PoliticsRe: What Is The Electricity Situation In Your Area? by epainos: 10:53pm On Dec 19, 2025
helinues:
Hope the Nepa boss in your area is not having close by fuel filling station sha
wunmi590:
Choi, even if he has in Obalende, the people of lekki won't allow him to off light anyhow...

It is really frustrating, honestly
helinues:
We have been reading about improvement in other areas, your areas own might be artificial issue
wunmi590:
Choi,

So you mean those millionaire in lekki phase1 who are complaining are also not saying the truth?

Funny man
Even you are paid for these poata of yours or you are in this government, topics like this should not be handled like this. Government reads too. It is your duty here as a Nigerian and not as their supporter to say how it is in your area, not what people said many months ago. 3 moths ago, it was OK, but for the past 6 weeks, it has been hell inntje cell for everyone in Nigeria and they haven't come out to say anything. So, I don't know where you read or heard anyone saying it is almost perfect in his area. But they asked you about your area. Ate you.saying your area is excellent? Are you saying you are having constant electricity in your area presently?

Make ypu guys dey try use una upstairs small small na. Una wan just kill everyone's morale on top Judas Iscariot's 30 pieces of silver coins you dey receive in thisnmodern period? You aren't betraying your govt if you say the truth about your area this time na. Something like "boss, my area is having issues too presently, and I hope the right person will act fast". Se e no better like this? But you dey suffer in your area and dey lie on too....ypu need real help.

I am addressing helinues here.
HealthRe: Is A Carnivore Only Diet Safe For Long‑Term Health? by epainos:
kasiramji06:
So I’ve been toying with this whole carnivore‑only diet thing after seeing a bunch of influencers rave about it, and honestly, I’m kinda torn. Part of me is like, cool, simple meals, no calorie counting. But the other part is like… am I gonna mess up my insides long‑term? I’ve had stomach issues forever, and some folks claim this way of eating fixed theirs. Anyone here tried it for more than just a few weeks? Did it actually help, or did things get weird? I’d love some real‑world experiences before I jump in.
Carnivore Diet is meant to treat mainly
1. Bloating issues caused by fiber (microbes have been bastardized due to too much antibiotics and antifungi) etc.

2. To address high blood sugar issues.

Things you must know about it:
1. Your body converts protein to energy, so it is rare to have low blood issue even you are normal. You won't be easily affected
2. Your gut flora will change for the time you are consuming it and you will struggle with it if you keep doing it for long term.
3. If you have bloating problem, it is one of the best to address it. And if you have high blood issue, it is also one of the best.
4. Also, if you are battling candida infection, it is can be recommended with green leaves.

Generally speaking, it is advised to add few vegetables even if you are suffering from bloating, but you may go into it straight.

5. The main challenge is constipation of your gut flora cannot process protein very well. You will hate yourself if you are constipated. But some won't be constipated.

6. Every one responds differently to it. Asking people's experience here does not guarantee it is OK for you. You will know if it's OK for you after trying it.

My advice: Get ready to address constipation of you want to try it. And go on a short term. Check your bowel flow. If its getting a bit late, suspect constipation. If you have it and it is harder than usual, or you stay too long than usual (even you feel good while taking it), know that constipation is building up and you need to find a way to add fiber. You add fiber fast and see if your next visitation is OK. If you get constipated fast, stop it immediately and quickly use medication to pass out and do not go 100% into it. You may try more veggie. In such case, cut out only carbs and add enough vegetable.

Experiment and see what's good for you. But it won't totally address what wrong with you. If there is infection, treat infection. If you have candida, na wahala. It is very stubborn. If you have h.pylori...Jesus is Lord. Also, don't forget to use probiotics if that is your problem.

So, get a good evaluation (diangnose well) what is wrong with you before going into it.

By the way, what stomach issues do you have?

