The first two photos are my neighbour's fence. I'm really impressed by the handcrafted nature of the execution; no tiles, no paint; no evidenced plastering. Just handcraft. Notice the near perfect circle and the "false" brick simulation. I love it. I would have adopted it as well to give the area some semblance but I'm not a fan of high fence. I go for see-through fence. So for those how fancy high fence, I dash una.

I like see-through so I will steal the last too photos nicked from Nairaland. A good thought out fence work can really enhance the building and lift up the value of the property. We should not discount this fact.

I like "see-through" fences as well. But with insecurity in nija, i'd better go for high fence. Plus, there are things you dont want strangers/passerbys to see. Imagine you wake up in the morning to get fresh air in your compund, with your fresh pot-belly and early morning yawning with towel?. And some folks in this day and age could easily snap you from thier cell phones and place you on facebook

With due respect, this appears to be domestic issues. Hence, i see no reason to invite any foreign country(s). This should have been discussed behind closed doors within Nigeria Ulama. After considerable and successful outcome, then, they could invite Christian Ulama with muslims to resolve differences on the same table. But by bringing Saudis or any foreign muslim countries for that matter, Christians may think of "conspiracy to islamize Nigeria."

Or they may also invite foreign countries like Israel, EU or US to broker "peace" and "negotiations" within the county. In that case, I can guarantee that those foreign countries would only do what is in their best interest. Good-luck to them but keep us posted how this goes.

Yes. She took to her facebook page to protest for her abductor freedom. What's even painful is her supposed father did not know the girl was abducted. He thought the girl was his until his wife was arrested last yr. He knew his wife was pregnant but he thought she gave birth. He did not know she miscarried until now. The man was crying for losing the girl. That's painful.

That's the angle i used to judge the whole situation. There is no doubt abductor was wrong.

The reason my 'judgment' is 'light' is because had it been she was found by authority and arrested as early as the baby was illegally abducted, i would have agreed she should be jailed. Sending her to jail now would have negative effect on the girl. She sees her as mother for real. That's like sending her mom to jail. She can't stand that.


Plus I put into consideration she raised the girl very well.
