I hope people with access to all the data can break down the national spending figures since 1999. The percentage of recurrent expenditures that go to salaries, allowances and up-keep of the President, Vice-President, Ministers and the National Assembly.

For instance the NASS is made-up of 469 elected officers while the Executive arm of government is made up of roughly 36 Ministers, the President, the Vice President and other public staff.

It will be a great idea to know the exact number of all these public servants and what % of the recurrent expenditure go to them. Past Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Senate-President and Speakers have unacceptably fat pension packages. These people are just the few of us yet they take the largest share leaving over 170 million people to fight for crumps.

My point exactly. The people need to be replaced and their roles clearly defined. Or NASS is scrapped. Honestly, i really dont see why they are there. I don't know what function they serve

Look I am not Igbo oo but this is unfair. So Nnamdi Kanu is facing trial i just read online. But we are "Rehabilitating" Boko Haram and givin "Amnesty" to Militants. That is truly unjust. This article if for all those Buhari-Hating peeps out there. Firstly, what is happening to the country now is something that must happen before any change occurs. So even if you remove Buhari, it is either we go back to PDP mentality style rule or the repeat this process again. Get something straight, this process happening now, must happen. If not now, years from now, it must happen. Impeaching Buhari is only stalling it or shifting it to tht future while you actually continue in PDP chains.
In actual truth, besides any tribal hatred for which there is no basis for, Buhari is proving to be the best president this country has ever had since democracy. He knows exactly how to play the game. He has proven that he has the best intentions for the people and future generations of this nations.
