BRATISLAVA: Alright.
She was punished for not waiting for you.
And you were rewarded with a shiny new wife in the two months where she didn't wait for you. Because to Nigerians 31 for a girl is the time to drag out relationships with men who don't appear to want the same things they do.
If y'all don't give a story where the woman was punished for leaving her relationship with you, you won't be happy. Well, it's up to u not to get my point or misquote me. However what I'm driving at is not that she's punished for not waiting for me. The main point I'm driving at is the choice of person she chose because she feels she's getting too old..... The fact that you are getting too old to marry does not mean you should compromise some standards and settle for rubbish all in the name of pressure to marry |

Namaster: Your sister is 31-year old and DESPERATE. She's been WAITING for a man to call her OWN for nearly a DECADE.
Plus, she's clearly one of those people born with a built-in NGO software—ALWAYS on the lookout for a project to FIX.
Add that to being CHURCHY and you have a HORRIBLE decision maker like your sister.
The "brother" is banking on the CHURCHINESS of your sister to perpetrate his SCHEME.
His declarations of becoming a "Pastor" is also a RUSE. With that frame perfectly established from the get-go, he can use BIBLICAL platitudes like being the "head of the family" and "wives submitting to their husbands" to SCAM your sister.
She will make the money. And be FORCED to let the SCAMMER decide how it's spent.
Your sister is about to learn a very HARSH lesson. By the time she's done with her education, she'd have become a Single Mother of THREE at 40.
Unfortunately, there is NOTHING you can do. Women love FORBIDDEN love.
Telling her she's making a TERRIBLE mistake will just HARDEN her resolve. Plus, it's going to make it more DIFFICULT for her to approach you for HELP when the man INEVITABLY starts showing her PEPPER.
Also, logic will NOT work with her. Let her LEARN.
It's only MADNESS (and DESPERATION) that'd drive a Master's Degree Holder to be UNEQUALLY YOKED with a 35+ person with ONLY Primary 6 certificate and a VAGUE forward-looking statement of becoming a Pastor.
MADNESS! This is one of the best and realistic response I've seen so far... Let me share a bit if my experience I'm a civil engineer in which I own my own construction firm and equally has a farm that I own too. On one of the projects I undertook two years ago. I met this beautiful Igbo lady in owerri. She's a BSC holder and very hardworking. She owns a thriving restaurant. Long story short we started a love affair. She's 31 at the time. Two months after our relationship she wanted us to start wedding preparation. I told her we should chill a little so we can get to know each other and culture better aa I'm yoruba and she's igbo. One month later when I traveled back to Lagos to ṣee my other projects. With in one month that I went to Lago she said she's with another person now that I don't seems serious. I laughed and when I assess the person she wanted to get married to. The person is a jobless and skilless 33years old man. They got married two months later and she set up a shop for her beside her restaurant. Lo and behold the marriage didn't last five months. The lady undertook 99% responsibility in the marriage rite. Infact she indirectly paid her own bride price. I told my workers then that the marriage can't last because the guy is a gigolo. Someone that can't take responsibility of their life up until 30+. What magic do u want to perform at that age To the poster. Trust ne your sister will learn in the hard way and she'd wish she had waited a little longer |

