And then, I saw the video...the lady preventing her from going out. Is she a security officer to stand by the door? If she pushes her and she lands on the ground and died, people will blame the girl. That woman was not humble too na. And I can imagine what they did to the lady before she went wild. No be Naija people?

She has talked well. She needs to rest and then she can tell her story. Please, give people the benefit of saying their story before attacking them. You may even behave more rascal if you were in her shoe.

We can never have Southern unity,

Guess who destroyed the southern unity, Tinubu! Yes Tinubu when he allied with the North to vote out a fellow Southerner just because he wanted his fellow Yoruba man Osinbajo to be VC president....
Now you guys are forming emergency lovers of Southern Unity 😂😂😂

So, no matter how hard Tinubu tries he can never win SS and SE even if all the governors join APC...

I guess you saw it in the last election...

The people of SS are not fools

About SE becoming president, APC can never rule Nigeria for ever...
I did not mention any party in my post. Or did you read about any party there? My post is just a prediction of the possibility of the south shutting down the north. And the weak link to not making this happening is SE.

Jonathan was meant to go because he was weak. Tinubu was only called to finish the job after the crisis in SS between Jonathan and his fellow men had escalated. The ring leader of the people who booted out Jonathan is Amaechi his fellow SS. Amaechi was the one who destroyed SS, and it is why Wike dealt with him. The same Amaechi is trying it again, but I don't think he will be succesful cos it is a SW man this time and not SS. He tried to mention Fayemi as the rebel for SW to make it look nice, but he failed. They all know that Aregbesola's rebel has been curtailed and will have no meaningful impact. A Judas is needed to get this job done, but most of these guys don't want to become the Amaechi of SW. It is dangerous to be.

SS has been rolling with SW for many years now. Even now, they are together. It is only SE that is left behind. Their reasons are valid which I acknowledge. If it doesn't happen now, the signals are there that it can happen later. Soludo may eventually take over SE from Obi. Who knows tomorrow? It may not be 2027, but I know it may happen. This is my point.

Whether you are an obedient or not, SE is the weak link. Period. And their reason to be the weak link for this unity may be genuine to them. Maybe. I am not interested in disputing it. I am only saying that the moment SE agrees to align with SS and Sw, that's it.

Southern Governors can't influence Southern Votes
If people are truely tired Tinubu no governor can save him...

The only challenge the opposition and Nigerians have have is INEC influencing results to favor Tinubu like they did in Lagos, Benue, Plateau, Rivers in the last election...
The moment this is achieved, southerners' eyes will suddenly open to the fact that the northerners have no more power to influence who wins our elections. The key is unity. I first saw the possibility when Tinubu influenced Buhari's presidency showing the strength of the SW even after OBJ influenced the emergence of Jonathan. Then, Obi came on board to shake the whole Nigeria in 2023. That's something. The Igbos are not cowards after all, but the truth is that they cannot become the president of Nigeria. And Akpabio partnership with Tinubu has further emphasized the partnership of SS and SW. Only SE is yet to come on board. And I doubt they will ever cos they sha want Aso Rock by thunder by fire even to.tje extent of accepting 1 term which no Yoruba or SS person will ever accept.

I want to see a situation that all the south will unite and they create a rotational policy among themselves - SS, SE, & SW. If the south can do this, I am telling you that the north will not smell Aso Rock again for the next 100 years.

The south can keep blaming each other, or they can unite and form a force to beat the north.

But I trust the north. Hahahahah. Strategy full their brains. Dem go sha find that Judas in the south. Hehehehhe.

Are you aware he built the house in 2010 but restructured/ reconstructed it in 2022 on the same location in Iyaganku GRA? Was he a minister in 2022? Why do you always think every public holder is a thief? That house is not too big for a man of his status to have pre- ministerial position.
Is it only as a minister money is embezzled? Was he not a salary earner in 2010? Where did he get the money from? Of course civil servants are allowed to do farming...make him show us the farm he made such money from na. Let him tell us the amount made and the bank.statements are still there to show how he received the money.

