The Policeman That Shot Hon. Bamidele Is Not Fake But On Illegal Duty - Ekiti PPRO

EKITI - The Spokesperson of the Ekiti State Police Command, Mr. Caleb Ikechukwu in an interview with Channels TV tonight had this to say about the Policeman that shot Opeyemi Bamidele today.

"He's not a fake policeman, he's our officer but he was on illegal duty in Ekiti State.

"He was an officer posted as Guard at a Bank in Ikeja, Lagos but he illegally escorted a Politician to Ekiti State on illegal duty.

"The Politician came from Lagos to attend the rally. The politician has also been quizzed as the matter is been investigated" He said

APC lying machine thought we are still in the age when there is no Internet or social media. They assume any rubbish can still be sold with some hurriedly put together press statement laced with errors.

This channels TV report should solve the puzzles and shut the APC lying machines down permanently.

Ekiti Governorship Election 2018 is around the corner.

The major Party in contest are selecting their Deputy, we will look at two major party here; PDP Vs APC Deputies

PDP: MR. DEJI OGUNSAKIN (39 Years) remember Eleka is 50 years

When Mr Deji Ogunsakin, the Ekiti PDP deputy gov candidate was born in 1979, meaning he is 39 years old.

Chief Bisi Egbeyemi, the Dep Gov candidate of APC in Ekiti was the youth leader of UPN that same years, 1979 that was 39 years ago.

The APC deputy gov candidate is now 74 years old...

While PDP deputy gov candidate is 39 years old.

AGAIN

Mr. Deji Ogunsakin (39), PDP Deputy Governorship Candidate, was Ado LG Chairman in 2017 (less than one year ago).

While Chief Bisi Egbeyemi (74) the APC Deputy Governorship candidate, was Ado LG chairman in 1993 (25 years ago).

PoliticsNo One Should Accuse Me Of Non-performance, Niger State Governor by engineerboat(op): 8:10am On May 31, 2018
No one should accuse me of non-performance, I didn’t Make any Promises during Electioneering in 2015 ~Niger Governor

The Niger State Governor Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello, has said emphatically that he did not make any promise to the people of the state during the governorship campaigns in 2015.

The governor also said that he has decided to seek re-election next year following the clamour by various groups in the state for him to do so.

Bello made the remarks on Tuesday evening while meeting top media executives in the state for the first time since he became governor of the state in 2015.

He said: “I did not make any promise while campaigning in 2015. One thing we did during our campaign was that we made sure we did not make promise to the people.
“If we had promised heaven and earth, we would have faced problems from the public because there were a lot of problems.”

He said that he did not make any promise because “there was high expectation from the people. We realise the high expectation so we did not make promise.”
The governor said the administration was bugged down by poor revenue at inception to the extent that the income from the federation account at inception dropped to as low as N2 billion monthly, “with this we could not do anything, we thank God we did not make any promise, we would have not been able to fulfill any promise”.

He disclosed that he would seek re-election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) next year following the requests for him to seek a second term by people of goodwill from across the length and breadth of the state.

“We will go for re-election, it is good to have second term, by God’s grace we will win,” he declared.

Giving reasons why he wants to seek re-election, Bello said: “A lot of things which we planted cannot mature in four years, we need more time to make them to come to fruition.

“We will appeal to Nigerlites to re-elect us so that we can complete what we have started because I don’t feel accomplished.”

Bello also said he decided to join other governors in the APC to ask President Muhamnadu Buhari to run for a second term because “he ( Buhari) is laying a solid foundation for Nigeria”.

“We should support and encourage Mr President, he means well for this country.

“Buhari is on a different level. People don’t understand him, he means well for Nigeria. He is so passionate about Nigeria that he forgets himself, I am 100% with him,” the governor declared.

Exclusive: Fayemi buys N1.2bn mansion in Lagos, rakes in N2bn from primary election

The immediate past Minister of Solid Minerals Development and the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate in the coming Ekiti State Governorship election has bought a property at the GRA, Ikeja, Lagos. The property according to sources is worth N1.2 billion.

The property is located at Tayo Ayeni Street, and bounded by Oduduwa Crescent and Ladipo Bateye Street.

Fayemi bought the mansion from Mr. Tayo Ayeni, the Chairman of Skymit Motors.