Best of luck!

at the least u r better that the likes image123 who lie to themselves and others about the nepotism in this govt,. But SS where? Change is coming sooner than you think .
How do you mean I am better than whoever you mentioned? I am a neutral person, and I analyse based on what's on ground. My view hasn't change and that is: None of these politicians can save Nigeria, but I know Tinubu is the brightest one among them all for now (with the exception of Osinbajo...just that he is has no sense thevway he handled the last issue contesting with the one who put him out there...sense no dey there). Obi is the worst...and Atiku has nothing to offer. If this is what you want to hear.

And again..Nigerian presidents will be rotated among: the north, yoruba and SS. SE will not smell it cos they won't allow it.

Goodluck with your view, and stop comparing me with anyone. My posts are my initiatives.
PoliticsRe: There Are 5 Cabals In Tinubu’s Government – Charles Omole by epainos:
I like this analysis. It's what I have been thinking myself, and it's why it is hard to defeat Tinubu cos all these people are loyal to Tinubu.

Femi Gbaja is a patient man, and extremely powerful. I saw these attributes in him when he waited for long time to become the speaker of the house. He could have rebeled like Aregbe. Then, Nuru is a very calm and strategic person, and it's the reason he could cage El-Rufai. These are men who would be smiling at you, but you don't now they are behind your foes. Lol. And they have followers who believe in their ideologies. That Wike, na just gra-gra anyhow man. So, it's why he can't be their leader. Yes, him go get mouth cos they know he is a spoiler...so they won't sideline him. And the good about Wike is that if you give him his due respect, he won't cut your ticket. You wannaboss him, he will dash you Atiku treatment. No one has ever messed that guy up the way Wike scattered his ambition. On a good day, if Wike was on his side, he could have won 2023 election.

Remi's group isn't powerful like that, but they know that they can't mess with her since Jagaban himself doesn't play with her. I believe that one na spiritual stuff. So, make we leave that. As long as dem dey satisfy her and if they can't give her what she wants... they pet her well, she isn't a threat but she is a necessary asset in their hands. Aisha Buhari is the second in command here. She was the first in command during Buhari's time. And since Baba relegated her, she is pained. Luckily for her, she played her game well to move Jagaban inside and trust Remi, she delivered all promised to Aisha. That Aisha is extremely powerful. She dey recommend people for appointments anyhow even more than his husbands regime.

Then, that Seyi Tinubu's unit is the most dangerous. Cos the guy knows innovative guys he can easily buy. He is the brain behind the young innovative brains coming into the government. Na dem gan gan I fear the most.

Now, tell me how you can break these people easily? E go hard na. If God no send you like Moses and you go put your head there, you go commot like papa Ajasco for real. Only God's Moses can be used so that this Pharoah can drown in his red sea.

Make I off my mic here. No good to burst all here.

One a good day, Remi is an owambe babe. Lol. Dele is actually right on this, but Dele sef ...na waooo. Dem no dey burst bubbles of old allies na. This guy dey mess up. Everyone who does so, no dey end well. E no dey see how Fashola maintain his side and carry his robe back to the court room? Opportunities still dey come na. If not from Tinubu, but from people who are watching. Actually I don't even expect Osinbajo and Fashola to ever want anything from Tinubu again sef. Na wa for Dele ooo.
PoliticsRe: President Tinubu Reconstitutes The Board Of The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory by epainos: 6:17am On Dec 19, 2025
The president seems clueless like Buhari. Lol. It's cos their analog brians no dey work again in this era. Assuming these guys understand data and predictive analytics, AI, blockchain and other tech, no one can easily deceive or mamipulate them. Buhari went with the old analog brain to gather together people who are smart to employ young guy with innovative brain to manipulate him. But Buhari no get brain to employ the right people, and he doesn't trust anyone except Kyari and that his nephew who is older than him. Lol. Those ones too...na God knows dem mind.

Tinubu is on the same path. I believe Dangote is someone who can help. Also, Fashola can help here. And I believe Osinbajo too. But Tinubu has made enemies out of these people, and he not want to gice Dangote more power esp politically. Quite unwise if you ask me. Lol. So, he is also using his analog brain, and failure is knocking at his door.

