abuse of human right and civil justice. killing of people of other ethnic minority. he simply is not in charge of this government. he keep blaming others but himself. the take over of the national assembly by the DSS is one of the embarrassing moment of this government to the international committee of nation.
if the presidency is unaware of such attacks to the national assembly severally including the mice thief it means they are not in charge of the running of the country which is detrimental to every soul in the country.
a terrorist group or government from Saudi Arabia or Yemen might be controlling this country since this administration haven't taken responsibility for once.

That portion of the constitution is as explicit as ever but the APC prefers to no longer understand simple English language Saraki will not leave his seat because of any illegal impeachment and if anyone will go to court, it will be the APC explicit! Show me that part of the constitution that says majority of senators is 109. You guys like spewing trash on the net. Maybe you should carry out a research on the word quorum and why it is used. |

Tolexander: SMH for the next governor of the state.
The debt is so enormous. debt! Debt!! And so what? Na osun state owe debt pass? Lagos nko? Most of these illiterate just shout debts debts without knowing a from b. America is the most indebted country in the world but America also has the largest economy and is the richest country in the world. America borrows money from China and other countries, uses that money to develop its economy then pay back in 20 to 30 years. Even Dangote is the richest and most indebted Nigerian. Why? The higher the risk, the higher the reward. Debt and rapid development go hand in hand. Why is this so? IGR and allocations come in trickle and most time are not consistent. Borrowing to fund projects ensure on time delivery of projects thereby avoiding remobilization, abandonment of projects, and what not. Osun state is in debt, yes. But the main thing is that the debt was not used to pay salaries. It was used for capital projects. This leads to increase in IGR which can be used to pay back. |

Since then millions of jobs have been lost without the government creating much what did the lizard speed of GEJ do? He could not save a dime. He was even borrowing to pay salary, imagine that! alrahmanonline: As at 2014, Nigeria and Venezuela had similar economic structure. Both were dependent on oil and failed to diversify their economies over the years
Both were consumer nations as they import most of what they need as such became slaves to the dollar
Both had strong subsidy issues
With the oil prize shocks of late 2014, both nose dived into recession due to shortage of foreign currency to meet their consumption demands
With the prudent stewardship of Buhari, Nigeria exited recession just under 2 years and is now experiencing positive growth, inflation is falling every month for over 1 and half years now
Venezuela on the other hand, is still neck deep into recession with hyper inflation
The government had to knock two zeros out of their currency by introducing new notes cus the old ones are now worthless
Buhari's full implementation of the TSA, blockage of various loopholes from where monies are been wasted or stolen, and investment in agriculture saved Nigeria from becoming a Venezuela.. Thank you Buhari for saving Nigeria 1000 likes for you. When we say the cup is half filled the vultures say it is half empty. Venezuela with a population of less than 20% of that of Nigeria an with arguably the largest oil reserve in the world is in deep sh!t yet these vultures say Buhari has done nothing. |

lingoafrica: Garba Shehu, the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari, recently, announced that the president had walked a distance of 800 meters in his hometown, Daura, Katsina State, to show he is fit for re-election to the office of president!
Garba Shehu: By trekking 800 metres, Buhari has shown he is fit for another term | TheCable https:///TtIaM5jA5l pic.twitter.com/V3XEVqfSJL
— TheCable (@thecableng) August 21, 2018
Now, this is shameful because, on so many levels, the qualification needed to run for such an esteemed office has nothing to do with the ability to trek long distances but to do with the mindset and ability to take decisive action for the benefit of whoever the person is ruling/leading.
When anyone asks those who support President Buhari at this time after the man has failed at security, economic growth, and attracting and sustaining foreign direct investment, but is bent on clamping down on Journalists and the continuous intimidation of perceived enemies, their first instinct is to insult or mock the person, without actually providing details on where the man has succeeded!
This goes to show that Buhari is still being paraded as a choice for some, due to ethnic and religious sentiments, as well as a misguided notion that Buhari is a messiah of sorts (for whatever reason).
At a time when the rest of the world's leaders, who are mostly experts in various fields, are looking to engage their people on public platforms, and seek better ways to advance their countries, Nigeria is battling with a president who thinks walking a long distance is a way to guarantee himself another shot at governance.
Let us not forget that this is a man who had every chance to advance his knowledge and even delve into businesses that could broaden his horizon and transform his mind from an analogue one to a digital one, yet, he chose not to.
After ruling as a military head of state in the 80's and destroying the economy, he came back thirty-something years later, to do the exact same thing! How does one justify that?
So many women and children are dying and are at risk in IDP camps, yet, there is a Ministry of Health and so many other government-controlled agencies, saddled with making sure that does not happen!
In several states, Nigerians are being slaughtered, including women and children, yet, Nigerians are praying the carnage does not get to them! What makes you better than those who have died, you think they did not pray too?
No one is demanding better from the Buhari-led government! Every day, salaries are owed to civil servants and when politicians see that elections are forthcoming, they release funds to pay and people hail them! Is it not their jobs to pay salaries??
As a private sector employer, do you hail your workers for executing their jobs and doing what is expected of them?
How many Nigerians know what is happening in the Oil and Gas sector? Do they even care? Do they even read or ask relevant questions?
This is the reason why Nigerian 'leaders' will continue taking Nigerians for fools and keep giving them three onions and salt to buy their electoral freedom during elections, while their children enjoy good schools and good healthcare abroad, while still planning to rule and steal from the generations of the fools, who keep hailing them as gods!
For more political analysis, visit www.lingoafrica.com first of all, Buhari is qualified cause he is the president. What you should be talking about is if he is fit to run for second term. That he has shown now and again that he is fit and capable for a second term. |

Sharpshooota: This country is dead
The youths are fools
Recycling ancestors bereft of ideas as leaders cannot take us anywhere....
Before I was born... Buhari ruled this country Today he is president and youths are still clamouring for him to continue... A man whose only achievement in office is to gallivant round London hospitals as non is efficient in the country...
Yet youths who can't afford three square meals fight for selfish politicians... All on the alter of religious and ethnic sentiments these here is actually why we Buharist love him. GEJ was a youth but see where he led the country to. IN 2011, we believed in him (GEJ), coming from a simple background, there was nothing like religious or tribal sentiments. But he brought in an aspect of corruption that was new to us. Systemic treasury looting while littering everywhere with project awards that were not mobilized or started (paper projects). He also brought in another dimension to governance, religious bigotry. For the first time, we saw the president jumping from one church to the other, the kneeling and the laying of hands, the segregation of Christians and Muslims with Christian pastors encouraging congregations not to vote a Muslim. Also the Christian body CAN became an appendage of PDP with the CAN president becoming a defence contractor importing arms and ammunition. Therefore we had to rely on a man of integrity, a man with a passion for the project Nigeria. For now, the youths are still bathing in "30billion for the accant, na dem dey rush us". Buhari is proof that someone can be in government and not steal. |
