Let's be clear. FX is not crippling Nigeria it is crippling d dollar. Fuel has never been sold at the right price in did country bcoz PDP looters collect bribes from Western countries to use us milking cows. Don't know about light by I happy for the FX and Fuel. We must refine our own feul even if we have suffer we must refine it then sell. |
Please the first rule of looting is Don't get caught. He got caught. He is fair game. |
Now this is not a pro-APC campaign. Infact i ave just recently joined the YDP to eliminate both PDP and APC from all states in 2019. But I just felt I should let Nigerians know what Buhari is actually doing. Buhari is the smartest president Nigeria has had since democracy. What has Buhari done? 1) Ban the Exportation--Importation circle of oil that PDP looters used to get on the side money for themselves there by increasing the price of petrol that we should have in our own land. PDP is angry about this. 2) Ban importation of rice, toothpicks and all these rubbish that keeps devaluing our currency and reducing the purchasing power of the Nigeria people both nationally and internationally. 3) He is trying really hard to get funds that are not IMF funds. [But he is finding this really hard. All funds will still link back to the west in some way] 4) He has frozen the naira, thereby putting all foreign industries that do not keep their money in Nigeria, (They take it straight home, so their presence is actually useless to us) in a tight corner. Now they must find a way to either begin to bank their Dollars and Pounds somewhere or Nigeria or be profitless and get out. 5) Now we will refine the oil we use, plant the food we grow, make the toothpicks we use. 6) I do not know about the light issue. I don't know why. 7) I also do not know where his true ties lie, with western neo-colonialists or with Nigerians. We are yet to find that out. Finally I must Caution that Nigerian be watchful, this starvation may be a strategy to privatize or monopolize our industrial sectors and public assets. Where the means of production would be controlled by few people. Then they would have the power to starve, poison populations, they would determine what wages should be and what quality of life would be allowed. This is important because that is what seems to be happening slowly.A) Dangote seeking to control power production B) Dangote seeking to control Agriculture C) Rockefellar now the major distributors of food in Kenya, Nigeria and Ghana. D) China building our transportation systems. In other words people who are not Nigerians control, food, production and allocation of food. These are good investments but we must ensure that these markets are not monopolistic. So anyone can get licenses and support to do the same business in the same way. I just felt I should let people know because he is really working hard. He is actually industrializing the economy again. Which is a good thing. Because if he does not do this, a new govt can come into power tomorrow and exploit these vulnerabilities like PDP did rather than fix them. The vulnerabilities must be fixed. But truly it is really hard ooo. Kiaaa. My father refused to borrow me money. He no get. |

ZombieNation:I have never believed in the scam of western liberal democracy: It simply means "There are no rules, anything goes." No. There are rules, so African states must refuse this stupid idea of communism. The establishment of a world communist system would give anyone free access to Africa's resources and they do not have to pay or tell us why. They can take it. We must spot it and shame it. the idea of "Liberial Democracy" will never work in Africa. We need to criminalize any adherence to western domination by any elected African leader as treason to the state. We must finally accept that only the ideologies of Thomas Sankara and likes would work for african states. Be self-sufficient, Kick western colonial industries out and up the price for any resources in Africa. Africans want Sovereignty, Security, Prosperity and Democracy. In that order. |
These Boko Haram, they do not know who they are dealing with. They think this is still PDP lead govt or GEJ hoax democracy. Obasajo and Buhari will wipe them off. You know those ones whee militants too in their days. Aso rock. Hmmm.Jokers. Please they should go and find something useful to do or pack their things and go and fight along side the islamic state. They are not muslims and they are not Nigerians. They should go away. |
sokoh400:He is a military leader. Communication and people relations is not his best virtue. |
SleekMallam:Impeachment over what? Then who will now ascend the throne? PDP? God Forbid!!!! Instead of PDP to come back let Buhari stay there until we figure out how to eliminate both of them PDP and APC. |
