my most embarrassing moments on campus happened this afternoon in one of the varsities in the Mid-West.
So today was final year cultural day where all final year brethren were to represent their culture and tribe by wearing their cultural attire, so while walking with my colleague we came across this gorgeous girl with an Efik (Calabar) attire and my colleague cajoled me to walk up to her and communicate with her since she's from my tribe as I'm a Calabar guy, so I obliged and walked up to her and initiated the following convo with her

as I was about to press further to Interact with her so I could get her digits, all of a sudden a guy (cultist) from no where with reddish eye balls due to excess intoxication from Indian hemp walked up to me and gave me a resounding slap for daring to "chyke her girlfriend"
mehn I became the cynosure of all eyes as my course mates and passersby gathered to see how the guy dragged me down to an open place and started raining me blows (he was high on weed though) and used my cheeks to engage on slapping practice.
I was tired, weak and hungry after having a series of classes and since I realized I couldn't withstand this muscular guy, i tried to explain to him that the girl was my tribe girl but the guy couldn't listen and started raining me heavy blows till my eye got swollen and when my colleague came to my aid he was blocked by another fellow cultist and they shew him a sheathed dagger.
so this guy kicked me and pushed me into the mud till the white shirt I wore became dirty And behold my long time crushed passed around there and saw as I was being dealt with by just one guy,
oh gosh I was so ashamed of myself and I went back home with such a huge catastrophic disgrace meanwhile the calabar babe wasn't even concerned with what was going on.
later this evening my crush called and asked what happened and later mocked me for allowing a single guy to beat me up effortlessly.

There was this girl my best friend dated. He met her in her ND finals and this my guy stood by her all through. Though he was not all responsible for the schooling expenses but he do assist any time she needed financial assistance from him. This my guy is a civil servant and really wanted to settle down but was not desperate. There is this one thing I like about this my guy was that any girl he dated he doesn't double date them. However, he proposed to this girl before she graduated.

After her graduation she was called up for the mandatory one year NYSC program. During that year my guy took it upon himself to check on her during the service year. Gotten there or before then he has never suspected any thing. When he got there, he met this male corper sharing same room. After the service she introduced my friend to the parents, my friend said he was accepted by the parent and that he gave the father and uncle wines and he asked them he will be coming in no distant time(personally he had planned the nest six to eight months to do the introduction). Behold, after the police had clean the bottom plate or gotten what he needed he disappeared to where he came from. She could not help things anymore as things were now fallen apart. She put to bed and was now a single mother.

What really baffle me was after having the son he went to meet my guy twice to accept her back which my guy refused vehemently.

My guy now married with a child do receive call from her but some weeks back my guy just called me that the lady had died. How! I asked he said the lady went back to meet one of the guy that dated her my guy said he really can't confirm if it was the corper. And that she had complications from the second child bearing.

I am just thinking as an adult she couldn't decide for herself, she lived her life anyhow...

Anyway may you rest in peace, if coming to life again there are many things you need to change.
