in the state of Connecticut where majority of the victims were children. Killer was a boy with military weapons. No act of terrorism was mentioned. By official definition of terror!sm by FB! , it has no religious connotations needless to say Islamic religion. (See attachment) In that case whatever motives of any individual Muslim has for attacking, the fellow should be treated accordingly even if he utters Islamic phrases such as saying "Allah Akbar". The reason for this is that whatever is written in Sunni theology is solely for the Islamic authorities not individual or group of individuals. Such individual or group is simply a criminal. For instance it is written in Nigeria Constitution to penalize thieves but today, every Tom, Dick, Harry kills or set thieves on fire without due process. Same applies to a lone wolf who takes it upon himself to attack consulate or none Muslims. Islam has its way of dealing with the situation. So individual who chooses to attack people does that out of his own peril. I'm not gonna argue about Sunni figh whether it is to be reviewed. The fuqaha wrote things based on situations in their time. What they wrote are not all supported by Quran. So if individual muslim who cites from the book to commit atrocities for their selfish interest should simply be dealt with. Besides, those people themselves have committed terror!sm during their colonialism. Just because we were not there to witness that doesn't mean it has to be overlooked. I'm sure those African slaves felt terrorized by the British. If they lived today they would tell you more. It is ALL politics. But unfortunately for us in Islam, there is no "separation of mosque and state"

^^^^^ You just wrong on Khalwa by trying to make it sound unlwaful. I am not just interested in this for now. A very simply logical deduction would refute what you said. Same applies to wiping face after dua and also gathering of recitation of Quran. These are sunnah acts that you people are belittling. |
tintingz:you are getting interesting and confused EVERYDAY! This is another allegation you made here that Quran was written by the holy prophet muhammad (Allah's Peace and Blessing be upon him). Do you have evidence to back it off?. DOnt you think you will to stick to little 'science' you understand rather than delving what you have no idea of?. Bible means "Holy book, paper, scroll" it is a collection that contain Torah, gospel and Jewish stories. Having name is not an issue.Name is something becuase every tom, dick and harry can write anything. There are several UNKNOWN authors of many books in the Bible. Lol, the collection of the bible was inspired by Yahweh a.k.a Jehova a.k.a Eloi to Prophets and men of God.Interesting!....you sound like UNDERCOVER jesuit though ![]() This is not an issue. It is. Quran calls itself by name indicating it is not authored by none other than Allah. - Judaism is gotten from Judah and they(Jews) are the chosen people of God(Exodus 19:5), (Exodus 19:6), (Deuteronomy 7:7-Sorry, they are "chosen" on conditions of faith and righteousness. They have broken their covenants. So chosen my foot - Jesus(AS) came and said the covenant as been taken from the Jesus and given to another(Mathew 21:43) and He established new covenant (Hebrews 8:6-13), and he's the way the truth and life(John 14:6). Christ followers are called Christians(Acts 11:26).perhaps, this thread exposes your reality and confusion - Abeg who are the chosen people na?Sorry, buddy. There is no longer "chosen people" by birthright or nationality. Chosen people are not Arabs either but muslims (regardless of color and languages, race or nationality) Lol, Christians will argue with you that there are contractions in Quran and even mention verses, but Muslims will say it is a context thing but wont accept if Christians said same.Onus on you You are incredible |
Rashduct4luv:Your selection are random and mixed. Poster above me did some sorting. Your selection is mechanical. You prolly copied it too. I am just gonna comment on #4. I happened to just came across lecture by Sheik who passed away recently, Sheikh Ahmed Alaye talked about it. Gave background info on it and called it shirk and should be avoided |

ikupakuti:Wallahi, they don't understand. Tasawwuf is really truly scientific and the very spiritual heart of islam. I am sick and tired fo that mechanical approach to islamic text. It is very boring. |
tintingz:why do they have different dialects, variant recitation and why did they need nabi (s) to explain many verses of Quran to them? If i learn the classical Arabic, I can write my own scripture, shebi na just to rewrite some Jewish stories and give laws, in fact my own version will be updated with accurate scientific discoveries, medics, psychology, technology.Very well then. As albaqir rightly replied you up there that's just what it is tintingz:You are incredible. You remind me of Arab friend of mine back in 2006. I wen to him to enlighten me of a verse of Quran i was having problem with. I went to him basically because he is Arab and most definitely understood the ayah. He didnt hesitate a second before telling me "i don't know". I was expecting him to say something but he truy have no idea. I had pre-existing idea and tried to put him through but he kept telling me to ask scholar. I was speechless. This dude speak arabic fluently but has no idea what Quran is saying. How do you think you possibly grasped message fo Quran?. It takes years of studies my friend. Speaking arabic (Lughatul arabiya) is one thing, understanding lughatul quran is another. Imagine large number of Yoruba people now speak "protestant yoruba". These Oyinbo people you talked about even understand ijinle yoruba better than many yoruba people. So you gonna have to provide other alleged version of Quran. This challenge stands. |