Negotiation for the property started before the APC primary election which turned rowdy at Ado-Ekiti. The primary was later rescheduled and Fayemi won.

Our sources revealed that he concluded the deal and moved into the property the very week he won the primary election.

The Minister was seen driving into the palatial house at exactly 5.56pm on Friday, May 18, 2018 with his security aides. He wore a black kaftan with his trademark cap.

This building is about 500 yards from the Ekiti Liaison Office on Oduduwa Crescent, which has turned into an abandoned property for more than five years. During his tenure as Ekiti governor, Fayemi secured a N25 billion bond which his government stated was for the development of infrastructure in Ekiti. N2.5 billion out of the bond was earmarked for the building of the Liaison Office.

Despite the fact that the Ekiti building was not completed, Fayemi, immediately after leaving office as governor, bought a property on the same Oduduwa crescent which he used as both office and home, before acquiring the new house.

No 58, Oduduwa Crescent is on the upper part of the street. It contains a twin duplex. While one serves as office for both Fayemi and his wife, the other serves as residence. He still had a meeting with a team of selected journalists and editors at the office last Friday evening.

Sources revealed that Fayemi bought his new property from funds he received from friends of President Muhammadu Buhari to aid his governorship campaign. Two leading Nigerian businessmen of northern extraction were said to have given him substantial amount of money to prosecute the election campaign. One gave him N2 billion, while the other dolled out $5 million.

One of the sources, a prominent aide of the APC candidate said he is comfortable buying the property since he had been assured of more funds as the election approaches.

A budget of N25 billion was reportedly presented to President Buhari by Fayemi to prosecute the July 14 election.

Tell Fayemi to go and clear His name first with Ekiti People of His fraudulent Activities in EKiti State.

@OPE Why did Fayemi Run Away from the Panel if he is clean.

Ekiti State Probe Panel Indicts Former Governor Fayemi Over Multi-Billion Naira Contract Scandals

The Judicial Commission of Inquiry set up by Ekiti State Government to look into the financial transactions of the state under the administration of Kayode Fayemi has said that the former governor must account for the whereabouts of N2.75 billion allocated from the N25 billion bond obtained by the government for the execution of contract for the construction of Ultra-Modern market in Ado Ekiti, which was never executed.

The commission of inquiry also said that the contractor in respect of the furnishing of the government house built by the Fayemi administration should be made to refund N324.8 million, noting that the contract should not have been more than N280 million.

The panel said it found out that KITWOOD Nigeria Limited to which the furnishing contract of over N600 million was awarded had no traceable address and that “the address on the Letter of Award is a virgin land at opposite the new Central Bank along new Iyin Road, Ado Ekiti.

These and several other revelations were made known today, when the commission of inquiry submitted its report to the State Governor, Ayodele Fayose. The panel was headed by a retired judge, Silas Oyewole.

On the purchase of vehicles, the panel said “claim by Coscharis Motors that it supplied 235 and/or 250 vehicles was fraudulent and fraught with so many contradictions.

“That Coscharis Motors supplied some vehicles outside Ekiti State especially, at Ibadan Liaison office when Ekiti State Government does not have a Liaison office in Ibadan. In respect of this, seven vehicles were supplied outside the State and signed for by unknown persons.

“That Coscharis Motors only supplied 219 vehicles to the Ekiti State government and that 17 Joylong Buses were supplied to the Ekiti State Government as gift but later carted away.”

On the controversial N852.9 million State Universal Education Board (SUBEB) fund, the commission said it was clear that the government of Mr. Fayemi hoodwinked the federal government into paying its own matching grant by obtaining N852, 936,783.12 loan from Access Bank on November 25, 2013 without perfecting documentation in respect of the loan, thereby flouting the provisions of Section 11(2) of the UBEC Act, 2004.

While receiving the report, Governor Fayose said asking people to account for their stewardship should not be termed witch hunting, as leaders must be accountable and that Ekiti people have the inalienable right to know how their commonwealth was being used.

"I appreciate the panel members for a thorough job done. The time and energy they put into the job. The panel waited for the outcome of the court case instituted by former Governor Kayode Fayemi before it concluded its job because we are ardent believers in the rule of law and if the court had ruled that we should stop, we would have stopped.