Every public owner who has any property above his salary threshold needs to answer how he got it/them. This is the problem with Nigeria. If this basic standard can be upheld, we will have an almost free corrupted society. No be salary he was making in 2010? So, what did he do to make more? If na forex he played, let him show the statement of account. Was he allowed to do oil deals or other so called legal deals as a CBN deputy director or CFO of a bank? Let him come out and shalaye.

Not all wealth is stolen
Not as a business man ooo...but as a salary paid man. How much were his salaries as CFO of First Bank and deputy gov of CBN. Soludo was a governor too na. Him get such massive mansion? Which business did he do to acquire such? A salary earner. As a minister, he is still a salary earner. Only people like Otedola, Dangote, Adenuga, Adeleke, etc should have such.

PoliticsRe: Work Against North If Obi Can’t Become President, Archbishop Tells Igbos by epainos: 1:37pm On Aug 11, 2025
I have written about this issue many times. Hausa/Fulani with Yoruba control the Nigerian political affairs. Igbo used to be extremely powerful, but after the civil war, the north moved so close to Yoruba and they killed the Igbo agenda permanently. Igbo cannot be the president of Nigeria. As you can see. I am not being tribalistic, but saying facts.

Now, what I am seeing next is the possibility of having Nigeria by 2050. This possibility is slim to be. Igbo is a strong tribe which I will call a nation. The signal is so glaring they will leave this time. They won't go the war route this time, but use a more powerful route to gain their independence. Am I against it? Absolutely not. And I am against the Yoruba making progress? Nope. They have been so forward thinking and progressive since day 1. And what about the Hausa? Fulani has overtaken them the way I am seeing it, and hmmmm....Fulani seems to be Islamatizing everywhere. Goodluck to them too. It is just clear that the north is not moving forward. They are only parasites to what the south has. And if Nigeria should break, they will end up becoming Niger annex. Best of luck to them.

I'm not a member of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, but I respect pastor Adeboye. I said it many times, I don't have the habit of calling anyone daddy or baba, but naturally, I call him baba the day his son died and he still led a morning devotional prayer and it was televised live. I was like....what? A long time ago, something happened.....hmmmm....From that day I saw him pleading for the mercy of God on his knees....ha! I said this man is not ordinary again. He was sweating there that day. As in, I imagined how this man labored in prayer privately. So, when everyone insults him, I don't. I will rather be silent.

I didn't know what to write when the criticism started, and I was almost writing that ...well...it seems....bla bla bla...but thank God I waited for another view. I agree with this view. He has labored in prayer to have billionaires as his church members, and he is calling them only. If you are not one of his children.....please....shift. grin
PoliticsRe: Falcons: Reward Doctors, ASUU, Teachers Also - Punch Editorial by epainos:
The Nigerian system is not funny, but it is amusing. Lol. We all should understand this.

First and foremost, I am grateful that Tinubu finally stepped up to compensate sportsmen and women. It is commendable. Mind you, this is a one-time payment. It is easy for him.

Doctors, lecturers, and others are paid on a continuous basis. And we know there is labor involved. These are two separate issues. Let us get it right.

The real challenge here is corruption. As long as corruption is not eradicated, doctors and lecturers will continue to complain. Mind you, the government has flaws, no doubt, but are the doctors and lecturers completely innocent? How many researches are the lecturers conducting? What did the people who received government research funding in the past do with it? Do you want us to go there and resolve all of these issues? Even their salaries are being complained about; do not let me get into that. Do you really want to know about the corruption that our medical practitioners and lecturers engage in on a daily basis?

As I previously stated, the government has flaws, but we must succeed as a country. It is a good thing that they are putting pressure on the government. Fine. And good news for our athletes, as Tinubu has demonstrated that paying them can be used for political purposes. Lol. Good for the guys. After all, Taribo West, Kanu Nwankwo, and the other old teams that pitched tents with Jagaban are reaping the benefits of their decision.

Yea na. Since it is all about I, me, my, and mine in Nigeria, let them fight for their own things as well. Lecturers, too, should find a way to position themselves as political tools in order to be valued. So should doctors do. By the time we all move in this direction, I hope we have a nation. Yes na. Since we all want it all about selfishness. Let's go there na.

