this dog doesnt look like a dog that was only just maltreated, it also looks like a very sick weak dog, deworming is important yeah, d watery poo is a sign of fever, could be tick fever, parvo virus and so on. i dont wanna discourage u bt if u dont get a good vet, ur dog might not make it, plzzz try find a good vet, treat d illness first, d dog is not well, after treatment, den u could work on boosting d dog. bros it wont be easy, u go spend allot, and if its parvo virus, chances of survival would be 50:50

I beg to differ......did you see barcaboi's dog before it was properly taken care of? Or vicdamm's dog (tuff)....this dogs were is similar or worse situation and they pulled through, with proper care I believe this dog has a higher chance of survival, it is way above 50:50..... Waiting to see d 'surulere' pictures of this dog.
