In any case, let's for a minute conceed that the PSC is in charge, I ask what rational justification do they have to promote an officer four times in four years? What exemplary and heroic deed did he accomplish? How has he distinguished himself from his fellow officers to warrant such rapid promotion?

Nigerians at home & in diaspora want Mr. Atiku to go to the supreme court so that Nigerians can have it on good authority and as a precedent too, that a sworn deposition can now be used, & be acceptable too, in lieu of certificates in all starter of our national engagements.
All what Nigerians want at this point in time, is for the supreme court to take a Stand & make a final pronouncement on that charade of a judgment. Whether Mr. Buhari wins & Atiku loses again at the Apex court, is none of our business, we want a precedent from the supreme court on the matter, & the Apex court should be allowed to give Nigerians that precedent. Nobody should try to hoodwink Alhaji Atiku not to approach the Apex court.
Itse Sagay should be reminded that, Atiku is using his own time & spending his own money & not Mr.Itse sagay's money.

We need the supreme Court to uphold this caricature of a judgement so there is a legal precedence & jurisprudence landmark to refer going forward and so I can tell the INEC next time I don't need to submit any cert to contest .. they are scared of Atiku going to the supreme Court not because the they think he will win but because they are scared that legal precedence in stupidity will be set once the supreme Court upholds that nonsense

The man said he personally signed buhari's waec certificate which means buhari actually wrote weac, he went further to state the various grades buhari made in tje subjects he sat for as well as state the number of student that for weac with buhari and mentioned buhari as number 2.