As for me, I am relieved that at least road infrastructure is being built, and I am fine. I am for Lagos - Calabar, and Lagos - Sokoto coastal roads. Let them build rails everywhere too. Yes, they are embezzling, I understand, but let us at least get some benefits. Same with these sport men too. Thank God, at last, fortune has smiled upon them.

And for those who claim Peter Obi is the savior. I laughed in Latin. We know his record from his time in Anambra. So, we are not blind. It's all about selfishness. They have the right to push themselves to Aso Rock na in order to improve their situation. Hahahha. That is why Amaechi, who has previously stated that politicians can get away with anything, is now claiming that he will eradicate corruption in one month as a chief executive in that industry. Lol.

So, we just hope that by 2050, there will still be a nationncalled Nigeria.

God bless all.
Christianity EtcRe: Pastor Adeboye: I Will Die On A Sunday After Eating Pounded Yam (Video) by epainos: 6:38pm On Aug 08, 2025
Figurative speech:

Pounded Yam - it means good health. Yoruba eat pounded with meat, varieties, & different vegetables. Most old people can't digest such meal, so, being able to digest such at an old age means extraordinary good gut health.

Sunday - He is active in the Lord and still winning souls for Christ.
FoodRe: My Carnivore Diet Journey Day 7 by epainos:
This is it. Yeah! Let me make comments.

1. Carnivore Diet - Based on my observations, it is difficult to maintain for an extended period of time. Your body will signal you to stop and add more fibers. Some people are incapable of doing it even for a single day. Why? Constipation. OP's gut is healthy, and it is a big advantage for him. C

2. Carnivore Diet - If you can tolerate it, I believe it is a great way to jumpstart the benefits of eliminating artificial sugar. At first, I notice that eliminating a lot of sugary foods (natural or artificial) is beneficial. It is also extremely effective at fighting stubborn infections. In my opinion, it is should be used for one month without modifying it. And as you can see, OP's body told him to start adding fibers after 1 mth. In fact, some people will curse whoever gives them such after only three days because they will be unable to pass anything below. They will have to treat constipation. But mehh! I envy anyone who can go on a one-month plan because the benefits are incredible.

3. Carnivore Diet vs. Keto: Why can not we process it like our forefathers? You hear that your kidney will fail and bla bla bla. Na alcohol you day take for you kidney to fail? Lol. Mehn! The body switches to using protein as a source of energy, which is easier than Keto. Keto requires the body to use fat as an energy source, which can be difficult for many people to adjust to quickly. The kind of headache many have from Keto, they can't cope. Lol. So, back to my original question here, we have messed up out gut such that we can't easily process loads of meat and protein like our fore fathers. So, be cautious with Keto, Carnivore, or other diets. Go in gradually to see how your body can handle it. OP is just super lucky that his gut can process meat well. Mehn! I envy him. He is bouncing out of whatever health challenge he has got very fast.

4. OP's transition to Keto - Excellent. Great. However, in real Keto, protein is cut down so that energy can be derived from fat only. But OP is still loading protein which I am not against. If this works for him, why not? Let him just keep listening to his body and I love the way he checks himself medically. That's the way to go. Kidney functioning, and major organs can be checked. The good news is that he is coming to Nigeria. The OP should take advantage of cheap body functioning diagnostic tests available in Nigeria. Check "MECURE". There is one in Oshodi, Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, and some other places in Nigeria. You can go for their top packages which include even MRI, CT scan of brain, guts, etc. Lipid profile is included, kidney, liver, heart, etc functioning are included. Extremely cheap in Nigeria compared to doing them in the UK or the US. My family members always do them whenever they come to Nigeria. Those in the UK can't even have all the tests cos NHS won't cover all. Lol. So, whenever they are in Naija, they do it like every 2 years. Some even, yearly. Note: don't do individual tests or you will pay so high, but ask for their health plans packages. There are Platinum, gold, silver, bronze, etc. Pick any out of this. Also, there are packages for sexual transmitted diseases only, before you say yes to marriage tests, etc. Check very well what fits your need.

