why 350k to get a visa to the uk when visa application official rate is like 20k

u shld be able to manage crises in ur office

i'm sure other people too can see what is happening
my advise is tht u shldnot just run away, look at what u are not doing right and learn from ur mistakes
if u run now, u'll find another reason to run away from another job
and walking up to the hr to complain does not make u look smart all
u shld find a way of dealing with issues

1. u need to know the reason ur bos is being a nightmare, is it tht he does not like u or u are not playing ur part well in ur office politics. believe me there is politics everywhere and u have to see beyond ur colleagues smilling faces and me sure u are not in the wrong click. u may not even know there are clicks and factions.

if you know the reason he is behaving the way he is then u willbe able to deal with the issue

2. try to find out how to please ur boss and ensure u do only those things tht he likes.
some pple like other to rub their ego, if tht's the kind of person urboss is then be ready to do tht.
u shld not over do it however so ththe does not think u are flattering him.
make nice comment abt him and keep it simple.

3. some pple like it when u feel bad tht he's giving u a bad time. so look like u feel really bad if tht us what the guy likes.

4. u just have to thread gently ad-nd u MUST be able to read btwn the lines. u must be able to hear what pple are not saying and be careful the comments u pass in the office.

5 if he's domineering and he like his staff to me timid, be timid for him

in short the general word for them in management so manage ur boss and romance him well.
it's all a game by the time u close from work u assume u real self.
in all the key word is patience and tolerance cos some bosses just do some things tht make u want to strangle them.

i remember an episode tht voltron's sword broke into 2 i was weeping tht voltron would die, and low and behold the cross on it's chest rolled out and attached itself to the halfbroken sword, then voltron completed the task
