Politics / Re: Kwankwaso To Boycott Arewa Interactive Session Over Plot To Endorse A Candidate by EndsarsReloaded: 6:52pm On Oct 16, 2022
Gunayo:
Peter Obi is going to be the highest beneficiary if Kwankwaso did not step down for the old folks. Kwankwaso might not win but this election will prepare the pathway for future elections for him. After a southern president in 2023, Kwankwaso will be the next president. Take it or leave it.

Exactly what was stated in this article here:

https://www.nairaland.com/7386483/revealed-why-kwankwaso-wont-withdraw

Kwankwaso would kiss his ambition to be president good bye if he withdraws but if he contests now, it becomes easy for him going forward.

Politics / Revealed: Why Kwankwaso Won't Withdraw From 2023 Presidential Race by EndsarsReloaded: 6:34pm On Oct 16, 2022
There are popular insinuations that Kwankwaso would withdraw from the race to support either Atiku or Tinubu. But that would not happen.

Kwankwaso is building his base not for 2023 elections but instead for 2027. He understands that both Tinubu and Atiku won't be able to contest again if they lose this election, so Kwankwaso would have only Obi to contend with. He is only going into this election to show his strength and consolidate his base in the North.

If you notice, you will see he is busy going about the country and opening NNDP offices. He is only preparing the grounds for 2027 and withdrawing now would destroy all he has laboured for so far.

Kwankwaso also knows that should Atiku win in 2023, chances of him succeeding Atiku in 2027 or even 2031 is almost impossible since Atiku would want to do two terms and South would never accept that. So, Kwankwaso's best option is contest in 2023, come 2nd, 3rd or at worst 4th. By 2027, he would have Obi as the only popular candidate to contest against. Even if Obi defeats him, then 2031 becomes his. He still has age on his side and a win for Obi in 2023 makes his presidential ambition easily achievable.

Tinubu is a calamity. Instead of this disaster befalling Nigeria, let Buhari continue. How can this braindead campaign?

Some call it dementia, others called it vegetative state but the bottom line is that Tinubu is absolutely brain dead.

He is suffering from Parkinson disease, a disease associated with old age and in Tinubu's case, use of drugs made it worse.

DeLaRue:

There's nothing wrong with the size of the airport. Ekiti has one of the smallest populations is Nigeria. Building a large airport just for the sake of it would be meaningless.

I've travelled to a few of the small West African countries, and one in particular, the national airport is not as good as this.

Many small airports in Europe are not bigger or more beautiful than Ekiti's.

I'm not even talking about the size. Everything about that airport shows mediocrity.

How can an airport in 2023 be looking like this and you think it's okay? Are you for real?

Even in the North where airports are only used for Hajj, they all have far better and aesthetically pleasing airports.

My God, this looks like a village primary school. No airport in 2023 should look like this, not even in South Sudan!

Politics / Re: Who Is The Ethnic Bigot, Peter Obi, Tinubu Or Atiku? by EndsarsReloaded: 7:06am On Oct 16, 2022
Peter Obi is the only nationalist candidate who wants the best for Nigeria. The other two old criminals are desperate bigots who just want to rule but don't have anything to offer Nigerians.

Tinubu says it's emi lokan.
Atiku says Northerners should not vote for Yorubas or Igbos.

Obi says don't vote for me based on ethnic sentiments but vote for me because you truly believe I will change Nigeria for the better.

Eniitankorede:

I am not surprised, the OP must be an IPOB apologist. Tell him to publish the percentage of men as well. I am sure Igbo will carry last. The trend in Igboland is that men dont go to school anymore. They become apprentice as early in the lives because they want to make money. While the women go to school so that they can catch the spareparts dealer as ATM husband. I have seen an igbo lady doctor marrying a spareparts dealer who is illiterate but stinkingly rich. Thats the trend in Igboland. Go to their universities, you will see classrooms full of females, all the men are learning business so that they can get rich quick.

This is not true. Even Igbo businessmen today go to school first before taking over family business or establishing theirs. Igbo men go to school as much as Igbo women, if not more.

Lokoja was only provincial capital in the North while Calabar was capital for Southern protectorates that comprised only the present SE and SS!

When North and South protectorates was merged in 1914, Lagos automatically became our capital and remained so until 1993. That's a whopping 79 years!!!

Politics / Re: Tinubu: I Turned Lagos From Jungle To Megacity by EndsarsReloaded: 9:20am On Oct 15, 2022
Cantonese:
Lagos, a jungle when Tinubu became the governor? What a big fat lie.

He can only tell that yeye lie to small children. He can only tell that to his blind followers. All the areas and communities in Lagos today were existing many years before BAT became the governor. So how did he become a senator, representing a jungle?