Africa has been severely set back by imperialist destruction of Libya and interference in Egypt’s and Tunisia’s democratic processes. Five years ago a rebellion throughout Tunisia toppled longtime dictator Zen El Abidine Ben Ali. WWP National Committee member Abayomi Azikiwe WWP National Committee member Abayomi Azikiwe The unrest spread to Egypt, leading to President Hosni Mubarak’s forced resignation. The Muslim Brotherhood’s Freedom and Justice Party won the next presidential elections. Demonstrations spread to Algeria and Yemen, bringing different outcomes. The rebellions in Tunisia and Egypt did not lead to the consolidation of progressive forces which could seize power and establish a political order committed to revolutionary transformation and socialism. Egypt’s military-turned-civilian regime is still subsidized by the CIA and the Pentagon. Tunisia has been returned to the Ben Ali’s regime’s political collaborators, taking its place in the Washington-led “war on terrorism.” When a rebellion erupted in Libya, a more ominous trend was revealed. Counterrevolutionaries targeted Col. Moammar Gadhafi’s Jamahiriya system. When Western-backed armed opposition groups faced growing resistance by loyalist troops, the U.S. and its NATO allies engineered U.N. Security Council resolutions approving widespread bombing of Libya. Today Libya is a major source of instability throughout North and West Africa. Imperialist militarism has compounded crises in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Yemen. In the worst international humanitarian disaster since World War II’s conclusion, more than 50 million people have been displaced. African and Middle Eastern states and Southern and Eastern European countries are bearing the brunt of the migration. The hundreds of thousands flooding into Europe face racism, xenophobia, brutality and marginalization. Imperialism spreads tentacles The U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) is escalating deployments across the continent through direct intervention and partnerships with states and regional organizations. Emboldened by its operations in Libya, Tunisia and Egypt, imperialism is spreading its tentacles. An AFRICOM base in Djibouti at Camp Lemonnier is being refurbished for the expanding mission, involving thousands of Pentagon troops. Airstrips are being constructed to ostensibly assist African Union member-states in the fight against “terrorism.” Creation of an African Standby Force — first advanced by the Pan-Africanist and Ghana’s socialist leader Dr. Kwame Nkrumah and later by Gadhafi — has been realized, absent its revolutionary orientation. ASF exercises in South Africa rely on Pentagon and European Union funding. Any continental military force aimed at fostering peace and stability in Africa must be independent of imperialism. Otherwise such efforts will serve as an appendage of Pentagon-NATO forces and serve neocolonist interests. This crisis of imperialist militarism is coupled with the debt dilemma resulting from the advanced capitalist states’ economic decline. Despite reports hailing “phenomenal economic growth” in Africa, these states have higher debt-service ratios, joblessness and rapid currency devaluations, partly stemming from commodity price declines due to capitalist overproduction. This monumental debt burden is sparking militant working-class struggles, and socialism is being re-examined. In Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa — “emerging economies” — workers, students and youth are striking and demonstrating, demanding action to halt rapidly declining living standards fueled by inflation and diminishing foreign investment. This developing crisis requires an ideological and political response. The lessons of Egypt and Tunisia show that uprisings must be informed by anti-imperialist, anti-capitalist politics. Otherwise the Libyan model will spread. Rising oil and mineral production without transforming productive relations within the emerging economies will only benefit imperialism. The contradictions between the capitalist modes of production and the social relations of production must be resolved. The only solution is socialist revolution, where workers, farmers and youth can determine their future without the domination of Western financial institutions bolstered by CIA, Pentagon and NATO forces. Western capitalists depend upon acquiring natural resources and labor from the oppressed nations on terms set by corporations and financial institutions. Workers and the oppressed inside imperialist countries are sacrificing their standard of living with declining wages, evisceration of social services and privatization of public assets. The basis for international revolution exists. We must link the struggles of the workers and the oppressed globally against U.S and Europe. imperialism, the center of world exploitation. Only this revolutionary transformation can achieve peace, stability and mutual cooperation internationally. |

Hello Everyone, I recently across this on the web about Nigerian so called oil companies returning their loots from the "Raw products for refined product" shady swaps that the firms and Nigerian politicians (PDP) were very complacent with. https://www.thecable.ng/balancing-war-corruption-economic-growth Is this true? Oil Corruption in Nigeria https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTuzZ920AQs&nohtml5=False |
I have just taken a look at their website. Their national chairman is 53 (Quite reasonable considering we are all young people from oblivion) however i see so many old people. On their facebook page there seems to be more old people from former fallen PDP colonies showing interest. What i would like to see is an age cap on members. At somewhere between 24 - 55. |
