PoliticsRe: Reno Omokri Posts Pictures Of Empty Seats At APC Campaign Rally In Lagos by engineerboat(m): 12:20pm On Feb 22, 2023
rolams:
I hate lies!

I was present at a presidential rally or political rally for the first time in my life. I purposely travelled from my place to the venue just to examine if Obi can possibly cause major upset to Tinubu ambition in Lagos as purported by many supporters of Obi.

From what I saw, Tinubu will win Lagos state convincingly the same way Atiku will win Adamawa state. I project landslide victory for both of them in their respective states.

Though, there were empty seats at Tinubu rally today but not as many as the ones in the pictures posted by Reno. The pictures were taken very early.

Below are the pictures I took from the rally.
What is the difference between what Reno posted and what You posted Now

This one is even too poor to be termed academic.

You know it’s silly when someone sits in his bedroom and starts to allocate vote numbers 🤦.
Which is the usual practice this day

Lots of game plan, undergrounds work.

Only few will be truthful to you on who to vote for, when you give them a call, because they are not sure of who is calling them

The agreement is that he will make a televised declaration to Rivers people, the kind Tinubu made a day to the Edo election.

He will address his programmes in a recorded speech, it is very unlikely he will go to Rivers.
Atiku is not going to Rivers state unless anything thing changes.

But for now Rivers rally is out of the equation.

Rivers thug are ready for blood bath and Atiku does not want the question mark hanged on his Campaign

Check section 136
Section 52 comew before section 136 and its begins with subject to section 52

This is and incomplete assertion which been clever by half he knows it himself

Before you sound stupid next time , read Electoral Act, 2022 Section 51 (2)
so that you dont promote your ignorance on social media

You can consult your lawyer, if you have one
And you were so confident telling me rubbish in your post above
My problem with your is that you only pick what suit your narration

Why not quote section 51 (3) and (4)
You don't need a lawyer to do that now

Those who say, there should be rerun are just clever by half,

May be they have not updated themselves with new electoral law.

The new electoral law is clear enough in English language

Electoral Act, 2022 Section 51 (2)

under the Electoral Act, 2022 Section 51 (2) says over-voting occurs “where the number of votes cast at an election in any polling unit exceeds the number of accredited voters in that polling unit, the presiding officer shall cancel the result of the election in that polling unit.”
Always complete the section you are quoting

Why not quote section 51 (3) and (4) and get yourself informed as well

Those saying rerun are very correct it is you that should update yourself

Why did pdp and inec closed their cases after one witness? Apc case is predicated on documentary evidences
Because they are enough

And now Why did APC closed his case after listing so many witnesses

Between primary complete data and Secondary incomplete data which is more genuine

1) inec has failed to rubbish the claim of apc over the bvas report.
2) waec was never called by pdp to verify the results and pdp never rebutted any proof.documentary proofs shows that it was forged.
3) apc did not call any statistician,it was pdp that called and he admitted overvoting
I will advice that You

1. Read the INEC rules regarding BVAS usage and Electronic transmission of result and Synchronization in Inec Guidelines and Electoral Act of 2022 signed into law

2. APC star witness is who Please. and Why did APC stop calling any more witnesses when there star witness failed to proved His Written PW1 Statements

3.

. I agree with you! I am interested in the BVAS on trial. If BVAS generates two different results for petitioner and defendant what will happen? If BVAS is not syncronised before election can we accept result generated from it? The outcome of this case to the SC level will define our 2023 election.
Remember BVAS Is a backup in case where there are Issue, It doesn't mean that Result will not be announced when Sychronization is not yet completed.

APC case is a a case of running to meet Your class teacher to give you the Exam Scripts and score even is still not completed with Your C.A

Remember that No PU Agent complaints of any Over-Voting, No PU agents was called as witness, this are issue APC failed to do, hence You can't just dump loads of materials on the Tribunal and expects them to perform magics

1. It was clearly written on their alleged BVAS data (available as at the time of request)

3. APC acclaimed statistician was only contradicting itself

grin

I don't know the details for now though.
The Court of Appeal Sokoto division on Friday upheld the primary election which produced Dr Dauda Lawal-Dare as candidate of the PDP for the March 11, governorship election in Zamfara.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the first PDP Governorship Primary election was held on May 25, 2022.

NAN reports that the primary was challenged at Federal High Court in Gusau.

The court ordered for fresh primary election which the re-run was conducted on Sept. 23, 2022 and also quashed by the same court for irregularities.

Not satisfied, the Appellants, Lawal-Dare, Adamu Maina-Waziri, the chairman primary election committee and retired Col. Bala Mande approached the Appeal Court for redress.

Respondents in suit were Dr Ibrahim Shehu-Gusau, Alhaji Wadatau Madawaki, Hafiz Nahuche and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

In a uninimous judgment read by Justice Abubakar Talba on behalf of others, Justice Talba said the Appellants have succeeded to proved all the seven grounds of appeals canvassed by the Counsels and all resolved in favour of the Appellants.

He dismissed all the preliminary objections on competency of the appeal suit on the bases of judicial provisions and interest of fear hearing arguing that technical defaults could not supersede judicial provisions.

Justice Talba held the lower court judge was wrong to discountenance documents submitted from INEC, trail court did not stipulated period of conducting re-run election and notices of participation.

He added that they perused all the arguments presented by different Counsels, citations of court judgements and other judicial considerations and arrived at the decision, thereby set aside the lower court judgement and answer the prayer sought in affirmative.

He said the trial judge, Justice Aminu Bappah-Aliyu of Federal High Court Gusau, failed on his legal responsibilities in some judicial considerations, giving parties fear hearing and others.

Justice Talba awarded N200,000 as cost to Appellants against the Respondents.

Meanwhile, in another judgment in a separate suit delivered by Justice Talba, he upheld prayers of Lawal-Dare, Maina-Waziri and Mande against the same Respondents.

He agreed that respondents did not prove that the PDP primary election Appeal panel went into hiding as evidences were not adduced.
