Just like the opposing lawyers judiciously pursue their case and abide by end verdict, so do I. Mine is simple allow for ventilation of grievance at the appropriate avenues. I equally dont see reason to be taunting anyone.

I am known already with little or no introduction on this Esteemed Platform and truly when Nairaland was at its hottest through political debates and what have you with the likes of Onlytruth, Katsumoto, Dayokanu, Berem (now Beremx), Desola, ejine, Adadike, Babyosisi, Dede, Dede1, Naptu2, Ecoterror, GeneralScatter, GeneralIgrigri, Scatterboss, Ilugunboy, Gbawe, TonyeBarcanista, Engineerboat, Ngwuake, Andre_Uweh, Ngodigha  grin grin and many other gladiators too numerous to mention and even remember. We engaged back then in hot duels that would almost looked like somebody might die in the process - oh yes it was that tough and heated in momentum but somehow we were taken by passion for a Nigeria that will work for all and that we all can be proud of as Nigerians. Unfortunately, while some of us were hardcore realists, some were mere daydreamers with their flawed analyses on political discourse.

Shortly after the 2015 Presidential elections, we the GEJites or Jonathanians came under heavy attacks from the camps of the Buharists that Jonathan messed up the polity and it is only a Buhari Presidency that can fix the rot. The Jonathanians maintained that there was actually no rot of the magnitude the Buharists and APC were trying to paint but only propaganda by the Buharists just to get a power grab. It was in the middle of this online squabbles especially 2 months after Jonathan's loss in early May, 2015 that I coined my signature because I twas too sure that Buhari will be a disaster to our Country. Judging from what that had took place in the last 4 years and even now under Buhari, It is crystal clear that I saw the future today. My signature since that month of May, 2015 reads; "Goodluck Ebele Jonathan remains a HERO in the politicosphere of Nigeria and beyond. History will surely REMEMBER him for GOOD ! Buhari may end up being, 'the proverbial Hossana to the King and later on Crucify him' this is the story of Nigerian Politics"   looking at this signature you need no interpreter to tell you that what I saw and some of us (GEJites) saw about Buhari and his deens (Buharideens) have all been coming to pass right before our very eyes. May Nigeria survives this disaster called Buhari.

PoliticsPresidential Poll: Tribunal Overrules Buhari, INEC, Admits Video Evidence Presid by engineerboat(op): 4:05pm On Jul 15, 2019
The Justice Mohammed Garba-led five-member panel tribunal admitted the 48 Video Compact Disc, VCDs, into evidence, after it dismissed objections that were raised by President Buhari, the All Progressives Congress, APC, and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, who are respondents to the petition that was lodged by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar Justice Garba held that all the parties had agreed during the pre-hearing stage of the petition to only indicate their objection to any evidence sought to be tendered, and reserve their reasons for the written address.

The tribunal held that all the parties were bound by the agreement and could not renege or deliberately deviate from any of the terms.

Justice Garba noted that in the pre-hearing agreement, no particular or specific document was excluded from being tendered from the Bar.

“The document now tendered from the Bar is clearly within the terms of agreement adopted by parties”.

Consequently, the tribunal admitted the video evidence and marked them as exhibits P-36 to P-83.

It also admitted Certificate of Compliance with respect to the videos as exhibit P-37.

The respondents had opposed the admissibility of the exhibts they said was not frontloaded by the petitioners. They contended that the exhibits were in breach of Paragraph 4(6c) and 41(2) of the 1st Schedule to the Electoral Act.

Meanwhile, the petitioners, through their lawyer, Chief Chris Uche, SAN, applied for the videos to be played. A big screen was earlier mounted inside the court to enable the Justices to watch the videos.

I blame the respective governments that have been taking over power who have no political will to continue the good work of the likes of national statesmen who founded those cattle ranches to solve the problem we are now facing. Most of the 'elites' (the powers that be) who sponsor these Fulani herdsmen know that it is much cheaper to allow the Fulani herdsmen to be moving from one terrain to another in the forest and farmlands than to settle in those ranches or better still build new ranches. I still believe that the government should revamp those existing cattle ranches and encourage private entrepreneurs who want to use ranches in managing their livestock especially along the National Livestock Transformation Plan initiatives.
My take is that take south west for example

Let southwesterners go into cattle ranching farming.

Let south easteners do likewise.

And given adequate patronage.

The issue is taking cow from one spot to another had ever been of Good benefit for the cow themselves and the end products sales.