That Ikorodu road that he partitioned to make his BRT lanes was rebuilt in 1974 by Capa _D'Aberto. The whole of Surulere, Aguda, Lawanson, Ijesha, Mushin existed many years ago and have never really changed. Ebute Metta, Yaba, Ilupeju, Maryland, Ikeja, Ketu, Alapere, Ikorodu environmentally, have remained the same since we knew them. He's compound near Femi Kuti's shrine was a go slow area and still remains till today. What about Ajegunle, Maroko, Okokomaiko, Satellite town? So this big deceiver wants to tell people like us that Festac town was a jungle? An entire area built and completed by Obasanjo, which was very beautiful, but damaged today? What about Lekki? An area that was developed by the late Raji Rasaki, following the destruction of Maroko? It was called Victoria Island extension. Ajah developed following that action in 1989. So Tinubu developed Badagry and Epe? What about Egbeda, Ikotun and their adjourning areas?

So Tinubu built Apapa, including the port? Tin can Island was built under the military regimes of Murtala Mohammed/Obasanjo/Mobolaji Johnson in 1977. The same government rebuilt Badagry expressway, starting from Eric Moore to Badagry. What about Oshodi expressway, starting from Apapa wharf to Oworonsoki to meet Seven up, Ketu and connect the third mainland bridge?

So Tinubu built the Oba's palace, Idumota, City Hall, Igbosere, Bamgbose, etc? So Martins street was a jungle, abi? Maryland, Ajao estate, airport road, Isolo and Ago/Okota were jungles? Oyinlola started asphalt on Ago palace road and ended in less than one kilometer, in 1995. That spot became a by stop known as end of tarred road. Marwa fixed that road completely. Oyinlola named a close after himself. It is called Oyinlola close, where his own mother lived.

Marwa chased the herdsmen away from Marine beach, Ajegunle to the present Oko Oba in 1997. Then cows were struggling with Lagosians on Lagos roads. It was Buba Marwa who sent then to the ranch when the cow owners could not stop their fights with tanker drivers. His ultimatum brought sanity to Lagos roads. If not for him, kids would grow up today seeing cows and dungs all over Lagos. Tinubu would not have had to liver to stop them, seeing his fraternization with the northerners to achieve his present emi lo kan ambition.

The present outer Marina was built by Obasanjo. Where you have the present UBA under Apongbon bridge, was UTC. From that point to the officers mess, was the lagoon throughout. Obasanjo reclaimed that land in 1978 and built the ferry station there. The present CMS ferry station was formerly in front on Joseph street. Was it Tinubu who removed the old iron made Eko bridge? How would Tinubu claim that he built the third mainland bridge. That bridge was part of the second national development plan and built under Obasanjo. What about all the Jakande housing estates, scattered all over Lagos? So baba Jakande did nothing.

What Tinubu did was formulate policies to make Lagos work better. The taxation plan was set in place when the revenue of Lagos was withheld by Obasanjo. The basis of the disagreement was his establishment of additional local governments to match Kano state. Tinubu the began that revenue drive.

We need Buba Marwa and Olagunsoye Oyinlola, who were governors before him to speak up, to disprove his blatant lies.

He can only tell his lies to the likes of Reno Omokri and small children on Nairaland.

Tinubu can only tell his fables to babies born between 1980 and 2000, who never knew Lagos.

We can give you the story of Lagos long before and after Tinubu

Bravo!
Bravo!!
Bravo!!!

Anyone reading indepth analysis would know that this man is not just honest but also old enough to know Lagos of the olden days.

I salute you sir and everyone countering Tinubu's desperate lies.

Tinubu only increased Lagos tax base and channeled it to his bullion vans.

Tinubu, you can lie all you want but Nigerians know the truth. You're too sick, old and criminal minded to rule Nigeria, especially now everything is in disarray.

Going from Buhari to Tinubu will be like going from frying pan to fire.

God forbid BAT thing!!!

This was the same man Igbos defended with their blood and in so doing became enemy of the North.

Let it become factual that he is actually working for Atiku against Obi, Igbos and Southerners, then we will know how to face him. He is even a weakling to start with and can't withstand what is coming for him.

Africa will shake!
The world will reverbrate!!

Obi is God's last attempt in saving Nigeria from total collapse.

Nigerians don't even understand how important Nigeria is to Africa and Europe. If Nigeria prospers, Africa and the black man would prosper.

If Nigeria succeeds, the rest of West Africa will be pulled along towards prosperity.

If Nigeria is stable, Europe is assured of securing an alternative gas supply instead of relying on hostile Russia.

On the other hand, a collapsed Nigeria is a nightmare with disastrous consequences.

These are some of the factors why all attention is now fixated on Nigeria. However, if we fail to elect Peter Obi, we will be a laughing stock.