BrosG007: In Ogun state where I live, it doesn't actually matters....no matter where dem choose for bolehole, when you reach the deep, water will come...in fact over here , they determine the best water from a bolehole digging by the color of sand of the deepness.
Although, it depends on the location, area....but you should ask around the area. Bolehole here cost #250k to #300k...And the water is so good compared to Lagos and other states I disagree with the last part of ur statement sir. There are certain areas in Ogun state that ₦250k won't do borehole. My farm is in Ogun state and the bill to bore it amounts to a little over ₦3m. Mind you I'm a civil engineer I know they are not trying to scam me. Check my earlier comment and you'll understand my assertion better |
Properties › Re: Borehole Experts, Please Help Me Interpret This Survey Report And Drilling Quote by engrajoo1(m): 9:39am On Mar 08 |
I have a similar issue with u. I was given same depth of 160m on the borehole I wanted to do on my farm. So I looked at the village and I found out most of the water source there are well. I was foolish not to consider some factors like land terrain, distance of existing well to my own farm, challenges they faced while digging their well. I never asked those questions and I proceeded to digging a well. Well, I was a little lucky but it was when I started I found out there were lots of abandoned wells in the area due to the fact that they couldn't easily get water or they met rock at the bottom. Eventually I spent more than half of what I should have spent on borehole yet I couldn't get enough water as I eventually hit rock a d breaking it was a Herculean task as the options presented were not feasible for safe.
So I'd advise.... Go with the flow, when they want to dig ensure u are there with them.... So u and the contractor should keep measuring the depth they've gone together. So like you thought it might not be up to the 160m. So since it's charged per meter, you'll eventually pay the depth dug.... However have the maximum amount for the 160m. But eventually you might get good amount water before then. But prepare for 160m. |

I saw the problem of people sending in money to family members to build for them but unfortunately they come back to either see a terrible job that doesn't complement the money they sent or they won't even meet anything at all. This is a problem we tried solving at BUILDAID. To the glory of God, the fee clients we've got are happy and got positive reviews about us. nurez305: The first red flag was when she started ignoring my calls.
I went to her house to know what is going on and I met a guy there but he excuse us immediately, later she went to take her bath and drop the phone on the sofa. I was with her phone when the text message from that guy that left enter with only "OK" . then I open the message and I saw the previous conversation between them.
The guy said : when you know your boy-friend is coming to your house today, why did you invite me also to come
My fucking GF replied : he is not my boyfriend, he is only a friend
After reading that, I started sweating inside their house after I have spent on the idiot.
I bought her the phone, Pay her school fee, Give her money whenever she ask When her father died, I paid her trip to and fro and also give her change to hold to her village.
I felt like a loser and was very heartbroken. I summon courage and told her to return back my phone after telling her what I saw in her inbox, she accuse me of checking her messages without her consent and she refuse to give me the phone.
I threten her that if she refuse to return my phone that I won't take it lively with her. She reported me to police and they set a trap for me, she told me to come to somewhere to collect the phone, on getting there, I was arrested and the police force me to write a statement that I will never disturb her because of this phone again. I did and they told me to call one of my relatives to come and bail me and be my witness. I did that and I was granted bail and told us to come the next day.
The next day, the police woman try to settle the issue between us and she said we should not fight each other again and continue our relationship. And the police officer told her to delete all the threat messages I sent to her which he did.
NOW IS MY TURN TO REVENGE After about 2months that will depart, she taught I have forgotten everything she does to me not knowing that I'm only waiting for the best time to strike her back. I went to area command to hire police, the man charged me 30k and told me not to worried that what she does was very bad. I lead the way to her house and she was shocked to see me again, she quickly call her mum and to tell her, we arrested her in her shop then and the police put an allegation on her that she hire tug to beat me up because I requested for my phone from her. She started crying that is a lie. The police ask for the receipt of the phone from her and she told them that I bought it for her, they collected the phone and detained her until her family show.
I later tell the police to allow her to go but I need to collect the phone. The man said it is important I do that.... After everything, I collected the phone and leave them in the station.

Righteousness2: If you Claim to Believe in JESUS Christ! It is.
GOD is a GOD of Order. The Church is the Body of Christ and JESUS Christ is the Head of the Church. GOD ALMIGHTY is the Institutor of the Marriage Institution. In Ephesians, HE likened the Love a Man should have for His wife to that HE has for the Church. The Church is the representative of Christ on Earth. If you claim to Believe in JESUS Christ, it is Very Important to for you to be joined by His body. I totally disagree with u..... I'm a christian and I don't think it's important to have a church wedding.... The fact that u are joined in a church doesn't mean it's built on Christ... It doesn't mean it can't scatter.... The main thing that needs to be sorted out is that why is there so much trouble in marriages in recent times as well as divorce despite all the paparazzi and efficy we put before entering it.... Until we effectively answer this question marriage will keep failing even if it's been officiated by a very senior popular pastor |