PoliticsBreaking: Proof Of Inec Server by engineerboat(op): 11:09am On Jul 11, 2019
An internal circular of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has indicated that the commission transmitted voter information from smart card readers to a central server during the 2019 presidential elections.

The document, which was first posted on social media by Reno Omokri, an opposition PDP operative, on Wednesday afternoon, carried a directive from national secretary of INEC, Rose Oriaran-Anthony, to other senior officials of the commission on challenges recorded in transmitting voter accreditation data to a server.

“The commissioner has observed, with deep concerns, the number of smart card readers (SCRs) that do not have data of accredited voters in the just concluded presidential/NASS elections nationwide,” Ms Oriaran-Anthony said in the March 25 letter to all resident electoral commissioners (RECs) across the country.

The top electoral officer also noted in the memo that 4,786 smart card readers did not have data on accredited voters following the presidential election on February 23, representing about four per cent of the total SCRs deployed for that exercise.

“Attached is the chart, showing the PUs (polling units) not uploaded to the SCR accreditation backend, for each of the states,” Ms Oriaran-Anthony added in the memo.

http://inec-files.inits.xyz/pending/download.php?election_id=150

Ms Oriaran-Anthony then directed all concerned RECs to liaise with their technical and electoral operations officials to clarify why the card readers failed to upload accreditation data on election day. They were given until March 28 to submit their replies.

Festus Okoye, a spokesperson for INEC, declined several attempts by PREMIUM TIMES to get his comments on the internal memo.

The document marks yet another pressure on the electoral body over whether or not it used a central server to collect data from polling units across the country on election day.

The commission has insisted that it was not in possession of any central server for the conduct of the election, saying doing so would have contradicted the Electoral Act. INEC maintained the position despite overwhelming claim to the contrary by some of its presiding officers in the election.

Many of the presiding officers and their subordinates have since sworn affidavit to testify against the commission in favour of Atiku Abubakar, the PDP’s candidate and main challenger to President Muhammadu Buhari, who was declared winner of the election.

PREMIUM TIMES also found last month that INEC budgeted nearly N1.5 billion for server installations ahead of the presidential election.

But the commission told the elections tribunal that it had no server and Mr Abubakar and his team were only being mischievous. A former chairman of INEC, Attahiru Jega, also told PREMIUM TIMES that there was no server during his days at INEC, and expressed doubts about any resent installation of such facilities under Yakubu Mahmood.

Mr Abubakar’s legal team said the opposition leader won the presidential election but was rigged out by INEC officials who allegedly compromised to return Mr Buhari to power.

The elections tribunal denied Mr Abubakar’s request to inspect INEC’s server last month, saying granting such an order would presuppose that the court had ruled that the server actually existed.

The court deferred pronouncement on the server until a proper argument has been made by both teams in the substantive petition. The petitioner began calling its witnesses last week.

Sorry for the late reply cos I was busy offline. Yes, INEC did e-collation, anyone saying otherwise is satanic. I wasn't an Agent in the last elections but I was heavily involved in the process. If you had followed the prehearing proceedings, you would have heard the testimonies of some of them. The manual results were altered and, as the result therefore, quite different from the server's own which, to the best of my knowledge, is genuine that's why INEC is trying to erase the issue of server completely. If you say Atiku can alter server results to favor him, is it not the more reason why Tribunal should have allowed Forensic examinations to ascertain who's wrong or right? All the other results are shown on the server including the other smaller parties, don't let the media deceive you. The major priority objective of PDP is to focus on its own results and that of APC.
The server result clearly show other parties.

Again in tech, you cannot clearly erase ot adjust a figure without any trace, not possible.

You will surely retrieve the traces.

SRC was used.

So funny that in some state any where SRC is not used, such pU result is invalidated whereas in some area such is not the case.

All are what is coming forth in coming days

I love how u analyse all these our court issue, I also appreciate the fact that you didnt want to pre-emt the decision of the court since their case is clearly different from Osun court case. What I really don't understand in the presidential election is the position of the agents (APC and PDP) in all these brouhaha. Where were they when the results were being collated? I think they should be able to tell us if INEC really sent the results to server, they should tell us if the results generated manually is different from what it is on server. If Atiku can have access to the server it is also possible for him to alter it to his own favour. Lastly, the server results never showed the results of other parties, this is the main reason I doubt the genuity of the whole server result. what is your take on this pls?
The server result show the result of other candidates