Mainwhile Seyi Tinubu can buy innovative guys (na buy dem dey buy), but I believe that one is about his gubrrnatorial ambition. Lol.

zeuss:
Yoruba and Fulani shamelessly sideline Igbo and Ss always ,, US is watching
You guys should stop disturbing our peace na. If you can't easily see that there is no hope for you in Aso Rock....goodluck to you. This thing is between the north, yoruba and SS. The earlier you accept this and plan to part ways with Naija peacefully, the better for you. Not that kin Nnamdi Kanu gra gra and violent way. Nothing dey for you in this present Naija. Wake up! And if you leave, you will be progressive cos you are free from those Islamic people. Na dem be the real backwardness. Otherwise dem go just dey use you continue. And las las, dem go dump you when they have finished you. You better get it right, leave now using the most effective and accepted way.

I am also tired of the fake and nonsense marriage we have in Nigeria, but not hating. When good things happen, some people just don't want to see them. Infact, they pray for bad things because they just hate everything. Na we talk say make dem lose biafra war? Personally, I don't know what Nigeria is holding to them they should let them go. The majority of the oil we have is not from their region.

While some Nigerians especially south are planning to also explore and gain from the northern uranium and lithium, these ones are just plain illiterates hating. Let the south also gain from the money they will get from the uranium and lithium innthe north. Or they want to be unfortunate to leave Nigeria when they are suppose to make money too from others resources. If Igbo wan commot, make dem go ooo.

As much as I do not support Tinubu, I like his idea of quickly opening the lithium mining in some northern sites. Let the south also make money there. Dem go understand how e dey feel. A good northerner is telling you this. The south needs to stay and enjoy uranium and lithium money too. Why run now? Why una think the north is being arrogant now and wouldn't mind leaving? Lol. The society turned them to women dependent. Of course, the potentials are there in the men because you see them adapting well in the university starting to cook noodles and egg. Gradually graduate to making sweet rice concoction (low budget jollof rice). And finally, they pick up " Oh God!". I hope you all know what "Oh God!" is.

But as soon as they graduate, start working, and married, it becomes a taboo to enter the kitchen. They cross their legs to watch TV after they return from work and later to the dining, and to bed. Lol. grin

Reality is around. Things you must learn:

1. A skill to make income during old age, or an investment that pays through to the end.
2. Practise staying alone from when you are young. . Even our society encourages men to be useless to themselves in home affairs. Plates, they can't wash. Common eba, they can't make. See them jumping around and eating like gluttons when their women are busy or not around. After the death of a wife, na family sef go spoil them and even not allow them to stay alone for a period of time But na lie. Na money wey family wan collect from them. A man cannot take care of the kids if the wife passes to glory. But they see it an abomination for the woman to remarry after 5 years the man don kpai.
3. And many more.

No go master being alone and cooking for yourself. Dey find kids who will be listening to your sad stories around.

4. No go develop your health and care homes...make una dey keep looting the national treasury. You will all learn by force.
TravelRe: Man Escapes Death After Bus Crashes Into His Bedroom (photos/video) by epainos: 3:04pm On Dec 13, 2025
We need to take serious checking fake materials and following construction guidelines. How can a car crash into a wall and enter it like that? The wall isn't strong at all. Fake materials....using less concrete and managing materials. And you put a bedroom close to a run-way. I don't get it. When you don't consult an architect or a builder but you contract a local bricklayer who calls himself an engineer. This is what you get.

It is well.
Christianity EtcRe: So After Burning Us In Hell What Will God Actually Gain? by epainos:
Eternal condemnation and life are concepts that only those who are spiritually awake can comprehend. Many things happen beyond the eyes. Knowledge is the KEY. Science is unraveling many mysteries.

The story of Babel comes to my mind. The way the story was told makes it seem unreal. How did they build skyscrapers with the limited technology available at the time? But one thing I learned, whether the story is true or a concept, is that humans can find God. Humans can discover heaven if it truly exists.

