Get these to start the process
1. Death certificate of the deceased from National Population commission ( not from any hospital )
2. National ID or Voter's card or both Administrators
3. Passports of the deceased and administrators
4. Age declaration of the deceased or birth certificate

You'll definitely have to do a lot of running around by yourself , if you want the probate letter within 3-6 months.
Trust me most lawyers will want to rip you off, don't go down this path.You can always get reliable information which the lawyers will provide about the process from the help desk in every probate office or get a staff that handles files in the probate office( best shot) to carry you along each stage.
I started the process for getting a probate letter for my late dad few weeks back, and I have passed the Publication stage already. The first week was really stressful though because, I was either at the probate office or the bank.
NB: You'll spend time and money.

I've sent mail to four guys on the this platform that got this same PQ for free here via email, none of them is willing to reciprocate the kind gesture.
I wonder when we'll get pass this phase of trying to make money out of little things like this in Nigeria.

The only problem you're having now is "passion ". Develop that inner drive to learn this skill at all cost, you'll definitely be fine at the end of the day.
I had to pick a skill to learn as a serving Corp member few months back, as part of the NYSC program(SAED). I picked shoe making because, I really love classic shoes(brogues). My boss was stunned when I completed my first Oxford brogue yesterday due to the fact that, I normally come to work just three times a week. What actually gave me
an edge over other apprentice was the extensive research work I did online and other shoe making tutorial videos I downloaded.
I could have waited for "oga" to teach me everything,which is the mindset other apprentice that came two years before me have , but my desire to make my own shoe kept pushing me towards other source of getting this same skill I so much crave for.
The picture I'm trying to paint here is very simple, you can learn mechanic in two years if you combine the knowledge you'll get from the workshop with online tutorials, forums and other engineering package you can lay your hands on.
Go Flush that voice that's saying it'll take years for you to learn this skill out of your head.

'Has' is a singular anomalous verb, it attracts a singular noun/pronoun before it.
He has a nice car.
Tunde has a nice car.
'Have' is a plural anomalous verb, it attracts a plural noun/pronoun before it.
They have nice clothes. Not: He have nice clothes.
Statements like 'he have/She have' are grossly incorrect.
Also note that 'Had' is the past tense form of both 'has' and 'have'.
Tunde had a nice car before the MMM debacle.

You're totally wrong with the emboldened bro. I USED TO SEE HIM EVERYDAY and I SEE HIM EVERYDAY are two different sentences with different meanings. The former is continuous past tense(I USED to see him but not anymore) while the latter is continuous present tense(I still see him everyday).

OP was trying to say 'use to' or 'used to' should be substituted with 'usually','normally','often' etc.
"Use(d) to" is an anachronistic phrase and should be avoided.
I used to wake up early. (WRONG)
I usually/normally/often wake up early.(correct)
