fergie001:
Well, it's good as it will help our polity.

The higher Courts have always insisted that even if the preliminary objection will likely be sustained, because of the time-boumd nature of election petition cases that the tribunal deal with all and reserve judgement on the objections during final judgement.

That's the same way it's going in Kaduna where there is very strong claims that the objections could be sustained yet the tribunal has carried on their work.

Unfortunately, Pela's case might just be "just for the records."
The time-bound nature of the tribunal will not give room for every objection, i think the idea is okay, because if such is allowed, unneccesary objection will be the order of the day wasting the tribunal precious time.

Pela's case na Academic exercise, he's going nowhere. His motion is stationary and motionless, unfortunately, his media people are not seeing it that way, anyway emotion must be emotion

fergie001:
It was an interlocutory appeal.

His case was dismissed at the tribunal for allegedly abandoning the pre-hearing. He approached the Appeal Court and the Court upheld his suit.

This means that, he will have to go back to the tribunal and continue his case where he stopped. Final addresses have been adopted by Omo-Agege and others. So his case has been fixed for today, it has to be done speedily because the same 180 days will still run simultaneously as before.
His case is going nowhere though

I didn't check the link and didn't bother. I can't bother myself with downloading some make belief BS. I followed up the irev poll made by Essien and those who completed the poll. It was a collating irev poll, not inputting numbers on some stuff, asking me to download it. What's even pu sef? Lol
PU means polling Units,

You said someone did not complete His collation, yet I gave You link to his final collation you still keep saying he did not,

When you are faced with fact, reality dawning on You,

this is not inputting any number, what you have there is the analysis of his final collation.

it's left to You to open, that's your choice.

but saying he did not complete to the best of the available data, You are complete wrong.

What pu? I didn't even bother looking at that. I'm talking about the irev collation.

Tinubu mostly came 1st both in SW and NC. came 2nd in the remaining SW and NC. Mostly Came 2nd to Atiku in both NW and NE.

Whereas Obi came 1st in SE & SS. few in NC and SW but did poorly in NW and NE but you expected him to win? Or Atiku whom Obi took SE & SS votes from the votes he got in 2019? Dey play.
You said Essien did not finish his collation.

I gave You his summary, you keep drifting away from your false claim because the link did not support You narrative, Ire hooooo

DOptical:
Nah. He cancelled it because of the whole attack. Others helped him to complete it and Tinubu still topped it till the end. Same Essien has been talking about the attack he received despite the fact that he supported Obi just because Tinubu topped the collating poll. That's the case of most obiidients who are no different from Ipob mob. Always blackmailing and attacking people unwarranted. The nerves!
I don't know those your referring to but i can categorical tells you that Essien complete it to the level of the available PU result

He couldn't complete the whole process because the data available where inaccessible, unreadable

He only stop giving updtes however he gave his reports of each state as available
Politics › Re: “The Results Are Blurry”. INEC Witness Admits In Court Under Cross Examination. by engineerboat(m): 2:32pm On Jul 06, 2023
DOptical:
Nothing was blurred. He cancelled it as soon as Tinubu started topping while those who were previously supporting the collating because they thought it would favour Obi started to blackmail and attack Essien unwarranted thus he had to cancel it. Others helped to complete the collation and Tinubu still won.
He concluded it to the point of where the 18k pu result where blurred
Politics › Re: “The Results Are Blurry”. INEC Witness Admits In Court Under Cross Examination. by engineerboat(m): 2:11pm On Jul 06, 2023
DOptical:
That was when Essien cancelled it. He didn't complete the collating because he thought it would favour Obi. He had first started from Obi's stronghold where Obi was topping but as he continued to collate from other areas, Tinubu came above and he quickly stopped the whole thing. Others helped him complete it and Tinubu won.
How did you want him to complete it with 18k pu result blur, wrong, picture of presiding officer and some student exam questions.

Think it naaaa

olawonder:
Which professors are you talking about? Professional bodies in Nigeria are mostly self-established in the era of military regimes as a copycat to what they saw in Western countries… in contrast, professional bodies in the West are greatly influential in policies making within govt, they do a lot of research and mostly source funds from private companies and individuals, govt contributions are very minimal to discourage corruption and inefficiency. Some of the researches bring about changes in environmental policy, economic development and new innovations in tech and infrastructure.

The same cannot be said about these mumu organisations in Nigeria, call any of these ‘professors’ to come and make public presentations on any new ideas that can change the lives of Nigerians positively, na you go switch off young tv in agony!
In Nigeria we onow what is good to do but we will never do

Most of this Regulatory or council are there for their pocket.

No innovation

They are mostly concerned about registration and annual practising payment.

After the payment you are on your own, whether you make the money or not nothing concerns them

Many of his comments, he has been rubbishing IREVs and saying supreme court discountenance it in the judgement between Oyetola and Adeleke and I have told him to produce the excerpt for long but till date he has not done so.
That is one of the reason I get a portion of the Judgement for him,

He is now comparing Oyetola Plea with OBI/Atiku plea which is entirely different plea and case.