Nnamdipapa:
I am coming back to Nigeria this month so I am trying to experiment with you you can easily source around and meet the same goal. My sugar was high when I started hence the need to go Carnivore at that time, I have now brought that under control with more freedom to explain.
Sourcing good quality meat in Nigeria is hard. I don't want to discourage you, but research issues with Fulani meat. Also, research chemical produced meat. Fulani meat has its issues, and then, non Fulani pumps their livestock with chemicals. No control or check in Naija ooo.

Grains - Check online and you will see that our beans have been banned in EU since 2013 because of high pesticide residue. Na so. This is how all our grains are ooo. "Farmers do their own damages, and damages are finished by warehouse manager" who loads them with chemicals to stop rodents from destroying them. Very bad grains, but we dey chop am like that. grin

Fruits & Veggies - please, just forget this. Farmers don't wait for fruits to ripen in Naija anymore, so they always use chemicals. Plantain, Banana, avocado (I think this to, pineapple, mango, orange, lime, lemon, etc. Research online ooo and dont take my words here for it. Many fruits. All veggies are bombarded with chemicals oooo. Just warning you ahead. Those foreign fruits like apple, pears, plums, etc are bombarded with preservatives oooo. And local greens like Ugu, yoruba leaves, ibo leaves, south south leaves, hausa leaves (except those from shrubs and trees) are mostly bombarded with strong chemicals. These are the things that destroy gut in Nigeria, and perhaps since you aren't consuming them, you have a good gut. Well, many are still eating them, and issues have not yet come out of their bodies. So, I understand many will argue that we have natural good here in Naija. Lol. The truth is that you.get better food abroad. I don't subscribe to we have better food here again. Dem don scatter and damage everything because of greediness here. They harvest fruits greens and use chemicals to ripen them. Also, they always use strong chemicals to preserve good to make more money.

If you want to survive Nigeria and continue your lifestyle in good health, you will need to set up your garden. It is even good for you since you are doing more of carnivore now. You will set up a mini poultry for yourself to start and then add others later. You will not give your birds commercial feed if you want to do a perfect job to your health. I can give you more tips later. Please, don't consume Nigerian eggs with the way you are loading now. You will definitely injure something in your body or the process will start after 6 months consumption. Even 1 mth is enough to start changing your gut. You can easily produce 4 to 10 or more healthy eggs daily. Also, you can easily produce rabbit meat and chicken too. Then, you can source your goats from villages if you know how to. And add beef sparingly to your meal. If you can eat rabbits, then, chicken and rabbits will go a long way to help you. I don't buy frozen fish ooo. Never. The worst food anyone can buy in Nigeria is frozen food. Ha! I can bet that they have refrozen then for at least 5 times. You know what this means. If you don't, research it. Inlove in Lagos and I go to fishermen to get my fish. Though, they have made it extremely expensive now because rich people patronise them these days. Still better than eating frozen fish.

For the rest, you can still cope and wash the little veggie you buy with natural washers (not just water or soap plus water) to remove contact pesticides. But they will still have residues inside higher than what you eat where you are coming from. But still OK. Except, you want to step it up further and start growing them too in Nigeria.

It will do you well to learn gardening, home poultry management without odor, rabbits management at home without odor, and maybe opening like 6 plots to 15 plots in new developing areas near you to raise goats, cow, produce more veggies, etc.

Nigeria is harder to survive if you want to live a good life. Quality food aren't available anymore. I am a farmer and it is why I can tell you the truth.

Good luck!

This matter won't be settled well so that similar issue won't repeat itself. On a good day, KWAM 1 needs to be sent immediately so.as to check the alcohol level in his system, and then, many other psychological evaluations to know what was wrong with him. And should be punished so that he will adhere to rules if found guilty.

As for the pilot, he is surely paying for what he did. No matter what? He shouldn't have tried to kill or injure KWAM 1. He will be very lucky to get away with deliberate attempt to harm or deliberate attempt to kill. Several months suspension is sure for that pilot if this issue needs to be settled well.