Also, I thought about the garden of Eden. The Bible says that God hid it well. It means that men can find it.

The Bible also says that at the end of time, knowledge will increase. Mehn! With what I know about predictive analytics, machine learning, deep learning, and regenerative AI, I told myself that men will achieve great things. With what genetical engineering and sustainability are doing presently...forget it...in 30 years, man would have found a way to make their bodies self generating cells. As cells die, new ones are generated to keep us from growing old. Man will start living up to 200 years very soon. Meaning that we will live beyond Abraham, isaac and Jacob. Then, man will work towards beating the Metusallah's record.

That tree of life in the garden of Eden that God prevented Adam from eaten will be genetically created by men. grin Men are gods.

One day after reading my Bible and I was meditating, I told myself that come ooooo...se if a be God, a no go dabaru everything a moment before man gets these secrets? A go scatter everything. So, the idea that there is a super being who has predicted an end time appears plausible to me. And He said, "You will know because knowledge will increase tremendously during that time." Hmmmm!

Gen 1.1 and 1.2. Some theologians believe that there are more than a million years between Genesis 1:1 and verse 2. The first earth was good. And something happened and darkness came. Then, God created a new one. Hmmmm! Logically, it's making sense to me. Dinosaur bones have been discovered, but they are no longer extant. They argued that those ones live before. Perhaps God destroyed the first living souls here and then returned to recreate them.

The Bible says that the bad guy (satan) has been sent to earth and they know what that guy is capable of. Guys, many things aren't clear and we can't know.

But if you start praying sincerely to God. Not asking for material things, but simply worshipping Him on a daily basis, as David did. But guy, only belle wey don belle full can do that. grin Do yourself a favor and find a source of income. Learn a skill. Then, pick up spirituality to put these ideas to the test. Meditate. You will get what I am saying. This is why some notorious criminals change while in prison. If they can find a place where they can be silent and reason clearly, away from gangsters, the hustle and bustle of life, and the madness that is prison.

The concept of hell and heaven is extremely deep. It is well.

Started well but got to the point of Aregbesola and I had to go back and read everything again and it is still the same thing, feudalism.

The politics of black Africa where individual loyalties are sought, cultivated or bought (which you rightly oppose) in the quest to build political fiefdoms.

Yes, I understand that in the context of cultural Africa. But this is one major reason why democracy does not work for the good of African societies. We build too much of individuals and are considerably weak collectively. We look at democracy as rulership instead of servitude.

It is a servant that will naturally take criticism without offence but a ruler cannot. According to you it is right for an Osibanjo who may have something to offer, to shut up and go away or 'wait for his turn', because he was nominated Vice by someone who you feel owns him? while the contest and criticism of an Aregbesola is terrible, abhorrent and rebellious. I don't get it.

This is government we are talking about. A call to service and not personal business, not marriage or religious officialdom. I just don't understand how we are all expected in a democracy to fall in line with one man, one vision, one ideology, one way as the only way. These are the shortcomings of monarchies and why they rise and fall....one leg.

If you really understand what democracy is about then you recognize that the ownership is by the people meaning it is sustained and refreshed by numbers, and the greater the numbers contributing actively to it the more stable, prosperous and enduring it will be.

Please let us find a way to rid our minds of this feudal nature. No man in this business is more equal than the other and the fact that this present leader is succeeding in his ways does not make it a law of nature. As a matter of fact it is an aberration to seek autocratic rule and as we have seen in many African so called democracies the day that maxim leader passes or is removed the nation enters an era of extreme instability.

Please leave Mr Aregbe alone. No fan of his.
I consider him a poor.quality administrator but he has every right to chart his own political course and will be politically examined and tested for that.
Your assimilation is extremely poor. When you have eaten, pretend like you didn't read my post, and return, perhaps your mind can take something out of it. Cos ypur response here says you belong to stone age when they don't think deep. grin
