Theres always stopover(s) depending on the flights(Air France/Paris, KLM/Amsterdam, EA/Dublin/Ethiopia Egypt Air/Cairo Lufthansa/Frankfurt etc). If the stopover is in US, you'd need a US visa.
The general trend is the farther the flight date is the cheaper the air ticket potentially. I usually just play around the dates for fun🙈🙈

Sure, you can start a career In Real Estate. It is all about passion. Although real estate is very large. It includes estate Agency, valuation, property management and development, feasibility and viability studies and so on.
As an Engineer you can only be limited to some area that are not very technical.
I am afraid, you may not be admitted to do Real Estate in your Masters. But you can make a research on this.

The best way to get the cheapest rate in Ontario is to play them at their own game. Sign up and after 2 days call them and tell them you want to cancel. They will ask you why, tell them you got a cheaper plan from another carrier, in other not to loose you, they will offer you a reduced price, take it and after 2 days, call them again that you want to cancel with the same reason, they will try again to keep you, take the new price and simultaneously do the same thing with other carriers, at the end you may end up paying $20 instead of the $50 quoted on their website. Once you get the best deal from any of them and the other carrier can't match it,you can now cancel one finally

I didn't know this till I was speaking with a colleague who was using the same plan with me but pay 50% cheaper price than me and that is when I knew the trick and swung into action. Now picture 5 Nigerian men doing same, issues like deceit, financial fraud, sleeping with another of them wife or daughter will arise. Nigerians most times want to be the superstar in a clique , some people will never empower their siblings because of the respect and power they command in the family.

They also are strategic and contest for elective posts like parliament, mayor, Local governments etc . They have done it in USA, Canada, Uk etc.

The average Indian will be sheltered and helped by relatives and kinsmen until they get to their feet and of course are expected to help others. The average Indian will rather live moderate while building a business or career, the average Nigerian will want to pepper village people that still check on them on social media thereby not being able to save much let alone build something tangible in Canada.

Just as we like education, Indians like it too. But many of them are able to stay focus and get to the top of their careers, Nigerians mostly see it as a means of entering Canada and often deviate from it once they are in.

The general population of India is many times that of Nigerians. The ratio will almost always show especially in countries that have history with Uk. Examples include Australia, New Zealand, USA and of uk itself.