Where do I join Please? How can I help? Anything to desolve these horrible people from our country. |
NobleAngell:Shut up |
Ekugbeh:No; that is not true; In my village, we do not have a single mosque. Most People put together in these regions including Niger, are Christains. We do not speak Hausa, Fulani. We do not eat fufu or drink Kunu. We do not even share their culture or even like them. So how are we North. WE ARE NOT NORTH |
Why are these states classified as north? I mean i am from benue state and we are not north we don not want to north. I do not know much about the pre-colonial divisions. Can someone explain to me how. |
francis247:Well: 1) 72% of the land mass in Nigeria is not North. Benue, Abuja, Jos, Nasarawa, Kogi is not North. I am from Benue state. Northern leaders like to classify us as North when it suits them to sieze control. I know you see North Central. North Central means Middle of the North. We are not North please. We are central Nigeria. We are working on how to disassociate ourselves from these selfish mallams. 2) Even if North owns 99% of Nigeria and the oil is on that 1%, it is not on northern land, it is not northern oil. 3) This is the exact reason why Biafra wnats to go. People like this causing trouble. They know they are not doing anything relevant to the economy, instead of laying low, they are making statements like this. 4)Northern leaders should just go away. They are the cause of all these problems. People without brains making decisions. Media outlets should stop inviting them to public media. They are embarrassing the country. |
Please stop tribalizing things |
amaechi1:Did you see the budget allocation, very vague, not clear at all. So that people will not know where their money went. Bukola Saraki. Kia if he does not get kicked out of that place it wont be funny. |
Why is he still under watch? |
What do you expect, when Bukola Saraki is the president. Corruption is in his blood. Anywhere he is, things can never be done properly |
Who lives in Aba? Is this true? |
All these APC propaganda of Roads, Light, Saving flying everywhere. The administration had better start doing things that people can fell value. Because everyone is blasting PDP, APC thinks we are fully supporting them. You are not fooling anyone with all these pics and lie lie updates. KOWA is coming up. |
crixtex:Yes El rufia stole. But he is the reason Abuja is called a modern city today. He did his job while he stole. |
Alezy:Becasue it does not take 1 year to cancel out the pre-effects. First we need to discuss reaching equilibrium with dollars before we begin appreciating above. The only way to do that is to import less, produce locally more, all public funds being spent outside must bring it value that can be converted into cash, reserves, or increase quality of life in the long run. We cannot be importing toothpicks and be loosing N7.5Billion to china every year in money or oil produce. And we gain only toothpicks. Gboko alone in benue state can produce all the food needed to feed west africa. My dad tells me stories of how Nigeria used to export Rubber, Cocoa, Textiles to India, UK, America. People came to study in Nigeria from Across Africa [They pay fees, direct gains]. But because everyone saw oil money we allowed our economy to die. It is like we can't do anything anymore. The Biafrians were refining oil during the war in large tin cans. Suddenly we had to ship our oil to get refined and then it gets sold back to us at higher prices. Well no more oil loot. Oil prices have fallen. No one is investing in oil again. So we have to find another means. |
Regret kee!!! We voted Buhari to eliminate PDP. He has done that within one year. That is done. Next now we can tackle economic problem now that the senseless looters have no access to illegally cyphone public funds. We can now release money into the economy. Any money released into nigerian economy with any form of PDP influence is useless because they will just take the money for their family. |
oyinkinola:Oyinkinola we finally agree. Now you get me. If PDP return the funds and change their candidates to people who have at least gotten an education of some sort above WAEC, then we might re-consider. |
omohayek:ok. kpele. But the deregulation of oil will only serve short-term want. Long term benefits however is a non-existent. To deregulate oil we must decentralize the political system so each state is responsible for the policies around oil exploration in that state. If you deregulate any sector in a centralized system, then you are eliminating accountability. Because state and individuals can claim profits but do not take responsibility for maintenance and policies. |
omohayek:It cannot be deregulated until there are measures to control import and export of oil. When he deregulates now, everyone will come and explore and pollute the land and no one will take responsibility. You pple will say it is the Govt. The pollution in oil states now, why are you pple blaming federal govt? It was you corrupt PDP leaders who gave access to people to illegally purchase oil wells and explore. They take the oil, but do not care about the environment. |