And finally, the security provided for the area needs to be probed. Even this should raise an alarm that security officers aren't doing their work in the airport. If they are, why will KWAM get the opportunity to stand in front of the aircraft?

I cannot buy a house I will live in Ikorodu, Mowe, and other parts many average Nigerians build homes. Rather, I will buy a flat in well structured area and share a compound with others. Sure, having a house in Ikorodu and other places like that will just be for having a structure sake which will serve other purposes. The rent is nothing, and I may keep the house empty for years till I get real use for it. And if the value shoots up such that I can fling the property to buy another in a better location, I will not hesitate to. Living in unstructured areas is a piece of headache. The recent extraordinary rewards for our female footballers and basketball players have opened my eyes to some truths.

1. Nigerian politicians spend money on trends that benefit them politically.

2. Favor appears in all dimensions. Favor is receiving extraordinary rewards, whereas many others have failed for centuries doing the same activities.

3. Ordinary people follow a trend, and extraordinary people create trends. Extraordinary humans can be angels or demons, good or evil.

4. Most people do not appreciate your success because they want it for themselves.

5. Prayer is an effective spiritual insight tool, while data analysis is an effective physical insight tool as well.

Is your Benin king more powerful than the Sultan of Sokoto that Abacha destroyed? The emir of Kano and Sultan of Sokoto are both bloodline thrones? What have become of them? So he might be keeping everything to himself, but i dont really know, its not a big deal.
News in town is the excuse you give for keeping away for 3 years. from the person who housed you for some years. 3 good solid years. Abi you no understand yourself? Make una dey reason what you write na. 3 good years. We too don travel abroad...abeg. e no hard reach that. 3 good years. Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Telegram....all dey there. And will he say he isn't using any?

A beg no insult people here with your comments. It's annoying.
SportsRe: Ademola Lookman Hands In Transfer Request At Atalanta by epainos:
Looks like Italian clubs are users. Just imagine what Osimhen had faced with Napoli before moving to his new Turkish club. Now, Ademola is facing the same with Atalanta. Guy man japa away from Napoli when they went for him. grin

I think Africans should look more into Spanish and English clubs and stay away from Italy when it comes to football.

Check if he's still alive first
Ezeama400:
No, it’s not betrayal. Many people that relocated abroad don’t find it easy at early 1-5years after relocating.. Start life afresh can drain one mentally

So many many things to sort out. You don’t expect people to to sleep online replying your chat when no serious issue is bn discussed
Many people have nasty behaviors and you can predict such potentials. Here is how they support themselves. Lol.

What is so hard to communicate your friends when you move abroad? Even after 3 years? Whatsapp, Telegram, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook,
X, etc. 3 solid years. Is it too hard? Is the guy asking for anything yet? Lol.
PoliticsRe: Gbajabiamila Urges Northern Leaders To Back Tinubu’s Second Term Bid by epainos:
Gbaja, my guy. The man who changed the whole of Surulere, Lagos. He is one of the most powerful people in Nigeria in this 2025. This man is the engine room of the president. I just pray that Nigeria heals fast. The suffering is too much.

Tinubu should forget about getting majority votes again from the north because he has stepped on their toes. He should focus on Kano (Kwankwaso and Ganduje innhis corner are all he needs to sweep the whole of Kano) , Borno, Kaduna (El-Rufai has lost out...he can still hope tonget 50 - 80% there...the southern Kaduna part is locked for him), Katsina (Buhari's real network don't betray people, and I know they won't betray Tinubu for all he did for Buhari when he was alive and after he died), etc.

In general, food security is the only job of the president necessary at this moment. People do not even value the $100k gift for Super Falcons because they are hungry. Ordinarily, people should be happy a president did not promise before rewarding the girls. Other presidents only made promises and failed, but this one gave them huge reward without going through the usual promises route.

But Tinubu no try sha. Things just hard like stones. E no suppose hard like this to survive na. E too hard ....a beg. Wetin gan sef?

God will heal Nigeria in Jesus' name.
