It depends on the visa centre and the iom whether Lagos or Abuja. If it is Lagos IOM where you will first go and struggle at the gate, you don't know if you will enter early or if your certificate will be ready that day. Then I don't advise it.

Someone like me who had 10.30 appointment and was attended to at 5pm, imagine if I planned biometrics for that day.
Also what if God forbid, further tests are required or the results of your test is unclear. You will have to wait.

Get the Tb test result first. Upload it then try to get the visa appointment for the next day.
Do walk in if no date. That's what I did.

Kindly note that, for the purpose of your visa application, you don't take a TB test in any hospital.

IOM lagos or IOM Abuja is the only recognised centre.

Kindly go to there physically to book an appointment, as it is not currently possible to book via the link.

THE EMBASSY IS IN V.I, A KIND OF ELITE PLACE IN LAGOS HERE. HOTELS THERE CAN COST AS MUCH AS 20K AND ABOVE THAT IS IF YOU CAN SEE SUCH A LEAST AMOUNT. YOU CAN STILL BROWSE ONLINE.
BUT I CAN STILL ACCOMODATE YOU FOR A NIGHT IF YOU WOULD'NT MIND BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TIMING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT COS I STAY ON THE MAINLAND.

Yes it can, I did mine here in UYO. The stamp carried High court Uyo and not state high court....

You can certify your documents at the embassy (you have to book an appointment for this) or any of the high courts around you...
