Why would Jon want the Iron Throne ? That ending's too full of cliches ~ The Rightful Prince of the Realm, hidden all his life, comes out to stake his claim, and rid the realm of imposters and by doing so becomes King.

I know its a long stretch, but I've always gotten the unexpected from game of thrones. Wouldn't put it past the writers to make it work. They've broken my heart for too long. Its time they started making me smile

If R+L=J, then that means Jon Snow should be the one to sit on the iron throne. There are no more high born Baratheons, and he is the only one with a 'legitimate' claim to the throne. Dany can't be queen of westeros because Rhegar, who was heir to the throne had a son (Jon) which would make Jon high born (Rhegar + Lyanna) and therefore rightful king of westeros.

I think that's the way it would end sha.

The way that guy in season 3 episode 8 killed the other guy while strangling the other guy before shooting the next guy was epic...right? You didn't watch that part? Sure you did. Tyrion's scenes used to have such power, now they use him for comic relief.

Tyrion, missandei and grey worm were clearly enjoying their selves in that scene. And why wouldn't they? They thought they had secured a period of peace. What better way to enjoy it than telling jokes with friends and drinking beer...sorry wine.

Just rewatched the Red Wedding. Joffrey's death wasn't gruesome enough. Wish they could re-act that scene ( took them quite a number of retakes to get that one ). He needs to die a more painful death.

I guess the first line of your comment was meant for me. I agree with you, this episode was a drag. But I believe its a build up to an epic episode 8. Like some posters above mention, we can't expect action in every episode. Dialog is needed for build up.

Ehm...bro, I'm pretty sure the lab is not washing the car. Let's all reason before we comment wow on every picture and praise the white man. How did the dog grab the foam used for cleaning? it has no hands, just paws. The other part of the car is covered with soap meaning that part was also washed. How did the dog carry the bucket and move it to that part of the car? I'm pretty sure that the owner put the dog in that pose and took the picture.

He sent sam to the NW as an option instead of letting him die in a hunting raid. He lost hope in him, wasn't about toughening sam. . She says this but then she rules out that none of the crimes comitted during the sack of Meereen should be punished, she leaves a trail of corpses as she goes, and her actions seem to have grave consequences. Now are the Sons of the Harpy the bad guys like they are potrayed. Some of her intentions are good but intentions are not an excuse for all she has caused. But the show seems to deify her, always being bowed down to . Ands what's that talk about breaking "the wheel". Her ancestors built the wheel. Its cause of speeches like that people hate blind Dany fans ~ she has dragunths, she will fight the white walthers, she will conquer Westheroth.

I wanted to reply to your post with a well constructed argument, but i know it will do little to appease you. I gather from your posts you have a fiery hatred for the Targaryens( maybe that's why you are so anti-Dany).
Everybody have their own opinion and interpretation of the books or series, and I've seen you're very rigid when it comes to yours. So I'll let this one slide off and enjoy that beautiful woman that is the Dragon Queen.