“There is no witch hunting in a situation whereby people are asked to account for their stewardship. Am glad that the federal government is also pursuing the policy of accountability and we are following suit here too,” he said.

Governor Fayose subsequently inaugurated a four-member administrative panel to study the report and come out with a White Paper. The administrative panel is headed by the Commissioner for Justice, Kolapo Kolade.

Earlier, Mr. Oyewole said though the panel was given three months to do its work when inaugurated in May this year, it had to bid its time to see the end of the litigation by Fayemi.

In another development, Mr. Fayose has set up a four-member panel to look into agitation by some communities for autonomy and other sundry issues.

It has Mr. Oyewole as the chairman and tagged Justice Oyewole Chieftaincy Commission of Enquiry 2018. The governor said that the panel had six months to complete its work and could also look into other issues relating to its terms of reference.

In his remarks, Mr. Oyewole said he would never be tired of serving the state in any capacity he is asked to.

Other members of the commission are Ojo Ayenimo, Alex Adekunle and Gbenga Adaramola.

The counsel to the probe commission, Sunday Bamise, told the panel today, that all the witnesses called by the panel appeared; except Mr. Fayemi, who is the current Minister for Steel and Minerals Resources Development; his commissioner for finance while he was governor, Dapo Kolawole; and CASA Consult Limited.

Mr. Bamise said having heard from the witnesses that appeared before the panel, he urged the commission to close the public hearing so as to take a step in writing and submitting its report to the state governor, Ayodele Fayose, who set up the commission.

The chairman of the commission, Mr. Oyewole, obliged and declared proceedings at the commission of inquiry closed.

It should be recalled that last week Thursday, a High Court in Ado Ekiti affirmed the legality of the judicial commission of inquiry, saying the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose had powers to run affairs of his state and that he had exclusive rights to set up commission of inquiry without the prompting of the House of Assembly and that he properly so acted.

Justice Lekan Ogunmoye, who delivered the judgment in the suit filed by Mr. Fayemi against the commission of inquiry, said Mr. Fayose acted pursuant to Section 2 (1) of the Commission Inquiry Law Cap C10 Laws of Ekiti State. He dismissed all other reliefs seeking to set aside and perpetually restrain the Commission.

Mr. Fayemi was yet to react to the final report of the panel as at the time of this report. But he refused to appear before the panel saying he could not get fair hearing and the panel was illegally constituted.

PoliticsBuhari Achievements; 3 Years After, Facts And Figure by engineerboat(op): 2:47pm On May 29, 2018
Earlier today we are bombarded with numeorus achievement of APC Federal Govt. 3 Years achievement, which i termed #APCWasted3Years.

Find below the facts and Figure (Credit to @FarahAideed)

1. Foreign reserved increased from 29.3 billion to over 47 billion

Facts:
There is no proof whatsoever that our Foreign reserves have grown to 47 billion dollars When Buhari has not told us where the excess savings came from and if the country was making so much then why has Buhari been attributing his failure to lack of funds? Open your eyes Buhari lies a lot

2. Over 200,000 youth are benefiting from #30,000 monthly NPOWER.

Fact:
This is another unproven statististic and ofcourse another shameless lie from the lying govt , is the govt saying it is paying average of 6000 people in each state of Nigeria the total sum of 6 billion Naira monthly ? The least the govt can do is allow the 6 billion Naira reflect in the statutory monthly expenditure charge sheet and it's never reflected at all ..another thing is for the govt to make available a list of names of beneficiaries state by state for verifications

3. Power supply as improved from 2000 megawatts to 7000 megawatts.

`Fact:
When Jonathan left Nigeria had a wheel out capacity of 4500 Mws and an installed capacity of 7000 Mws of electricity and this is a fact ..Buhari is claiming to have added 5000 mws to grid in 3 years so can Buhari show us what new power plants he initiated that is responsible for this extra 5000 Mws ( it's as simple as that ).. another lie bursted!!

`4. Second Niger bridge construction is going on.

