INEC has been conducting elections since 2015 and APC has been winning. APC won in bauchi, edo, kogi, rivers and ekiti, nobody made any frivolous analysis. NYSC is not compulsory for every Nigerian graduate. it is only compulsory for those that want to serve Nigeria either in civil or public service, military or politics and there is no time limit after school to do it. I have seen PHD holders doing NYSC.
