I had a dream sometime ago about this, and it seem it would come to pass just as I saw it.

In my dream the case b/w Buhari and Atiku too over two years. On the the third year Judiciary went on strike, and resumed to declare Atiku winner when Buhari was left only with months.

Voting are not done electronically so INEC server (if there is one) cannot give real time results. Voting are done manually, sorted manually, counted manually, recorded manually in the result sheets and then signed by party agents. Transmission of the results in whatever form is done after the manual process recognized by law is completed.

Even though accreditation is done electronically, full data from the process cannot be obtained real time on INEC server because there are so many blind spots without internet connection in the country.

If this is done to reduce the service charge and increase income to the Government coffers, fine. However, if it's done to get back at the opposition without having a standard company that can handle NPA collections, the outcome would be a regret.

Without holding brief for any company or political party, I doubt if there is any maritime service provider in Nigeria that can match intels in all ramications.

Put on your thinking cap bro. A card reader can not work in isolation without a corresponding server where it sources voters data from and verifies them before they vote.

They went ahead to use is in 2018 unapproved and u are telling us that no crime was committed.

If electronic transmission of electoral results is unconstitutional, why would they even go ahead to test-run it. Which part of the electoral act or our constitution permitted that experiment?

Secondly, are they supposed to acquire those devices meant for electronic transmission of electoral results before it is assented by the Legislators and the President. Why should they acquire with the constitution prohibits.

Budget and bill. Can you approve a budget that its bill into law has not been signed? FG approved INEC to do what is alleged not to be in the constitution.

Where then does the data for authentication functions of the card reader come from? Where does the card reader send the data to for matching? Be it a data centre in INEC HQ, be it a cloud server or a pentium II PC under somebody's desk. That's the device in question and as much as you'd want to argue, deep down you know it exists. This would be the last from me on this. I wish you peace.

Atiku's Legal Team should not be fooled because APC is mischievously employing delay tactics since the case is time bound. The failure to file supporting documents in their defence is deliberate.

Look at Bulkachuwa, she resigned without naming a replacement immediately and days have elapsed without any proceedings at the tribunal since she's yet to appoint her replacement. These people are working together to delay the case so there won't be much time left for Atiku's Team to do something significant.