It's is on record that the contract has not even been awarded at all at any level so this is a lie .. how can a contract that has not been awarded be ongoing ..please let's stop being dull

5. Local rice production, packaging like imported rice is now in the market.

Fact:
One visit to the market will debunk all these paper based local rice , why can't we find such rice in the market, where are the rice paddies producing these rice located ? Why has our rice import bill not dropped to reflect the truth.. another lie from hell

6. Money swaps between Nigeria and China to reduce dollar influence and reduce cost of products from China.

Fact:
The money swap deal has not even taken off and when it does it will for the tiny international sum of 900 million dollars over a period of years which comes to just 300 million dollars per year if it ever kicks off ..The deal in every ramification is nothing but beauttiful nonsense that has no implication on our Balance of trade sheet with china.. we have only ended up guaranteeing China a sure 1 billion dollars worth of export steady no matter the outcome of international business.

`7. Over 500billion had been realised from anti corruption fight.

`Fact:
Till the EFCC provided the list of the 630 people it prosecuted successfully and recovered 500 billion Naira from this remains false and till that money reflects in our budget as an income item then it's false ..Where is is the money?

`8.Bokoharam, Niger Delta Avenger, IPOB/BIAFRA agitators has been defeated.

`Facts:
Boko Haram is still know to be in control of over 70 percent of the land mass in Borno state and 80 percent of the highways there ..a visit to Borno by anyone will quickly erode this lie I challenge the OP to make road trip from Damboa to Maidugri with an escort of 20 soldiers and lets see if he will be alive to tell the tale .. IPOB was never a threat as such to any Nigerian , instead of mentioning IPOb I was expecting the president to tell us why he is sparing the Fulani Herdmen who have killed over 4000 Nigerians in just 3 years !!!!

9. Nigeria has comes out of the worst economical recession.

Facts:
who caused the recession in the first place ?Buhari tooknover Nigeria with a single inflation digit but today it's still in double digits courtesy his bad governance, is the negligible micro growth Buhari has peddling even sufficient to call growth at all ..the dull president can keep decieving himself please but the truth is that the recession came with a lot of consequences which included double digit inflation, weaker naira and a loss of about 13 million jobs , are we back to single digit inflation? Is the naira back to strength ? Is are the 13 million jobs back ? Hell no ..the last 3 years have been Nigeria's worst Perfmance on the international Human development index scale and that the fact

10. Masive road construction is ongoing all over Nigeria

Facts`:
this is another big lie when it's on record that for 3 straight fiscal years the Buhari govt has scored zero (yes zero) Performance in the administration of its capital expenditure purse ( even Fashola recently admitted this when he went to defend his budget) ..so ask yourself where is the money for these phantom roads coming from and where are the roads ? please dont let a Dullard like Buhari decieve you.

11. Rail constructing is on going Lagos to Ibadan, Kaduna to Kano etc

Facts:
The only rail construction Buhari has initiated is a questionable one that is supposed to run from Katsina to his ancestral home in Maradi Niger republic , the motive behind the rail is 100 percent nepotistic as there is no economic explanation to why Nigeria needs that rail line so much we had to borrow for it..

12. Sign memorandum of understanding with Boeing and Airbus on revival of National Carriage Airline

Facts:
this comment is an insult to any sensible person...anyone that that know the process of acquiring planes knows this is bullocks .. At what capacity is Boeing and Airbus signing agreement hahahaha? Boeing and Airbus only take orders for brand new planes and deliveries could take years and very few airlines use direct purchases to source their planes form either Boeing or Airbus . Buhari clearly understand nothing about fleeting an airline but the least he do is show us the MOU with these two aviation giants so we know what it's about even though I know it's a big lie.

13. Massive investment in Agriculture as alternative means of Economy.

Facts:
Nigerian farmers have never had a worse time in their lives due to the insecurity they currently face ..its on record that almost 60 percent of middle belt farmers have been displaced from their farm by killer herdsmen Buhari is very sympathetic too ..so tell me where this false investment in agriculture is being made please ..is it in Daura farms ?

14. Anti Corruption war.

Facts:
This seem to be unarguable achievements of BUHARI administration in 3years.

Corruption has never been worse on reality, just one look at transparency international recent report will debunk this one hand as Nigeria ranking is at one of its worst ever today under the Dullard...Lest we forget there is a massive corruption also going on in secretive oil subsidy regime where Buhari has trippled the annual spending on phantom oil subsidies from about 300 billion Naira annually to 1.4 trillion a year without budgetary approval ..damn that would be the biggest corruption scandal when it blow open when Buhari is soon relieved of his duty

This is a serious and dangerous
